I have been here several times with great results. I went here last week for several reasons: dispose of a battery backup device, get a new battery for another backup device, and possibly replace the battery in my car. It was right after they opened and there were only a couple of guys there. We talked for a while and several other guys showed up for work. It was really fun talking to all of them and they gave me honest input about my batteries being replaced. I decided to have them replace the car battery and it only took about 10 minutes, as it usually does. I will always go back.
Update: I just had them replace the battery in my car. We talked about whether it needed to be done. They tested the one that I already had in my car and told me that it was in good condition and that I didn't need a new one right now. It had not been replaced for several years, so I insisted they replace it. They replaced it in about 5 minutes with a battery that has a 5 year warranty. I was extremely happy.

Couldn’t be more pleased. I would recommend that store for any batteries you might need. Steven is knowledgeable, kind and informative of your need. Quick easy service. It took very little time to put a new battery in my car at a reasonable price.👍🏻
Would recommend this place to anyone! My car broke down and Subaru tried to quote me 600 for a new battery and David was so nice and was able to come put a loaner battery in my car at the dealership so i could drive it back to the shop and get a new battery from that at such a good price. Seriously such amazing service and saved a LOT of money and super quick too. David was at my car within 30 minutes. 10/10 experience!
As a woman, I appreciate honesty in my service providers. My bf & I have used Steven's for several years, but for truly dead batteries. I came in this morning with my bf's truck battery, they put it on the tester and..... it's still good.
Note: multiple clicks when you try to start, its the battery.

Very honest folks here. Checked my battery and luckily I only needed the connectors to the battery tighten. They tighten at no charge. Will definitely come back when I need a battery.
I bought a battery from Steven’s battery warehouse four weeks ago. Yesterday I was driving to work and my car broke down. It lost power all of a sudden, I then proceeded to get it towed to my auto mechanic shop. They thought it was the alternator at first and replaced it. However, they soon found out and told me it was a bad battery all along. Additionally, I was charged $900 because of a bad battery I bought from Steven’s battery warehouse four weeks ago.

Highly efficient, friendly and professional with massive stock and effective solutions. Now what more could anyone ask of a brick and mortar business? There’s always plenty of convenient parking. Bringing items without charge allows them to open, install new batteries and to discard to old ones. Works every time like a charm. Go there!!!

I was in and out in less than 10 min with battery installed. Went to Sams Club first and my battery was out of stock... if they had it they said I would have to drop car off for the day if I wanted them to install it?

This place is great for all your battery needs. These guys know batteries and no upsell just in and out and on your way. They will test your battery for free if your aren't sure your car needs a new one yet.
My 2020 Mercedes Benz GLB had been sending me battery emails & messages on my dash for for a while. Stevens Battery Warehouse on Forest Dr. has been my go to battery store for years. Not sure of the proper terminology, but my car battery setup was different than anything they'd seen before. They asked me how much time I had because they didn't have the exact tool to do the swap & had to get one from a nearby autoparts store. There's a couple strip centers adjacent that kept me entertained for a bit. They were done in around 40 minutes, &that included driving to the store for the tool. Btw, when I've used them in the past, I'm usually out of there in 10 minutes. The price I paid for the main & a starter battery (which from what i saw on you tube, was another less than normal change out ) was well under half what I was quoted from the MB service center. The crew Eric, Matt & Drew were very pleasant, professional & gave me absolute confidence in their ability to get it done, and they did not disappoint! If you're thinking of getting a new battery, go here. Whichever dealership you normally use, your cost for a top rated battery will be much lower @ Steven's Battery Warehouse!
The guys at Stevens Battery Warehouse have shown integrity and excellent customer service. I brought a battery in that had been giving me trouble and wanted to buy another battery. Of course, they were willing to sell me one, but first, put the battery I brought in on their test bench. They put a load on the battery (better tester than the resistance based), and the battery showed strong and good giving the rate CCA. Mytester showed failed simply because I had bad lugs in foot the test, and those kids showed a higher resistance. They then ran down a list of common problems with the type of battery I use. The problems revolve around poor connection. Because the battery connections are on the side, the weight of wires and vibration over time work the connectors loose. Dirt/ road grind, and moisture get between the battery and connectors, which compromises conductivity. In both charge and discharge, there is a voltage drop because of increased resistance. They provided me with a small cleaning tool and two new lugs to replace the old ones. When I got home I installed the new lugs and used my tester again and it showed the battery as healthy with the rated CCA. The guys at Stevens saved me a few hundred dollars, and guaranteed that next time I replace a $1000+ marine starter battery, I'll be purchasing it from them. Understanding the long game with customers is exactly why most folks are turning to local businesses. You often get a better quality of service, better knowledge and expertise amongst employees, and a business in touch with the local community. They understand that dollars are hard earned and treat their customers as neighbors. We are neighbors! Well done, guys! See you in the near future.
This place is incredible. They are so helpful, knowledgeable and honest. I needed a new battery and purchased one from them. When they went to install it, we discovered that my Land Rover has a bar that locks the battery and we couldn’t remove it. They tried. I bought the battery anyway and figured I would take it to the dealership. The dealership told me that it would be over $400 to remove the bar, install the battery and then they’d have to recalibrate the electrical unit in my car. Turns out, the tool I needed to take that bar off is at Home Depot for five bucks. I got the tool and took it back to the battery warehouse where they removed the bar, installed the battery and they DIDN’T CHARGE ME ANYTHING. What looked like a $500 bill ended up being $5. So many places, especially dealerships will rip you off. This place won’t. They are just good people. I can’t say enough good things about this place .
So refreshing to see an honest business. These guys were absolutely awesome! Our battery had just died and we drove with the store closing within an hour. They tested our old battery and told us it was dead and were able to get a new battery within 15 minutes. Excellent pricing, cannot recommend them highly enough! Thank you!

Highly recommend for any battery need! I took on my Harley battery (that was only a year old) that was dead and told by advanced auto was completely bad. The gentleman told me that should not be the case and asked me to leave the battery over night with him to see if he could revive it. Go back the next day and it is perfectly good and Chehalis. So what could have been an easy couple hundred dollars same for them, they cudgel me$5 for just a charge. Very honest business that looks out for the costumer!
So grateful for Steven’s battery warehouse! I had called three places, and visited two before calling and ending up here, where they actually had the battery I needed!! My battery trade was super easy and they were very helpful and accommodating! For your battery needs, choose Steven’s every time, you won’t regret it!!

These guys are so nice & helpful!!! I can't thank them enough. While there purchasing a battery, the tire went flat on our truck & they jumped right to our rescue. They helped us out in every way possible even when it seemed like all odds were against us. They didn't even blink an eye, they were right there offering to help in anyway. I can't begin to tell you how awesome, helpful, knowledgeable and just simply nice guys they are. I would highly recommend!
I went in for my 79 year old mother's car battery needed to be tested and the gentleman I wish i got his name replaced the battery in less than 20 minutes. Amazing job and half the price of the Mercedes dealership! I highly recommend Stevens Battery Warehouse.

I have been buying car batteries, truck batteries, batteries for my back up sump pump and even my phone batteries from Steven's for at least ten years. Their service has always been excellent and they know batteries. More than I can say for big box stores.
