Great service. My car went in for repairs and the part didn’t get there until Friday afternoon. I got a call on Saturday ( they are closed on Saturdays) telling me my car was ready, and they came because “it was the right thing.” I am very grateful for having a car over the weekend and the technicians’ dedication.

I hope to leave a positive updated review in the future. My dad has come here and suggested I stop by. When I approached the door I heard a woman and i thought she was mad at someone she knew. But i realized a woman working was speaking disrespectfully to a coworker. I became so uncomfortable i left. For the record i wanted to stick up for the guy. Nobody should be talked to that way.
I’ve used Revel Service Center three times and every experience has been solid. The first time was for new shocks on my truck. They did a great job and the difference was obvious right away. The second visit was for an alignment and tire balance. Everything was done when they said it would be and the truck drove perfectly afterward. They also took the time to answer my questions.
The third visit is what really stood out. I thought my transmission was slipping. A transmission shop said it was misfiring on cylinders one and three, so I brought it to Revel. They found the issue, fixed it, and explained everything clearly. I even went online afterward to see what else should have been checked. When I followed up with them, they confirmed they had already done those checks and explained why they mattered and that was important to me!
I asked them to also check my brakes, which they did and said everything was fine.
It’s hard to find a shop you trust, especially when the problem isn’t obvious. Revel has earned mine. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for honest, competent work.
Can’t recommend this shop. Their diagnosing of issues is to throw parts at the problem and then see what fixes it. The woman at the front desk is terrible at customer service and very unhelpful.
I was very pleased with Revell Service Center. The people are pleasant and the waiting area is clean. I've taking my vehicle to other shops and waited for 3 hours for an oil change. Revell had me out the door in 45 minutes.
I was in a pinch when my truck wouldn't start. I gave Revell Service Center a call and Aaron told me they would get me in right away. I dropped the truck off around 12:30 on a Friday. Initially, they asked if they could keep the truck over the weekend, if they weren't able to get it repaired by the end of the day. I agreed that they could. They called me around 2 and told me the truck needed a starter. I expected that they would hold onto the truck over the weekend but, much to my surprise, the truck was ready at 5:30. The price for the repair was reasonable and in line with my expectations. Very happy that they could get me in on such short notice and get the repair done in a matter of hours. I'll be taking my vehicles to Revell service center from now on.
I was really impressed with the team at Revell Service Center. I needed a new set of tires and an oil change. They got me in and out quickly. Of course things could always be cheaper but I found the pricing reasonable given the service and willingness to help me keep my car safe.
I went there to have my brakes replaced and they also did a thorough inspection and found a couple of things that I need to have addressed. Revell took the extra step to make sure that I was completely satisfied. They called me up and informed me of the price for each task and kept me abreast about my vehicle and called me to let me know they were finished and my vehicle was ready for pick up. Excellent customer service and a knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Revell Service center did a wonderful job on my 20 year old car. It needed maintenance and they kept me informed on what needed to be done. It is running great and I highly recommend them. My son has been using them and highly recommends their work also. Very thorough and great staff to work with. Thank you !!
Revell Service Center has been my go-to place for car repair for over 50 years now. Once part of the gas station located in front of Revell, they show customer service toward me and my auto troubles like no one else around! Kind, caring, and efficient service for all automotive service.
Revell Service Center has been FABULOUS! They change the oil, check my tires and top off the fluid, all for a very reasonable price. And they are very personable as well.
The team at Revell Service Center are the best! I have always been treated with respect and given expertise advice about the options in our family's fleet. The team stands behind their work. I've been a happy and loyal customer for over 10 years.
Older car that had several issues that the local brand name dealer wanted over $4,500 to correct. Aaron was able to review what was actually needed to make sure car was safe for less that $1,500. Happy with results.

