They always check out all my wiring and clean my terminals. Today I went and they had to cut out a bunch of bad wires to make it work. They went above and beyond.
Terrible Arrogant owner who will do all the slime sales tactic to separate you and ur money . But he knows best, so maybe he should just have ALL ur money. He is the best.
holy snap. these people are a total scam. DO NOT GO THERE. my dad was trying to do me a favor and bought some batteries, they were the wrong battery. these people would not take the batteries back the very next day. with a receipt, said their is a 30% restocking free! to put a battery back in the shelf! and the. tried to tell me what will and wont work! when please believe me, i know whats best for my own situation! DO not GO HERE.
Stopped in here actually on my way to a chain parts store & wow, so glad I did. I was immediately seen, and probably my was pulling out of the parking lot within 7-10 minutes of my arrival. Fair pricing and great service!

Young men were very helpful and knowledgeable on the battery I needed for my vehicle. Meet me at my vehicle with a smile and grabbed my old battery and carried the new one out to my vehicle.
Overall, a great deal. I got a quoted a different price over the phone. He said it was due to the installation process. Everything has gone up, including the price of batteries. I would recommend and come back in the future. It was definitely cheaper than the competitors around the corner!
Batteries are great quality, and in my opinion a lot cheaper than places like Autozone. They but your old battery, and even do installs for a small fee. Overall great business, well mannered, and very friendly people.
Saved me alot of money. Always go here and here only. They even pay good money for old bad batterys. I make $11 from selling my bald headded grandmother's old car battery.
Great place for a refurbished battery. My van has over 300k miles and I did not want to get a new battery so this works. These guys did it!

Those people are some very very nice people as soon as you pull up there somebody there to greet you there not enuff good things that I can say about them people if I can use one word to describe them it would be "super"
River City Battery customer service is far superior than your typical auto parts store. I came here a couple of times with my friends and once with my brother and every time I come I received great customer service for example my brother needed a battery for his BMW he went to auto zone they told him the battery was bad so he wanted a second opinion, I took him to River City Battery they tested it and charged it overnight and got it back right. Employees here are trained and qualified I highly recommend you take you battery here first to get an opinion.
Excellent customer service from the owner(s) & all of the employees who work there. They have really great prices that vary depending on exactly type of equipment or item it is that you're trying to purchase o/c. They also give you a very reasonable 2 month warranty if you're buying 1 of their used/reburshised batteries for your vehicle(s). River City Battery Supply is a fantastic place to do business with 🌟
