When I booked my first oil change in my brand new HRV, I specifically asked if it was free as my paperwork indicated. I was told as long as my oil was 15% or under than it would be free. I specifically asked while they were looking at my account to make sure this wasn’t an expired offer. I verified a second time and was told the exact same thing (as long as the oil wasn’t higher than 15%, it was free. I scheduled my appointment, took my car into get serviced. Then I received a phone call from the mechanic telling me that I had a brake code showing on my car and that I needed to pay $185 for a break diagnostic test. I knew this wasn’t the case because the code on the car was a tire pressure code which was the result of me needing to change one of my front tires. Not only did the mechanic try to get me to pay for something that was unnecessary, my car is under warranty because it is only one year old. He was dishonest and was trying to get me to shell out money for something that wasn’t even a code on my car. Once I picked up my car, they charged me full price and when I questioned it, they told me that I was given the wrong information over the phone when I made my appointment. I would not have any problem paying for the service if I was told upfront the correct information. They refused to do anything on their end to rectify their mistake. The only thing the mechanic was concerned with was the review I was going to leave. He specifically said that although the “mix up” happened, to please not leave him a bad review. I will never bring my car back to this location for service and I’ll be sure to share my experience with others.

I had an amazing experience at Honda! My headlight was causing my battery to die, and it was such a frustrating issue. The service team quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it without any hassle. They also replaced a parking sensor for me, and everything is now working perfectly. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The repair was done in a timely manner, and I truly appreciate their honesty and attention to detail. I highly recommend Honda’s service department if you’re looking for reliable and efficient work. Thank you for taking such great care of my car! Trey was the service manager that was keeping me up to date on my car and what services was needed. He was kind and efficient !

Alternator replaced for 2017 Civic. First time experiencing total power loss, glad I was on West St at 5:30am on a Saturday to pull up for service. Thanks for the speedy removal and replacement and for honoring our military veterans with a discount!!! Big shoutout to shuttle driver for ride home and pickup. Running smooth…no issues!

UPDATED: The service department came full circle and honored their promise to make this right. It did take a while and with coordination and without me burning another day at work, the repairs and recall were completed. Thank you for honoring your word. In the 27 years of driving, I’ve never been more ticked off at a dealership. I made an appointment in November to schedule a repair for a faulty parking sensor. Bring it in. They ordered the wrong sensor so this repair was delayed. I was told the part would come in after Christmas. I called the dealership four days after Christmas and was told the part was in after I questioned again that it was the correct part. Made the appointment for today brought it in there for a 10 o’clock appointment and they call at 12 o’clock to let me know that the part was not in. In which now we found out that the part was never re-ordered on 22nd of December. I will not be able to take another day off of work, which I have now already taken off Two days for my car to still not be repaired. Do yourself a favor and go to a different dealership for car repairs and maintenance.

Not recommended. Why have appointments if they’re not even going to start service for 5 hours after scheduled appointment time. Then we were charged a diagnostic fee that was not discussed when dropping off.

They suck ! And not the entire team , just the clown who wants to turn my regular schedule maintenance into a $800 score for his shop with a 2026 with less than 50k miles . And had an attitude when questioning the service There using words like schedule, routine and when ask are this issues a problem now , he can’t answer . One lady came in for a routine oil change and she was there from 8am and was told there was issue with her front wheel , she left to go home , she had to come back because her brakes was vibrating , another couple mention they came in for an oil change and had to to come back ,pulled over cause the oil cap was not replaced and oil was everywhere ,Just know your car avoid the 🤡 . It’s been several issues with this place , and I’m finally saying something, I can only imagine how many ppl they get with there rhetoric of what they care or suv needs

It took 10+ minutes to first drop my vehicle off for a wheel inspection because they struggled to figure out their computer system. Then after a while in the waiting room, Im told they cannot bring my car out because of its current placement near a machine. That's fine, until I am then bombarded by salesmen pestering me to upgrade vehicles, after Ive said no thankyou and even put my headphones on and looked away, clearly disinterested. Finally, I did not enjoy finding personal items shoved into other places after the service. Expensive sunglasses shoved under the holder they were taken from.. assuming whoever did so did not know how to open it (special magnetized holder) and leaving fingerprints on the lens. I was very anxious and stressed about my service at this location.

