Great body shop! I have had both my own and a family member’s vehicle repaired to like new condition in surprisingly fast turnaround time. This time was no exception, and all during the week leading up to the holidays. Everyone from start to finish was friendly and professional.
Easy breezy experience from dropping my car off to getting a rental to picking up my car and returning the rental. They finished the car on schedule and I have no complaints.

I had a great experience with Crash Champions Collision Repair. The communication I received was better than any place I’ve been to before. During my estimate, they explained everything that was wrong with my car in great detail, and explained how it would get fixed. I got texts throughout the entire process to keeping my updated on the status of my car, and the entire process was quicker than anticipated. My car ended up being complete a week early with no issues. I will 100% be coming back and will refer everyone to Crash Champions Collision Repair.

Great overall experience. From scheduling appointment to drop off and explanation of repairs. Car was also ready for pickup within a reasonable time frame and they were very informative with post repair instructions. Hopefully won’t need to use them again but if I did I would. And they would be my first recommendation to a friend/family member in need of car repairs.

Fantastic service and job by Eric , Ann and her staff. I got an appointment next day and everything was explained specifically about our insurance and repair. We were kept updated by phone call or text and got my car in excellent condition a day early! I highly recommend Crash Champions for your repair work! It was the one good thing that happened after the accident.

Crash Champions Collision and Repair in Annapolis is a wonderful company. I was hit from behind and dreading the process of bringing my car in for repairs. I was pleasantly surprised by the absolute care and professionalism from the entire team. Drop off was easy and the work needed was explained in detail. The staff took their time to ensure I understood the work needed, how long the work would take and what they would do to provide regular updates. I felt educated and prioritized. Once the car was ready for pick up, the staff again made me feel welcome. We reviewed the completed work on my car to my satisfaction. Absolutely no rushing me out the door. Fantastic spot! Their communication was phenomenal along with the quality of work. They handled all communication with my insurance company and made it really easy turning in my rental (able to leave rental at shop). Would recommend these guys to anyone!

I had a small accident and as promised they fixed it within two weeks. The representative whom gave me updates regularly with texts They fixed my vehicle with bo problem insight.
Everyone there knows what they are talking about! Always honest and keeps you informed! On how your vehicle is doing! When something happens they will get on it. I called usaa and couple minutes scheduled an appointment got it in the next day. I had it back in a week better then ever! Great communication and I never had to call and ask. Thank you again!
