They got me in towards the end of the day to plug a flat tire when other businesses on West St turned me away, despite them definitely being busy and only having one technician working. This tearful pregnant girl couldn’t be more thankful for Katie and the technician, who I think I heard her call Jordan. Great service for a great price and will definitely return for any future car needs

I received the best customer service from Angela at the Annapolis Firestone. The atmosphere is comfortable and I always enjoy coming to that Firestone location. Clean bathrooms. I always have great conversations with the customers in the store. The mechanics are helpful and honest.

Love this Firestone. We take all of our cars here and we are always taken care of. Katie leads an amazing shop!

I have been to several Firestone locations, I will say this location is one of the best ones. Ms. Katie and Ms. Angela are amazing they have helped me every time. 10/10 customer service! Ms Angela and the service guys were great and quick!

Last Sunday the battery in my daughter’s car died without warning. Knowing she needed her car to drive to work the next morning, I reached out to the Firestone in Annapolis to inquire if they could replace the battery. Dale, the service writer working the front desk, was incredibly helpful, and even though she didn’t have an appointment, her battery was replaced and she was back on the road in just a few hours. I would definitely recommend Firestone in Annapolis to anyone needing quality auto repairs at a reasonable price.

They were very friendly and accommodating. Made the stressful experience of car issues not so bad to handle. I appreciate the time and care I received, particularly from Matt and Katie. Thank you!

Staff is friendly and professional. The tires I wanted were in stock and installed in a timely fashion. I’ve purchased tires from this location many times over the years and have never had a bad experience.

IMPORTANT - WARNING - My husband's truck died and was towed to Firestone where they proceeded to do $3000 worth of repairs before telling us the truck needed a new engine. We now have to pay off $a 3000 bill on a worthless truck before we can afford to get a new vehicle. DO NOT take your vehicle here!!!

Dropped my truck off at 9am for an appointment for a flat tire. Was told 2 hours. Called at 12 and said it hasn’t been looked at yet and will be an hour. Came back at 2 and still not done yet. So here I wait 5 hours later for something that was promised 3 hours ago. Poor customer service. Should not give customers unreasonable expectations.

Management & team are always on point! Quick in & out for an oil change & tie rotation. Last minute weekend appointment and they didn't even blink. Special Thanks to the team member who stayed late to get me out the door!

I’d like to thank Angela and the team that worked with her today. I went in for them to diagnose my car and while it took a couple of tries to figure out the issue, they got the job done in the end and in the same day. I genuinely appreciate the way they took care of me and ensured the repair was done correctly. That kind of honesty and customer service stands out!

Matt was my advisor and he was patient, helpful and friendly as usual. Ms. Angela is so comical but very professional. Ms. Angela is always friendly, patient and helpful as well. Rodjel is my regular mechanic and he have been working on my cars so many of years. Rodjel takes pride in his work and he’s always honest and he does an outstanding job.I had a wonderful experience at Firestone today and I love coming to this location.

Great experience. Every one is pleased and ready to help. They are polite, professional and insightful. Was able to drop my car off, and pick it up the next day. It does get busy on the weekends.

Katie is AMAZING!!! Helped me research the perfect tires for my husbands truck (towing, camping, off roading and highway riding). Katie order the tires overnight and squeezed me into the schedule so we could surprise him for his birthday! Excellent customer service! Been repairing cars for over 50 years. Only 2 things I am not capable of doing. I don't do anything inside of a transmission although swapping one out I've done on a number of occasions. Also I don't align vehicles as I don't own an expensive machine to do so. So I've been using Firestone for years, apparently foolishly. My son dropped off his car but was informed it would be impossible to align his car because it needed over $1000 in repairs, which they would be available to do. Having just replaced all of the parts Firestone was keen on replacing , I called the shop to inquire about these unnecessary repairs. They hung up on me. So I had my son take his car to Mr. Tire. Very professional. Two hours and $134.99 later my son was on the road with an aligned vehicle. So if you're thinking about going to Annapolis Firestone, Mr. Tire is just up the road.

The way the place does business is ridiculous! Dropped my car off yesterday for an 8am APPOINTMENT and the lady at the front desk told me it would take about an hour and 30 minutes to do a diagnostic test so I decided to leave it. 4 hours later I hadn’t heard a word so I called to follow up and was told that the mechanic was tied up with another vehicle and he’ll get to mine in about 10 minutes. I was in no rush as I have another vehicle to drive but they didn’t call me back until after 5pm… 5pm!!!! Just to tell me that they were able to fix the issues. What was the point in even having an appointment if it literally took a whole shift to do absolutely NOTHING!! At this point I told them I’d pick the car up in the morning due to having to be to work soon. Next day I get here as soon as they open at 7am only to see my car still in the garage with the hood up and lift under it. Crazy part is they are OPEN with not one mechanic in sight. Why tell me it’s ready yesterday but you left my car in this condition??? Why is my hood up? Major inconvenience!!!!! After working all night, I now have to wait for a mechanic to get here so I can get my car! This place needs to be shut down!!! Don’t come here!

