Bait and switch. Offered one price online and confirmed by phone. Arrived then they claimed previous accident even though there was never an accident and I proved it on Carfax report. They lowered the offer by 23%. Sold the car down the street who honored their online price for $2,000 more then this place

I was helping my parents to sell their cars in preparation for a move. We tried a few other competitors first, but the experience was such a turn off that I started getting discouraged. One place lowballed us and another only accepted appointments scheduled online which would not have been for days later. We called this company and managed to get two appointments on the same day. Working with Raymond was a breath of fresh air. He was super efficient, pleasant, and extremely professional. The whole process was so smooth and easy and we completed this same-day! This is the third time I sold my cars, and it is a very nice experience. I got expected price with a lot of time saving. Before walking into the office, I did research online for my 2006 Honda Element (about 120,000 miles), so I have the idea about the selling range considering battery, tires, break, transmission fluid and more changed about a year ago. Their local small office has only one service person, Rodney, but he is very nice with professional training. It took him about 30min to do the appraisal including computer work and driving test. We also spent some time to negotiate the price. The estimated price comes out the same as another car buyer company, but I was able to negotiate for a better price to appreciate some of the recent maintenance. The entire process was 2 hours including paperwork and car cleaning (I didn't expect to sell the car on the same day, so need extra time to remove everything). One important thing, I got my check right the way and cashed it on the same day. Only concern is about their on line appointment, 30min each, so your waiting time is expected to be longer if someone in front of you decide to sell the car.
