I’ve been bringing my car here for over a decade. They are one of the few service centers I trust in Baton Rouge. I let Brad know I was interested in a rav4 and he immediately called me when he had one in stock. Brought my car in when the check engine light came on. They were very professional and had the problem diagnosed and estimate for the repair when they contacted me shortly after dropping it off. They then had me all fixed up and down the road the next afternoon. They were very professional and will definitely be a repeat costumer.

Excellent customer service. Great communication about the issue my car was having. Diagnosed properly and promptly made the repair. Water pump bearing was failing. Replaced water pump, thermostat, and tensioner. Recommended a belt replacement while the job was being done that will save me the expense of another future visit. Car was clean when the job was completed. I will definitely use Rocket Auto service again.

Had some tires installed and balanced with an alignment , great work definetly drives straight now, no complaints great Technicians and Staff.

I have brought a couple vehicles in for small things that I explicitly ask them to fix and they come back with a grand plan of fixing everything and don’t fix the one thing I asked them to fix. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Terrible mechanics. They will charge you 150 dollars to tell you exactly what you told them.

I had a great experience- PLEASE READ- I had about 2k in damage done to my newer BMW. I didn't want to file an insurance claim so I got 4 quotes and Greg at Rocket gave me the lowest price and fastest turnaround time. The Greg Owen's that I did business with was honest and did great work. My car looks brand new again. Thanks to Greg and Kim for being so easy to work with. They went the extra mile to build my tryst and I will only use Rocket Collision from now on.

Amazing customer service and communication. They let me know every step of the way how my repairs were going. I brought vehicles to Owens after my last 2 wrecks. This is the only place in Baton Rouge to get the quality of the repairs and excellent customer service every time. I started bringing in all my vehicles to Owens for monthly servicing as well.