Had an emergency early this morning due to driver side window would not roll back up. Called them as soon as they opened. Friendly and professional. Called me after an hour with the issue, quote, and he immediately ordered the part in hopes to beat the holiday traffic, especially near the bay bridge so I could hopefully get car back by end of day . Few hours later my car was ready for pick up and price was reasonable. Will be going to them when I have an emergency
I was about 3 miles east from Chesapeake Bay Bridge when my tire pressure alert went on showing a very low psi in 1 of my tires so I exited route 50 to get service. There was a 3 mile back already and I was so afraid to break down on the bridge. And you local folks know what a nightmare that creates for everyone. Not knowing Revell Service Center was located at that very exit I felt so relieved. My guardian angels were watching over me. When I walked in a VERY KIND man , I think his name was Marco immediately said he’d look at my tire. I indeed had a nail in it and he plugged it . Marco was surely my guardian angel that day . !!!!( I apologize if I am getting his name wrong ). I was back on the road in less than 15 minutes !! I want more people to know about Revell Service Center ,both their great attitude and location to the Chesapeake Bay Bridge.
We had a tire going flat right before the Bay Bridge, stopped at Revell and they fixed our tire right away. We were on the road again in less than 30 mins. Friendly service and reasonable cost
I took my car in for brakes and the guys found a couple things that really needed fixing as well. They had the knowledge and experience to handle the issues in a very timely and reasonable manor. I will definitely recommend and will be taking my Volvo there moving forward she is running like new and I am greatly pleased with the service the employees and the quality of the work and of course the price!!!!
I brought my 2017 Chevy Malibu in with multiple issues a couple of weeks ago. Check engine on for 6 months, brake problems, noises I could not figure out. AAron was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The Revell mechanics fixed my shizz lickety split. They communicated very well, and the service was impeccable. The car now operates very well. Thumbs up, good job.
Not even 1 star but it will not let me do none. Unbelievable I took my vehicle on for a simple MD inspection, it is a 2015 F150. When I went to pick up my vehicle after it being there all day now the headlights do not work. They refused to acknowledge that they did anything wrong to cause the issue and the service manager proceeds to argue with me. Then I find out that my vehicle was taken to a different location on west street to test the window tint, which I was never informed they would be taking my vehicle somewhere else. Here I think my vehicle is safe where I dropped it off and here it is being driven around town without my acknowledgment or approval. The two in house mechanics were really trying to figure out what the issue with the lights was but the service manager was demanding that they stop and walk away from my vehicle. I have spent thousands of dollars at this shop with different vehicles and based on this experience I would not let them work on my skateboard! When I asked the service manager to put me in contact with the owner he refused. I will be informing everyone in Cape saint claire to avoid this mechanic like the plague. I am tired of people trying to take advantage of hard working folks.
The service was outstanding as soon as I walked through the door. Greeted very politely and was asked what they could do for me. Took my truck in for possible flat tire. Fixed that one and also checked the others while it was in the air. Very quick so I could return to work. The gentleman who took care of me at the counter was very polite,asked if anything else they could do. Rang me up and thanked for for visiting them . I thanked them and was on the road. I would highly recommend them to any one needing service to there vehicle.
I would give zero stars if I could. I went in for a routine oil change (car was running great) and I sat and waited for completion. They take it off the lift and start it up and it begins to smoke everywhere. They proceed to tell me my starter is shot and needs to be replaced (even though it started up before the smoke). I basically told them to do what was needed to fix my car as I needed it for work. Four hours later they say I am good to go and am charged $800+ for all the parts and labor even though I only needed an oil change that morning. So they leave for the day and I leave to drive the two miles home...I never make it. My car dies on the side of the road. I get it towed to the dealership because I dont want Revell touching any of my vehicles ever again.
Turns out I now need an entire new engine because mine is shot. I tell the Revell owner this and basically got a "stuff happens" response. No responsibility or accountability taken at all. Wont budge on giving me a refund either. Basically I went in for a routine oil change and paid them $800+ to break my car then had to shell out thousands more to fix their mistake.
Shameful way to run a business. Im fine paying for the new engine myself, but I'm more upset they would not refund the money they charged to "fix" my car when they are the ones who broke it.
