Came in for Tires, alignment, and diagnostic test. All properly and professionally handled and done in optimal time. I was quickly greeted and helped when I walked in the door which I greatly appreciated 👍🏿. Thank you to the employees Daivon, Q, and others for all your hard work! I will be returning for future service when the time comes!

TO: Pep Boys Management I'm writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at Pep Boys. My 2016 Infiniti QX60 was experiencing issues with acceleration, and I took it to Pep Boys for repair. They claimed the radiator was cracked and needed replacement, along with other parts. I paid over $2000 for the repairs. However, within 10 minutes of picking up my car, it broke down on the highway with the same issue. Pep Boys kept the car for several days, couldn't find the problem, and claimed it was fine after test driving it. I picked it up, and it broke down again 10 minutes later. Lucky for me, it happened in front of an NTB shop, which diagnosed a faulty battery ($350). They also found an oil leak, which Pep Boys eventually fixed. Now, the heat isn't working, and I'm told to go to the dealership. I'm extremely disappointed in the service and lack of expertise at Pep Boys. I've lost trust in their abilities. I demand a resolution and a full refund for the subpar work done. Sincerely, [Deji]

I had a great experience at this location. The employers were cool, respectful, answered all of my questions, and the work was timely. (thus assuaging my paranoia). And my new tires made an overall HUGE positive difference to my daily ride. Thansk!

I had a flat tire and it was an emergency. I came to the pet boys in annapolis on my street and they were amazing. I was gonna miss a morning meeting but I was able to have my meeting and have my car serviced. I ended up with two great tires and incredibly friendly and professional service. Kudos to the pet boys annapolis team!!!

Took my van here here for a patch on this tire, picked it up the very next morning and headed to glen burnie before for a job; when I got there I found out eventually that the tire was flat again. So I then ended up taking the van to Matt’s Auto Tire shop off of ritchie highway which he found that the mechanic’s at pep boy’s patched what they thought was a hole when in reality it wasn’t. Matt got me squared away and ended up finishing the job. All in all i’m not gonna say I wouldn’t recommend coming here because this was just 1 bad experience for me, i’d just say hire someone that would thoroughly do the job right.

Salesman was kind, considerate and knowledgeable. I was able to use my coupon without any problem. I will come back in the future.

Took 7+ hour to change tire on my truck on a NOT busy day! When truck returned to me the front tires were 20psi above correct setting and rear was above tire posted max psi. Waiting area was freezing cold, drab, poor seating and uncomfortable. Pep Boys, you owe me 10+ hours of my life back!!! How dare you charge me for this abomination of service!!!

Daivon at Pep Boys is thebomb.com. I came in because my fan was making a clicking noise whenever I turned the heat on. He diagnosed the issue quickly, fixed it in no time, and—most importantly—didn’t try to take advantage of me. It’s refreshing to find honest people doing honest work. Truly grateful for the great service. Highly recommend!

I scheduled my oil change online. I had planned to wait outside with my dog while my oil was changed, but they let me bring her inside. I was happy about that because it was actually colder than I thought. It didn't take long at all, and I was back on the road.

Late after work, found a nail nail in my wife's tire & was able to get in and get it addressed quickly with their friendly staff. That was very helpful. Highly recommend them as they were here until 8 PM and got us in and out./A+!

Staff was flexible with my requests, communicated well, and efficient. However, the tech failed to reattach my engine guard correctly if at all and it fell down while I was driving. I had to repair myself twice on the road to get home. This is a basic step to completing an oil change and should not happen again.

I needed to replace a tire on a minivan. I brought it in Sunday afternoon hoping to get it done then for the busy week ahead shuttling kids everywhere and Will and his team squeezed me in and were helpful, quick, and efficient. I ended up having to replace two tires and it was not as expensive as I thought it would be, which was also great.

William was the only person working this morning when I went for my tire change appointment. He was manning the desk, phones, and repairs. I felt bad that he was the only one there but he was so nice and patient and polite to all of the guests. This man needs a raise!

Below are screenshots I’ve attached of their price to purchase and install the tires wouldn’t honor the price online and that i was quoted. the offer is still online. Wanted to sell me 15 year old tires instead. Extremely poor customer service, workers were extremely hostile and rude refused to give me their name or customer service when I called to get the situation handled. I was hung up on 3 times as well by customer service. How this company is ran is terrible. Their bathroom is disgusting and the health department really needs to step in for the biohazard.

Ordered online and had an exact price. They called to upsell us TPMS sensors and were working fine. Declined the unnecessary upsell. When our family picked the car up they did the work anyway and charged us ~200 extra. I’ve called multiple times, and emailed as directed and ZERO response. Work seems good so far but ethics and customer service does not align with our needs or expectations.

Wonderful experience! Called to make a same day appointment and was able to get 4 new tires in and out. Daivon has wonderful customer service and is very knowledgeable along with everyone in the shop. I will definitely come back.

Today, 11/18/25, I went to the Pep Boys in Annapolis for a "manager's special"...oil change, tire rotation and wiper blades. The men at the counter bent over backwards to be helpful. And, they were patient and kind. What great representatives for Pep Boys! Makes me want to return!

