I dont know what happened but they done wrong. Had some bad work done ,when picked my car up drove off my brake light turn signal lights all faulty, it was like that. Very dangerous for me

Great service, quick turnaround, got my car back looking brand new. Only small issue was a lack of communication, I was told a few times to expect a call or text with updates and didn't receive anything but in the end I got my car looking brand new.
Super efficient -updates on where my vehicle was at all times during the repair process-Helped with the rental and stayed on schedule. Highly recommend.
I gave them my Camaro to fix paint damage on two rims and in two spots on the bumper and to also fix the drivability of my car because it wobbles and will pull me hard in a certain direction anytime I try to turn the wheel I came to pick my car up when they said it was fixed None of the body damage was fixed at all and makes me question if they really did any repairs to the actual car itself? I came back again to pick the car up. They did do free work for me as in repainting another one of my rims for free and also fixing a couple other scratches that weren’t from the accident. But my car does not drive any better at all it’s still wobbles and pulls me hard whenever I try to turn the wheel in any direction. I’m not the only one in my friend group. That’s had a bad experience here. My friend owns a 2018 Denali and had to come back to the shop five times before they finally fix the repair on his car. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere into a more trusted mechanic if you are looking to avoid headaches and simply just get your car fixed

Chris and Cheryl were terrific with their customer service and finished the repairs of my F-150 ahead of schedule. The truck looks like it is brand new, I could not be happier and they said if I have any issues or notice any faults to call them up and they will take care of. Very happy customer would highly recommend them.
I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Severn Auto Body, but today is at the top of the list. I brought my car in for an estimate as a result of a collision with a garage. I thought I was looking at replacement of multiple fender parts, but Fred Williams assessed the fender, examined it closely for a few minutes and then proceeded to use a miracle solvent to remove the scuff marks completely. 10 minutes, no charge. These folks are professional and honest!!
Excellent service and top notch work. I was a non-insurance customer who needed a minor repair on a fog lamp assembly. After identifying the issues, instead of setting up a formal estimate and drop off, they offered to fix it on the spot.
The tech talked to me directly and explained what the issue was, what he did to fix it, and what to expect going forward. The guy was awesome and the work was exactly what I was looking to be done!
The experience was awesome and I will continue to go back (repeat client already).

Worst experience - never use. Lacks integrity and does substandard work. Zip ties are how he eliminates costs and reduces value to your vehicle. Returns with hope

I had a good experience. They were awesome with communication! I had a complicated build, and they handled it well. I definitely recommend them if you have Allstate. The build did take longer than expected, which wasn't anyone's fault.
I had a minor bumper repair and called to get an estimate. When I arrived the next morning, they took a look and called the Technician who fixed it in minutes. He popped the bumper back in place and added a few clips to tighten it. To top it off, I was not charged and I would have gladly paid for the service. I will definitely return to Severn Auto Body for any future repairs. Everyone I spoke to there was kind and helpful. We were very impressed with the service!
I brought my car in here for an insurance claim and I waited a long time before actually writing this review because I was so upset. They put a used headlight in place of my broken one and it fogged up within a month of the repair. They used the wrong trim for my my hood that eventually just broke off. The deer clearly banged up the front of my radiator, they didn’t touch it. I had AC issues after the collision that I told them about - when I picked the car up and inspected it I saw the electrical power to the AC was just dangling. They didn’t even try to fix that. I closed a door and noticed there was something inside of it, they had left a loose screw between the panel and body. Do not take your car here for an insurance claim.
The vehicle was ready ahead of the time. Jennifer was very helpful, she kept me posted on every little work done on the vehicle. Their work is very professional and my vehicle looks new as it was before. I highly recommend Severn auto body to everyone.
For me to write a bad review things must really be bad for the party receiving this review. Super slow on starting the repairs. They should have declined the work , I wish they had for my sake. Recieved 5 phone calls on 5 different days saying the van is "Now in the Paint Shop" , seems like a total waste of time and phone service. Body putty cracked immediatley after first repair. Door alarm continued to buzz after first attempt and after they said they were done and we left their shop. We told them to just remove company lettering instead of replacing on the damaged side as it seemed like it would have been easier. They partially removed the other side and did not touch the rear side. I hope they didnt get an extra from insurance for this poorly done attempt. After the 2nd attempt to repair , they locked the keys in the gas tank and we needed to break into it or wait 3 hours for them to call a locksmith. Now the gas lock is broken. They didnt fix properly the first time as we had to take it back. Still having issues. They said they would put on the new tags and failed. Thats the 4th offense after we returned the new tags because they didnt do what they said they would do. 4th time is a charm i guess. I almost feel as if im on hidden camera. Absolutely terrible service! If there is an attempt for them to rectify what we went thru , please post it here or call us directly with a good explanation and plan. Doubt they will call. They know who we are.
Were amazing to work with. Kept me regularly informed throughout the process, made dealing with insurance much easier, and the car and paint match (pearl coat) look perfect. Can't recommend enough.
I originally came to Severn Auto Body through my insurance because I got in a collision damaging my rear bumper and tail light. The work was done promptly and I think my car looked better after the repairs than it did when I bought it used. I dealt with Fred and he was very professional and really knows the buisness. A few months later I bought a used car and it had some cosmetic work I wanted to get an estimate on. I dealt with Fred again and he looked at my car. He then looked at the whole car and showed me that this car had been in a collision that had been undocumented. I had no idea until he showed me that the bumper and clip was damaged as well as a panel that had been repainted. I was astounded because I never would have known if he didn't show and explain it to me. Thanks to Fred I took it to my dealership and showed them everything and now it is getting fixed for free. I called Fred and he seemed genuinely happy that he could have been of so much help. If you need work done, this is the right place, if you want professional opinions ask for Fred. He is the used car salesmens nightmare because he knows what he's talking about! Thanks Severn Auto Body!
Superior customer service! We live 2 hours from Annapolis with few body shops around. Two days before we were leaving on a trip from BWI I called Severn and spoke to Leo. I asked if there was any way possible that he could evaluate my car, order parts and have the whole thing repaired before we came back from our trip. Honestly, I expected him to say that he couldn't - it was a lot to ask with little-to-no notice. The answer I got was, "Sure! We'll help you out!". The best part was, they actually did what they said they were going to do - did an excellent repair for the quoted price, and in less time than promised. Leo and Severn Auto Body - you have my highest recommendation!!!
They did an amazing job putting my car back together. The car doesn't even look like it was in an accident. The body shop kept in contact with me, letting me know the progress of the repairs. I really did appreciate that. Thank you guys!!
A terrific job by all to repair my Genesis R-Spec after a truck tire carcass busted the bumper and dented the wheel area. Linda kept me informed with each step which was great! The car came back perfect, in fact better than it was as they washed and waxed it and even vacuumed it out. Great job Severn!
my dads shop is so cool me and my sister play there all the time. when ever i'm there I like to look at
all of the cars. my dad has the coolest chair in there its like an old barber chair. but anyways check it out its a great place.
