This body shop was amazing! Will was my point of contact and he was always available, answered my questions and laid out a plan for when my vehicle would be finished. The timing was over the holiday weeks and the team performed a quick turn-around.

The repairs were completed in a timely and efficient manner without ever feeling rushed, which I really appreciated. My vehicle looks absolutely brand new, and it’s clear it was handled with great care throughout the whole process. When I picked up the vehicle, it was returned freshly washed with a spotless interior, showing the level of care and pride they take in their work. Overall, this was a top tier experience. Jim was absolutely amazing. He was very honest and didn’t try to take advantage of me. As a woman who goes into any body shop you have to be careful. There was no waiting around to see the body shop rep (Tiffany), we had an appointment and she was ready when we got there. The coordination between the body shop (severn Auto Body) the insurance (Erie) and car rental company (Enterprise) made this repair as painless as possible. Their work was done on time and the result was better than new. I would highly recommend Severn Auto Body to anyone needing repairs.

We had an amazing experience working with Taneshia from Severn Autobody for repairs on our 2025 Acura RDX. After a severe collision where we struck from behind while at a stoplight, GEICO had our car towed to Severn Autobody for evaluation and repair. Taneshia kept us informed at each step of the process, worked to utilize OEM parts to the maximum extent possible and returned the car within the time estimate provided. The work is outstanding and we are very satisfied with the repairs. More importantly, we were treated with great consideration and care by Taneshia and the entire team at Severn Autobody. We will definitely use them in the future for any autobody repair needs.

Going from the headache of an accident to the finished product of Severn's work on my car was a total transformation. My car looks brand new - the rim, the door, the inner body work - all of it. I was doubtful it would look GREAT, but it looks INCREDIBLE. Jim called and texted every step of the way, so I never had to wonder where they were with it, and they even had it done early!! Added bonus, they let me leave my rental car there and took care of returning it for me. I cannot say enough good things about them. I really can't. I'm so grateful I picked them to do the work. I won't go anywhere else now.

What an awesome team that I encountered over the past week at the Severn Auto Group. After being rear-ended leaving a terrible Commanders lost 😞 on Monday night, an accident surely broke my spirit a bit more. Next day, I get a call from Ms. Edie of Severn Auto Body to confirm my drop off appointment — and assure me that everything will be just fine. Upon drop-off, I was greeted by Tiffanie — who walked me through the next steps and set very clear expectations for me. She stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process. The team there actually fixed the car before the date they’d set. When we got there to pick up, Jim greeted me and went over the final paperwork. It was truly a great experience, given the circumstances of losing a football game on Monday Night Football. I’d recommend them 10/10 Thank you!

I had the misfortune of not paying enough attention to my driving, like I should’ve been, scratching my precious and otherwise perfect Tesla model S, which instantly made me miserable. Thank heavens, I was helped by Severn Autobody!!! They not only gave me the bedt price estimate of my three bids, but they did the most incredible perfect job possible. I have a difficult to match pearlized paint color. They matched it perfectly! It may even be a little better than new. I couldn’t possibly be happier. I also want to put a good word in for the customer service and staff there. Everyone is friendly and super nice. Please ask for Tanesha. She did my estimate and oversaw every detail keeping me posted on the progress through text messaging. Best customer service I’ve ever had. I can’t recommend her or this company any higher than this. This place is great! I've had my car repaired there twice. They are fast, call you back, actually answer the phone and do wonderful work. And on top of it i was having a bad day yesterday and Christopher who works there asked me how I was doing and saw i was having a tough time and gave me a such kind words and a hug that I greatly appreciated and needed. The world sure could use more people like Christopher...he is a caring, thoughtful man. Made my day.

Our first experience wasn’t great. We had some lingering issues with fitment and we weren’t satisfied. Our truck is back in purgatory as of this morning but I believe it’s in much better hands this time around. Will update when the work is completed. Andrew addressed our concerns, he was very professional and courteous. He came up with a plan that was above satisfactory in my opinion. Also, Avery is an estimator over there; He’s very professional, friendly and straight to business. Knows his stuff too.