I got a call from this service center to get my fuel pump recall done, I normally go to Glen Burnie but figured it was convenient since I work in Annapolis. The first appointment no one indicated that I needed to have less than half a tank of gas and nothing in the backseat and they told me they couldn’t perform the service at 3:00 after my car was dropped off at 7:45 am! And had to Uber to work because the shuttle service wasn’t even available!!!! Sure enough get a call from them saying come in and get the re call done, so igive them another chance, I drop my car off this morning for the recall, service guy tells me I’m missing two lug nuts on my passenger tire , I WAS NEVER MISSING LUG NUTS!!!! 😡😡 and says they will be $45 for two of them. DO NOT GO HERE!! Horrible service and clearly desperate for money to steal things off of my vehicle! Never again will I go here. Take a full video of your car before you drop it off anywhere!

I was at an appointment next door when my alternator died and my car just stopped working while i was hours from home. Walked in without an appointment or any heads up and they were so helpful getting my car over and getting it fixed. Alonzo was fantastic and I really appreciated how quickly they diagnosed my car and fixed it.

I made an appointment two weeks in advance to have my fuel pump replaced as part of a Honda recall. I showed up as instructed—with a near-empty gas tank—and left the car for the day. When I came to pick it up, I found out they hadn’t done a thing. Why? They were out of fuel pumps. No one contacted me ahead of time. The service tech wasn’t apologetic in the slightest. When I pointed out that a flat “I’m sorry” isn’t really an apology, he laughed and said he’d left me a voicemail a few hours after I dropped it off—as if that excused it. Maybe this kind of thing is business-as-usual for them, but it shouldn't be. A professional operation would’ve taken responsibility and made it right—given me a bit of gas to get home (I had only 9 miles left!), washed the car, anything to acknowledge the hassle. Instead, I got a shrug. I took time off work and drove back and forth 40 minutes from Deale for absolutely nothing. Judging by the other reviews, this isn’t a one-off. Go someplace else or don't get a Honda if service is important to you.

Professional and trustworthy people, that's what yo I get with Honda of Annapolis. I brought the Pilot Elite from Naples Florida. They personally had a great sales agent, Robert, delivered the SUV right to my door and picked up my trade-in and took it back. So good and polite. Also got the best deal on the east coast. GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Extremely unpleasant experience. New to the area from Western PA and was warned that they are not a very good place for service but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Took my girlfriends car in for a recall and to have the brakes checked because it was pulsating which shouldn't be happening on a 2024 with only 2,000 miles. First question I was asked id was the car purchased here? I said why does it matter and from there on I knew it was going to be bad. Was called this morning to pick it up and was told the recall was done but not the brakes because they wouldn't honor the warranty due to the car sitting too long and having low miles. Went in to speak with the service manager Dave whom I thought would welcome somebody new to town and a Honda buyer for the last 30 years. I was wrong and he also told me they will not honor the warranty. My girlfriend is a medical provider that only drives 1.6 miles to work at the Annapolis office 2 days per week so the vehicle does have very low miles and is well maintained. I took it to another dealership outside of Annapolis and they were more than willing to honor the warranty and welcome me to Maryland. I wouldn't take a car from Annapolis Honda if it was free because the service department and manager are horrible to deal with. Low quality and IQ equals doing business in another Maryland town

Extremely unprofessional TLDR: After keeping the car entire day 7AM-2PM, for scheduled visit, they didn’t even look at it. I scheduled appointment for AC diagnostics about 3-days ago, for 7AM on the day of appointment. I met John, in the morning. He seemed extremely annoyed, had very poor communication skills or may be he was purposefully doing it. He kept on saying despite diagnostic, they may not be able to tell what’s wrong. This was little suspicious, that’s the whole point of bringing the Honda car to Honda service center, to know, what’s wrong. Anyways, I still had hope and left the car for diagnostic. He mentioned they would call me back to get an update, and it might be after lunch. No one called me. I called them around 1:30 PM, they said nobody had looked at it. Even, no one was going to look at it in the next hour. It was extremely frustrating. I decided to take my car back. When, I reached the service center, manager Trey mentioned they did not have any AC technician and had no idea when their AC technician will look at it. It was frustrating. Remember, it was scheduled visit (scheduled 3-days ago) prior to visit. I do not recommend this service center to anyone, nor am I going here again. You can not trust them to do what they say. They need some change in their employees to improve customer services.

