Wish there was a sign telling me this place existed at the entrance of the parking lot. Went here previously a few months back and turned around because I thought it closed down.
Nice small place and well stocked. Went here for some wax that was on sale. cant really ask for more
This place is above and beyond, not only do they have the part, I had to bring it back to a faulty throttle but the representative was more helpful in making the exchange flawlessly hands-down the best place to go for your parts.
Needed a part urgently so went there on New Year’s Day. Website said they’d be open until 2PM, the notice on their door said until 4PM but nobody was there in the store when I reached there. Tried calling them but nobody answered. Wrong times mentioned on google and sour experience.
This is the 2nd Napa I've been to this week where the hours on Google Maps page are wrong. The. Rockville store says they close at 7pm and it's 651 pm and they are closed and no one answered the phone . I went to the silver spring location and they were closed on a Sunday , the hours on the door were different than on here.
Thank you NAPA! I was looking for a muffler and pipe system and you were able to help! ! I found exactly what I was looking for! At an affordable price! And the lady! A white about 70 years old lady! She was so helpful! And nice ! We even had a whole conversation and it was awesome! Best customer service ever definitely coming back and making NAPA my only #1 store🙏🙏🙏

I needed a replacement HID low beam headlight and the staff helped me promptly. This place is definitely out of the way and the customer main entrance is discreet.
I was waiting over a half hour for the lady that runs the store opens the store when it says that opens at 7:30 and the other employee was there at 7:25am and told the lady I was waiting but she didn't care and didn't open the door 😒 so I waited over 30 minutes after the time that they should be opened ... DON'T GO TO THE PLACE AND WASTED YOU TUME BECAUSE COSTUMER SERVICES IS AWFUL
30 minutes late and they haven't open and they know I'm here outside because I was here before the employees and they were aware that I been waiting since 7:30 , because that's theirs opening time , SERVICE IS VERY AWFUL AND MEDIOCRE DI NOT COME TO WASTE YOUR TIME HERE AT THIS STORE!!!!!!!
Very good customer service. Location is out of the way. The employees said it used to be a distribution warehouse. Be careful of the raised door frame going in and out of the front door. Was in and out in less than five minutes.
I came in today to see if I could find something that would help patch up a small rust spot on my car. While they didn’t have anything on hand that could help me, one of the gentlemen actually came outside to look at my car and gave me advice on what I should do to be able to fix it myself. I really appreciated that because most places would just say “no we don’t have that” and send you on your way. Thanks for the great service!
I'm sooooo tired of the sub-standard junk being sold by AutoZone and AdvancedAuto that I've started to going exclusively to NAPA. Several times they have a higher grade part at a lower cost. yay!
Maybe you’re lucky and find what you’re looking for here. Place is very small and very hard to located. You can not see what you’re going to buy because they have all closed, you’ll need to tell the what you need and then they will showed to you. Prices are not the best ones!!
Very helpful even though they did not have all of what I needed at the time. They still refereed me to their competitor and made my day. Truly compassionate people. They are kind of hidden from the street.
Can’t aay enough about Chris and John and everyone at Auto Truck and RV. In the years that our fleet has grown I’ve droppwd everything under the sun on Chris - totaled Box, blown transmission, oil leaks, from normal to abnormal Chris handles repairs like a true professional. Always honest and always expedited with the turn around - sometimes I wish I didn’t have to break down as much, but with Chris at least we’re back on the road and making money. Thanks Again!
This place has some helpful staff and you can also pre-order online and just come and pick it up but it's really hard to spot this place it looks like a haunted house from the outside and when you get in the place for the customer is really really small it's not really a store but more like a warehouse where you have the counter and in the counter you can tell the cashier or the person from the staff what you want and what car is it it's for and then he will just go out back and bring it up to you do not expect to walk around and browse for your parts here it's not like the other auto shops
Dubbed the "Napa" shack, if you can find this place you will be rewarded with a knowledgeable friendly staff and a library of auto parts. If they don't have what you are looking for in stock, they can order it for you. If they can't order it for you, you don't need it.
Been there several times. Hard to find. Staff was not exactly excited about their job and asking basic questions was like pulling teeth. There is no “shopping”. This is a warehouse that you stand at the front and they go pull what you need. So sad the retail store in Gaithersburg closed.
The service here is really good. I get almost all the parts for my Mazda from here and they always have then within a day. I had a problem with a rebuilt part but they replaced the part so it was all good. The one big issue is that they say they are open on Sunday but they are actually closed. If they could update that on Google maps and their website it would be great
The store was actually tricky to find. But once you know what to look for not a problem. Customer service here is awesome, and they have just what I needed for my German car.
