Zachariah is always helpful, professional and generous. Really down to earth and understands that most people these days don't have the extra funds when things go wrong with your vehicle. I appreciate how he interacts with his customers like he cares because he does. O'Reilly's other locations could definitely step up their game with just acknowledging that a customer is there would be a start. Maybe they could use some training from Zachariah on how to just speak to people
Absolutely amazing service, my battery died on me today, I called this Orielly's store and Samantha did SO much to help. Not only was she extremely polite over the phone, but when my mobile mechanic wasn't available, she came out to jump it. Just COMPLETELY above and beyond. 10/10
Last week I was at across the street from this store when my car wouldn't start and I didnt have a clue why. When I came in Zachariah and Samantha were so helpful and got me back up and running! I'm usually skeptical about O'Reilly as I haven't had very many good experiences at others, but I will definitely come out of my way to come back to this store for everything I need.
This location is by far the best one I’ve been to. Everyone is always so welcoming and helpful. It may be a 25 minute drive versus the one 5 minutes from me, but it’s worth it every time!
Most everyone here is very helpful. They will test your battery, look up all sorts of parts for you, make greater recommendations and the tools are good at a good price.
Great service! I mistakenly ordered the wrong brake pads so I needed a solution asap, as my car was already on jack stands on a Sunday afternoon. In a matter of minutes, some multitasking and a phone call, Samantha got it straightened out and I got my brakes done. Give that woman a raise!
The guy who was working behind the counter was rude & gave me false information on my vehicle issue. He was clearly not happy to be there nor concerned with my problems at hand. He acted like I completely interrupted whatever he was doing on his phone.
Went in with a break light out. Bought a bulb. Ask the gentleman how to change it. He said I'll not only show you , I'll do it for you. Everyone at this location is always wonderful and polite. Knowledgeable.
I walked in with horror on my mind after just leaving "AZ" who gave me an incorrect bulb which blew a fuse, making my running lights stop working late in the evening.
I stopped here and thank goodness for Blake... not only did he give me the correct bulb, but he also fixed the running lights issue. Blake went over and beyond his call of duty, both professional and personable. Kudos to him!! I was able to get home safely!!
Hate calling, never given good help over phone. In person when asking for parts I needed the employee had to google it before looking into the store system for the part.
Nice staff, very knowledgeable. Was able to help me determine the best temporary and long term electrical plans as I add more imbedws electronics and computers.
Absolutely horrible. I was getting oil for an oil change for my truck the worker told me I needed to 5w30 . I questioned him twice he looked it up in the computer supposedly and said it was 530. I drove home open my hood and realized I need 5w 20. I had to drive back to O'Reilly. I exchange the 5w 30 for the correct 5w 20 and the worker even made me put it back on the Shelf. You will not see my business here again.
Super friendly, always willing to help. Answer any questions and even help trouble shoot issues. They aren't quite expert mechanics, but definitely more than just people who sell you parts.
