Had a beautiful wedding here! Would definitely recommend. The property is gorgeous and the staff is super friendly and professional. Dream wedding for sure. The only bummer was that we couldn't set off fireworks or sparklers from the property for an exit. We also couldn't have guests throw flower petals or confetti unless we rented a special outdoor vacuum. So don't set your heart on those!
The wedding venue of our dreams!!! Look no further if you're looking for a waterfront wedding at a historic site...none compare to Whitehall! From the moment we drove through the magnolia-lined driveway, we knew this was the venue for us. We loved the flexibility this venue had to offer with vendors and ceremony location and received so many compliments from our guests on how gorgeous and well-maintained the property was. Highly recommend!

From the minute my husband & I stepped on the Whitehall estate, we knew it was the perfect location to host our sequel wedding ceremony. We wanted to embrace Maryland's gorgeous coastline, and achieve an elevated but approachable vibe. From the historic home to the stunning views, Whitehall delivered. Eddie was wonderful to work with, and the big day ran smoothly even through some unexpected weather challenges. I cannot recommend Whitehall enough!
We absolutely loved Whitehall - the view on the water and all of the openness - of the lawn and also the view over the water- is unparalleled. The mansion is quaint and historic which was fun to go past (we didn't do the open to walk through). My husband used the cabin we had included in the package as where he and his groomsmen got ready, which was perfect. It didn't hurt that we had absolutely perfect weather! Honestly, this was the wedding of my dreams and many people were saying one of the best they've been to. I'm so glad we chose Whitehall.
Very nice, open, outdoor event facility that provides a clean slate to create one’s own palette and impression. It is a bit expensive when all the costs for other necessary facilities have to be included.
The building is not open to the public, but they do weddings outside. They're under renovations. But, we got a personal tour. Thank you so much! I truly appreciate the architecture of Whitehall. So cool!!
My wife and I had our dream wedding at Whitehall! It is an absolutely beautiful, spacious, completely outdoor wedding venue with room for all of the activities. We hosted our welcome party, ceremony, AND reception on the property each in a different space and each as beautiful as the last. We also stayed in the cottage on property in the days leading up to the wedding, adding to the full experience. Needless to say, we were fully immersed in Whitehall during our wedding week and were all the better for it. We only had 1 hiccup during the whole experience which was a plumbing issue in the main house where my bridal party was getting ready, but other than that everything was seamless.
Would definitely recommend Whitehall as a top-choice wedding venue!
Whitehall was the most amazing wedding venue! We fell in love instantly with the gorgeous house, amazing waterfront views and close proximity to downtown Annapolis. We got so many compliments from our friends and family about how stunning Whitehall was. IMPACT Collective was also so helpful throughout the entire process and made the planning process seamless!
My fiance now wife had a vision, Whitehall allowed her vision to come to life. The venue has several acres to have the day you've always wanted. From friends and family telling us post wedding "how did you find this venue? This venue is awesome" nothing feels better to know your guests and you both had an amazing day. Definitely would recommend this venue if you want a beautiful, unique, and customizable experience!
A few weeks ago, I went to a wedding hosted at Whitehall. It was a fantastic event, even though it started off in the rain. Honestly, that seemed to add to the day and create another memory. The IMPACT Collective staff on site were incredibly organized and kept everyone in high spirits despite the weather. Since the property is fairly large and many guests were in heels or had mobility issues, Eddie (the venue manager) offered to drive a golf cart between the reception tent and parking lot to help these guests get back to their vehicles. This left a big impression on me and really spoke to the hospitality of everyone that works at Whitehall.
Whitehall is an excellent venue. It has plenty of space for large gatherings, but won't overwhelm smaller parties either. It's scenic views on the water are one of a kind, and we had more than a few guests tell us it was the most beautiful wedding they've ever attended. Whitehall only does 15 weddings per year, so you're not going to be competing with other parties having their nuptials on the same weekend; you'll have plenty of time to get your venders set up the week before.

Whitehall was a fantastic venue for our Indian wedding weekend. We did a welcome party on Friday night and then our wedding ceremony/reception on Saturday, and the ability to use it for multiple events was a great perk! Obviously there are a lot of variables when it comes to an all-outdoor wedding, but the Impact team was terrific in helping us navigate everything. John at Whitehall was also extremely helpful, helping us with set up and even shuttling some of our older guests around on his golf cart. We're so glad we chose to have our wedding weekend at his gorgeous venue!
As soon as I took the virtual tour for Whitehall I told my (then) fiancé that if we booked an on-site tour there was no chance I wouldn’t want to (have to?!) get married here. The venue did not disappoint and I still remember not being able to stop smiling the first time we walked the grounds. Whitehall was truly a dream wedding venue and I wouldn’t have changed anything about our experience if I did it all over again! The site is beautiful and the grounds are so large that there’s so many options to choose from for how you envision everything taking place. The staff and the grounds crew were all so great and accommodating as well and every part of the day was special in its own way. This venue is amazing for larger our of town weddings and it’s a great way for people who have never been to Annapolis to experience the true crab cakes and football experience!
Whitehall is an absolutely amazing place to have your wedding! My husband and I held our ceremony and reception at Whitehall in May 2021 and everything about it was perfect. We wanted our guests to experience all of the beauty Whitehall has to offer so we decided to hold our ceremony in the front of the manor house, our cocktail hour in the back middle lawn facing the water and our reception under a beautiful sailcloth tent to the left of our cocktail hour. Our wedding planner, Cristina Calvert, has done multiple weddings at Whitehall so she already knew the ins and outs.. making wedding planning a breeze for us. She truly made our wedding dreams come true! I can’t recommend Whitehall and Cristina enough!
This venue is unlike any other! It has beautiful grounds and a wonderful view of the waterfront. IMPACT Collective, who manages the space, really knows how to transform the venue to match anyone's perfect idea of their event. My favorite part of the Manor is the bridal suite, it's the perfect size and has beautiful natural lighting.
I am engaged and inquired about their venue and they emailed me back pretty much saying that unless my MINIMUM budget was 75k-100k I can’t afford it. So unless you have that kind of money to spend on a wedding don’t bother even reaching out.
Whitehall Annapolis is the most STUNNING venue in the DMV area. With the historic manor house and waterfront views, it truly is the best place to host a wedding!
Whitehall is an INCREDIBLE venue with jaw-dropping aesthetics. It is the perfect place to plan a wedding in the whole DMV area. My favorite part about Whitehall is the beautiful view of the water! Definitely would recommend this venue to anyone looking to plan a wedding in the DMV.
I had the opportunity to photograph a couple at this incredible venue and I just had to share what a treasure it really is! The historic home, waterfront views, and landscape are unparalleled in the Annapolis area! With so many little hidden photo spots- it's amazing for photography. Love this venue!