Yes. I was your customer -- but never again! I brought my wife's Chevy Sonic in for overheating problem because my usual mechanic was booked up for weeks. The radiator fan was not coming on. When Revell called they quoted a litany of problems/parts that needed to be changed out -- amounting to a $1,800 estimate, with indications it could go higher. Since it was our only mode of transportation at the moment and I was too busy at work to diagnose/repair myself, I reluctantly (and stupidly) agreed. A few hours later, I had second thoughts and called back to see if they'd started the work. The answer was yes and I was patched through to the mechanic who claimed he had the coolant system completely disassembled. When I quizzed him as about the cost of specific parts he was changing, he told me I was looking at the wrong parts (I wasn't) and would only concede that his parts included a 30% mark up because they were guaranteed by the shop for 2 years. Even with such a markup and the cost of top-dollar labor, there was no way this repair could come close to the quoted price. My tone was firm, but the conversation was civil (no swear words). Still, the mechanic announced that he was going to put it back and charge me $500 and that I could take it where I wanted. He then hung up. LONG STORY SHORT: The whole problem was a melted end of the fan wiring harness, which I replaced myself for -- wait for it -- $14. Lesson learned: stick with the mechanic you know, even if it means waiting. The wait probably means they are good.
Great service. I did alignment and I bought new tires. Also they did a brake adjustment. They give me good advice and recommendation to take care of my car. I will be back to do more services there.
Beware! I've taken my vehicles to this shop several times in the past for minor maintenance such as oil changes. I was always leery because they've always attempted to recommend extra services which usually aren't needed and come at a premium price. However, their damaging my vehicle and refusing to acknowledge their mistake was the deal breaker.
This time in particular, I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I came to pick up the car the brakes were completely non-functioning with no explanation other than "brake pedal goes to floor" hand written on my invoice.
When I asked what happened to my brakes they stated "we don't know". I took a closer look revealing that a brake line had become bent along a frame rail causing all of the brake fluid to leak out. It was apparent to me that this likely happened when the vehicle was being lifted or removed from the shop lift. When I advised them that this damage occurred while the vehicle was in their care they denied it and refused to repair it for me. The owner Todd rudely told me I can have it towed and pay to have someone else fix it. I calmly advised him that my vehicle had perfectly functioning brakes upon being left in their shop and that he will have to take care of the problem. He then began to blame "the kid" in the shop who was the oil/tire change employee. I eventually had to negotiate having them replace the damaged part at their cost (still cost me over $400) before I could drive my vehicle.
If you value your hard earned money, vehicles and most importantly safety; please avoid Revell Service Center in Annapolis MD.
I'm a dissatisfied customer and I approve this message.

You're correct, five years later, I'm no longer your customer. I know better than to trust leaving my vehicles in your care.
I went here because I wanted to support local businesses, it was closer to my home than places my colleagues recommended, and twice in 10 days my tire pressure light went on. I suspected a leak. I called ahead to make sure they could take me, and asked them to check for leaks and let me know if I needed a patch or full replacement.
They told me I had no leaks in my tires, which shocked me. They said one of my tire pressure sensors was faulty. They said they could get the part that day and replace it. I get on my phone as the service representative calls for the part. The part itself online was $30-50 (in stock everywhere from Amazon to Advanced Auto). So when the estimate came in at over $200, with half of that being for the part, I knew I was being overcharged. But I figured they were being honest in the diagnosis because a tire replacement would have cost more.
Six days later the tire pressure light came on again. Checking the pressure in each tire there definitely was a leak (one had gone from the recommended 32 to 26. The rest were still in the 32-33 range.). Come to find out, there was a nail in the tire that, according to the person who patched it in 10 minutes for $10, "had been there a while."
I decided not to write this review until getting it fixed elsewhere. I decided not to go back to this place and try to get a discount/refund for the complete waste of the tire sensor, $200, and multiple hours in a waiting room. I don't even want a credit, because at best they are incapable of finding a nail in a tire when a customer specifically comes in saying "please check for a leak, because I think I have one", and at worst are either not checking for these things and/or are up-charging on other, unnecessary, services.
But the bathrooms were clean. I will say that.