Visited Honda of Annapolis to have some recall work performed. They did not have the necessary part during my first visit but ordered it so my next visit, 2 days later, the part was successfully installed. I worked with Mario & he kept me informed about the repair. This was my first experience with Honda of Annapolis & I plan to continue using them to maintain my vehicles.

my experience was horrible because I called more than five times trying to get through to customer service to make an appointment for an oil change and I just said what I wanted, I don't know if it was a problem because they didn't understand my English, but either no one was patient or they simply didn't want to take my call because they just heard the accent and said how can this person not be able to, I surely don't know, but until the fifth time they passed me on to a representative then a very nice girl and made the appointment for me to simply oil change . ( more then 15 minutes simple call) I arrived at the dealer and the person who helped me was not at all friendly but finally asked me if I only changed the oil and for this they had me waiting in my car for like 20 minutes, nobody helped me, then I had interaction with two other people in the place and they were very smiling. What I think is that in this place they judge you by how they see you or by your last name if you know if you speak English or just bad service!

Today I was a bit upset when I went back to Honda to get my oil change and tire rotation. I have a car care coupon that says I get it for free and the last time I went there they said the coupons never expire. Well guess what it expired so I had to pay out of pocket for my oil change. I decided not to do the car wheels because I couldn’t afford more than that and even that was too much they did give me a discount though of $20 off so that was nice of them. That’s the only thing I could say was nice of them. So, if you have coupons and they say they never expire don’t believe them.

This was an awful experience. I've been going to this service center for years and have never had an experience this bad. I had an appt for an oil change, alignment, and tire rotation. I asked for the tires to be topped off with air and was assured that was standard. I also asked for a time estimate since I was waiting there and was quoted 2 hrs. After 2 1/2 hours, I asked for an update and was told my car hadn't been touched, but was next and would be another hour. I left my number with them and went to lunch. I got a call at lunch an hour later (when my car should've been finished) from John trying to sell me other services. ZERO apologies for this taking so long. I said to please just complete the work I brought it in for. I finally get a call telling me my car is ready. 5 hours later. Shortly after I leave the tire light comes on because they did not put air in the tires.

Our experience was great, from the moment we walked in the door. Rober was very professional and knowledgeable, was easy to talk to, and communicated well. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a Honda.

It is clean, staff attentive, friendly and courteous. The service took a little longer than I initially expected when I made the appointment, but they let me know upfront that was likely, and checked about additional time when suggesting additional service. I appreciated their thoroughness. Just hate the entry from West Street. It is usy, tight, and a utility pole is too close for my comfort. Finally, they found a discount that helped a lot. Yes, I would go back.

I am in love with the car that I got at this dealership. Everyone who I worked with was friendly, helpful, and seemed honest. They helped make sure the car was right for me, and they patiently walked me through the steps (I'd never bought through a dealership before). I walked out with everything I needed, didn't need to go to the MVA, and they even returned my rental car. This location is far from my house but I will definitely be making the trip next time I need help with a car.

I was greeted immediately for my A service appointment. I was going to wait for the service to be completed & I even had a discount coupon which I was able to use towards my service. My service was completed in approximately 1 hour. My service rep (Treyvon) was polite & professional in dealing with him. I had an easy & quick experience. I will be returning for my future maintenance.

I had a major service due on my Ridgeline. I shopped around for the best deal. They had it. They were going to do the exact same work that the maintenance called to be done, but beat their closest competition by $500!! Not only did they meet their price, they beat it including taxes and fees! And they didn't give me a laundry list of things my car needed. They noted one thing and said even that is not a big concern and could easily wait for quite some time. I declined the service and they had the car ready the next day. I had made other arrangements so the car was not needed in a rush. What's my message to you? First, always shop around for the best deal on car maintenance. Second make sure you call these guys. They were very professional and they had none of the normal tactics that I have encountered with other dealers. Well done Honda of Annapolis!

Honda service address is 1720 west St, not the dealership address, just down the road. Scott has been wonderful, took time to explain what has been done, Denise up front is friendly. My service got done sooner than expected. Comfortable waiting area, free wifi, nice coffee maker.
