I always get my wipers and windshield wiper fluid here. It's always in stock and easy to find. As far as the negative reviews here - uh, pandemic staffing! Geeze people. Have a little patience. Eyeroll.
I was able to get what I needed quickly there. They have a lot of stock in that store it seems. Jeff handled my purchase and was friendly. Thanks. (I like to follow this brand on Facebook for their sometimes odd posts, too.)
horrible customer service was repeatedly told my order was not in the store even though it was and I had called and verified that morning with an employee there before going in. My boyfriend had to go inside the store 3 separate times before someone finally looked for it in back. They then refused to honor their own websites discount code that was applied to the order made online stating they would not honor it due to me paying in store which is never mentioned on there website. Had it been mentioned I would have paid online. I would never use Napa Auto Parts again AutoZone had the same part I needed that day for cheaper
Update response from owner is not good enough working internally to solve the problem is a fancy way of saying they do not care what the customer thinks and they are not doing a thing about it
I needed transmission parts,they are the only retailer that offered what I needed. They got my order ready for me to pickup. No problems everything was good.

I went into Napa today to pick up an order my husband had placed over the phone. And then realized that I needed windshield wiper blades. The sales associate Jeff was happy to assist me in finding the appropriate pair and he took the time out to put them on for me. Excellent customer service Jeff and thank you!
The sales floor area has so many options for my vehicle must haves. Very easy to park and easy to shop as it's not crowded plus there is helpful staff! Signed up for email notices that include sales coupon codes. Online ordering and curbside pickup, too.
Really helpful associate showed me their inventory and when I needed some thing different sent me to another store that could meet my needs. Very impressed!
Store seems to have a good stock. However, The staff seemed so bothered to sell me anything. My simple presence and taking phone calls while I was in the store seemed to be too much. I almost gave up. I stood in the aisle to google my own part numbers where the staff members response was “sometimes homework is hard”. Wow. During my visit he even answered someone on the phone and said “we don’t carry it because it’s too hard to find” and then hung up the phone wow. When I did find my part number he walked away to pull the part shaking his head. Generally I felt like I was putting him out. There was no joy in his demeanor or treatment of anyone I witnessed him interacting with. He went out of the way not to help me with what I needed. Get another job man if you don’t like what you do. My receipt says employee: Kyle/rick sales rep: 19.

There's a guy there named will that has a bad temper sold a caliper that was packaged wrong wouldn't take it back told us to put it upside down with a bleeder valve on the bottom instead of on the top. Extremely disappointing they need to get somebody there that knows a little bit about mechanics and has good customer service instead of taking the caliper and throwing it across the counter. It's sad that somebody would hire somebody like that.
Marvin answered the phone when I called to see if NAPA Annapolis had graphite lubricant for my car door lock. It was getting difficult to insert my key to open the door. He said he was holding a graphite lubricant in his hand because he has just sold two of them. He was very helpful, positive, and patient with my questions. When I went into the store, he was just as friendly. He gave me advice/instruction on how to use the product, and upon seeing how unsure I was, offered to come out to the car and show me! My key goes in smoothly now. I am so relieved the product worked, and so grateful to Marvin for his help, advice, and friendliness. Five stars for sure for NAPA Annapolis!
Best parts store in the area hands down. Rich at the counter is more than knowledgeable on many makes models and situations and has that napa know how they speak of on the commercials. Dealing with them is always pleasant and I have NEVER had to return a single part or order back to them after years of using them for everything from oil to specialty motor parts. Always have what you need in stock or know where to get it if not. Prices are fair and labeled throughout the store. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Keep up the good work guys!
It doesn't matter what i need, whether a part for a 1948 tractor, 25 YO truck, or new car they have it, or can get it within a few hours. Plus the staff are probably more knowledgeable than all the part store staffs combined in Ann Arundel County.
Rich was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us out with a refrigeration problem. It was not an easy fix. He got the different fittings and hose that we needed to make it work. We went back to our boat and needed a different fitting. We arrived back at the store 3 minutes before they closed and he solved our problem and did it with a smile. We recently moved to MD and will definitely make this our store of choice. Great Job!!
They are clearly under staffed and unorganized. One employee on a Friday afternoon does not make sense. The one dude had 5-6 people in line, phones ringing off the hook, truck drivers coming in and out, what seemed to be online orders coming in and several people trying to return products. Felt bad for the guy. Management needs to get it together and hire some help.
The manager on duty and other staff involved were more helpful than any other auto parts store I visited in the last few days in my search for a length of hose. I left with what I needed and finally satisfied.
Excellent customer service. Nice to speak with people who know something about their products/ inventory. They also have a military discount; that's not why I come here but I appreciate it!