Katie is great, I’ll start with that. She’s very friendly, informative, and helpful when it comes to scheduling and coordinating repairs. My rating is a bit lower though due to a series of unfortunate circumstances. A few months ago I needed new tires and I brought the car in for an oil change at the same time. About 4 hours into me waiting in the local area, they called me to inform me that they ordered the wrong size tires. On the next appointment Katie comped the oil change. Then 2 more appointments following where I had to have tires removed for the service, the technicians stripped my wheel locks and when I returned on both occasions they said “your wheel locks are stripped”. Finally this most recent time they had to cut the wheel locks off due to them stripping them. Katie agreed to reimburse me for my wheel locks. This last appointment I needed major work, I had a 7:30am appointment, I received a call at 12:30pm about not being able to get the wheel locks off (leading me to believe they didn’t start working on my car until 12:30pm). They closed that day at 6:00pm and I returned at 5:45pm only to find out they couldn’t do the alignment due to another issue they found. I returned the following day to fix the issue and receive an alignment, but the technician that was schedule to do the work was hours late. Over the course of 2 days I took 4 uber rides to and from the shop and this could have all been completed on day one if they honored my appointment of 7:30am. Still Katie always makes things right when these issues come up and it is why I will still return to this Firestone.

Katie at the desk is very pleasant and efficient, however, when you have a 10 a.m. appt, are told someone will be in late at 10:30, but your car still hasn't moved as of 12:15 p.m. with no communication in between it's hard to stay positive. There were walk in customers who were taken ahead of me, and since my job was for a warranty situation I felt as if since I wasn't making them extra money I was left sitting. I bought 4 Firestone tires in April. I have spent hundreds of dollars since on alignments, balance, etc....to find out it's a faulty tire. No one will honor the warranty. Very disappointed. I will never buy a Firestone tire again, and it looks as if the only way out of this situation is to buy 4 more tires so that my car drives properly. If you know you can't take a customer because you are short staffed, or over booked, just let them know. Ask them to reschedule. Between my long drive there and a futile wait with nothing resolved I lost over a half of a day on my one day off.

Wow! Amazing ! I broke down five hours from home and the staff was committed to getting me home before close on Sunday. Katie was very helpful over the phone and in person stayed past close to get me on the way. Which was only possible because the technician Dale stayed late to perform the repairs.Dale did quick efficient work! Car is running great! You have a good crew over there. Thank you so much

Shout out to Katie and her team. Especially for righting a wrong. I know one bad employee doesn’t reflect the rest. She’s got a good duo up front with Dale and Matt. They kept me in the loop and called me daily with updates. Dale did a lot of digging into getting me the correct lights and getting me into the shop. Matt had great communication skills. Which I greatly appreciate all their efforts! We got some other things to work on but Katie assured me they will be handled. She keeps her word. Other than that I would’ve given them 5 stars but once we get that situated they’ll be updated. I’ve been a Firestone customer for years and an employee back in the day so I know the standards they’re held to. I know they’ll continue that moving forward especially with Katie running the place.

This is my second time patronizing this Firestone location and only because it's convenient to my work. I think Katie is great. Both times I've come in, she has made me feel very comfortable and welcome, as a woman coming into a typically male dominated industry. My services have been fine, but my big gripe is with the wait time. What is the point of making and having an appointment if they take all day to service your vehicle? My appointment yesterday was at 11am. I was assured they'd be done by 2pm. I received a call from the shop at 12:40pm to tell me that they just got my vehicle on the lift and to recommend new wipers and a new engine air filter (which was kind of odd since I was there for an alignment only). That's almost two hours after my appointment time. By 2:05pm, I hadn't heard anything, so I called to check the status and was told I could come get it. This was ONLY for a wheel alignment. No oil change, no rotation.... Just alignment. With having an appointment, 3+ hours. I can't say for sure, but judging by the scalding I got from my steering wheel, gear shift, and seat when I got in, it had been ready for a bit. There's absolutely no way it was THAT hot inside if it had just been finished being worked on. I can't say for sure, but it seems like they forgot to let me know it was ready. All the staff has been extremely kind to me at every turn, and I definitely appreciate that. I just find the disregard for the customer's time bothersome. If it's going to take the entire day, I'd just prefer they were up front with me about it, because I have to make arrangements for a ride.

I am happy to say I’m at Firestone! I just experienced the best service at an auto shop ever!! I stopped at 3 different shops today and no one could help me with my problem. Adrian & Katie are a dynamic duo! They were so kind and helpful! Adrian went above and beyond to solve the issue and got me taken care of same day! Great service and pleasant energy in the Firestone on West street!