I was driving from New York to Charlotte, NC coming back home from a funeral and my rear tire blew out. I called triple A and PepBoys and within about 1 1/2 - 2 hours I was towed there and had brand new rear tires and was back on my way home. I had my dog with me and they let me take him inside because I had no where else to leave him. They were extremely kind and helpful, and were as quick and efficient as they could be and the rest of the ride home was extremely smooth. Thank you Pepboys!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this location. After waiting nearly two hours for what turned out to be a 15-minute tire repair, I drove away only to discover that my tire pressure was at 34 PSI—well below the clearly indicated 42 PSI required for my vehicle. I immediately called the store to ask if the tire had been properly refilled, and was told that it had been, but that I could “bring it back if it stayed low.” That response was unacceptable. Within 15 minutes of driving, the pressure barely increased to 35 PSI, forcing me to pull over on a busy highway to fill the tire myself. To make matters worse, the technician didn’t even replace the valve cap after the repair—a basic step in any professional service. This experience demonstrates a serious lack of attention to detail, quality control, and customer care. I trusted Pep Boys to ensure my vehicle was safe to drive, and instead, I was left to handle an avoidable safety issue on the side of the road. I will not be returning to this location and would strongly caution others to double-check all work before leaving the premises.

I made an appointment for a simple oil change on Saturday for Monday at 10 am. I showed up and the staff acted like they didn’t want me there. Once I checked in, they told me there was no oil left. Yeah, an oil change place did not have oil at 10 am, and didn’t bother to tell me. The guy telling acted like he didn’t care and he was doing me a favor, so I went across the street to Valvoline and got the complete opposite experience and my oil change done in no time Never again.

This was my first time getting service at Pep Boys. They are very communicative, even sending a text in the morning saying they had a call out so that customers could plan their wait time accordingly. I missed my morning appointment because, ironically, my car wouldn’t start and they fit me right in, in the afternoon with very little wait. Everyone was friendly and helpful and my dogs also enjoyed the waiting room!

Brought my car in for new brakes. The inspection recommended new rotors. Got everything done for $900. Pricey but went for it. A month later smoke was billowing out of the front left tire where the brakes were replaced. I took it back and lug bolts were missing, and apparently the previous worker messed up a hose during his fix. Cost me another $300 to fix and they had to install new brakes and new rotors. Clearly a mistake by the original technician. Inspection report showed everything else was fine but some tire treads were low. A day later my steering wheel is hanging to the right and the alignment is off. I take it back again and they want to charge me $1500 for new sway bar, new arm controls, new balls joints and all kinds of messed up things. None of this was an issue when i drove the car to pepboys. I can’t tell if i am being scammed from the original technicians screwup or if they are causing more issues. My alignment was never like that before pepboys got ahold of it, $200 brakes turn out to be a 3 visit, $3000 operation. I wont be back, they will lose a valued local customer.

First time to any Pep Boys. Super easy to make an appointment online. No wait even though I was a few minutes early. Two different technicians provided absolutely GREAT service! Friendly, helpful, and easy.

We were in a bind with a screw in the rear tire. We showed up and I mentioned I had a baby and dog in the car. They took me right away and we were back on the road for our trip within 45 mins. Impressed with the mechanics and quick service. They are under construction now but still gave us a place inside with air conditioning to wait for the replacement.

Bought 4 new tires and alignment today. The guy at the counter said let me check that we have all 4 tires Instock. Said they're in stock so I proceeded with the new tires. I asked for a print out of the alignment report after they were done but was told the printer was out of ink. On my way home I noticed the steering wheel was off center. Pretty disappointed. I didn't want to go back today because the crew that was there didn't seem to know what they're doing. They let the phone just ring and never would answer it. After I got home I noticed 3 tires were the same size but one of the tires was a different size. So I called the store and after about 15 minutes I was finally able to talk to someone. They said I could bring it back in and they'd take a look at it. I asked if they even had the right size tire Instock so I wouldn't waste more of my time going back there. Of course they didn't have it. Worst tire buying experience I've ever had. I have never had 1 out of 4 tires installed being the wrong size. The store is currently under construction. It appears the staff is currently under construction as well. Not worth saving a couple hundred dollars to deal with this kind of headache. To be continued after I talk to the manager tomorrow....

I drop my truck for electrical issues of Friday mid day, they told me it will be ready at the end of the day, wasn’t ready at all till Monday afternoon, worst thing they find fix the electrical problems, instead they install a new set of tires and oil change, one of they representatives was kind to tell me that they can’t fix the electrical issues in there but unfortunately he was off those days. Worst experience ever to make even worst the set of tires were low on air, recommendation try to avoid this place if you can

This Pep Boys crew we’re absolute life savers! I had an electrical problem with a Chrysler Town & Country minivan that Firestone couldn’t fix. Pep Boys quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired my vehicle. Kudos to the mechanics and a very special shout-out to Adrian who has the patience of a Saint!
