Always goes above and beyond for automotive needs. Never fails to impress me with the best experience I always have when I’m in need of. Weather it’s a problem with my vehicle or just going in for a quick stop for oil or something small. Best of the best by far.

I wish I could give 0 stars! The employees there are rude as hell. Me and my friend walked in the building to get help with an exchange. Not one employee acknowledged us at all when we walked No one didn’t seem to want to help us out. They just was looking at us, like what hell, what kind of service is that. That’s why I always go to AutoZone or O’Reilly because they are attentive to their customers. This was just my last resort because my normal stores didn’t have what I needed at the moment.

Jammy at the Oak Villa location was fantastic. I ordered my batteries online and she had them ready when I got there.

The web messed up my order. Boom i showed up and was told come back @ 12:30pm! Done deal and super good Prices!!

They got just about every part you need for your vehicle no matter the year and make nice staff

We will not be back here the whole store management is very rude and disrespectful Keith and Jamie and Tammy likes to make in front of disabled people they pick and choose what customers they want to take care of they don't pick parts they make other people do and Keith the store manager likes to put hands on his employees I tried to look for the number to complain about these people but they don't have the phone number for customers to call someone higher then them so this place is a clown show I would like the phone number to get them in trouble for things they are doing to people

They also have UPS store for shipping packages I was in there 5 minutes till 4:00 before they close and they had me out which is right around the corner from my house

Says they hold pickup items for 7 days but canceled mine in 5 days with no warning

Only place in Town that stocked my part for my RV. Good service. Guy was by himself so a little slower than normal, but all in all great price and part worked like a charm!!!

Awesome service, parts manager and employee Sarah Simmerman were more helpful and kind than could have asked for, I went back a few days later for a different part and they were concerned about the last repair and enquired about how it went. I had good news but it was the thought that caught my attention. Very satisfied

Even though Covid19 kept customers from interacting with counter parts attendant, it was a pleasant visit and they had the parts I needed. Keep up the awesome work.
