I had aftermarket fog lights installed on my Bronco and the experience was outstanding! Dylan Gillett responded to my initial email with pictures and details. When I visited the store to look at lighting options, Dylan took time to show me what was in stock and he took time to show me options that could be ordered. When I came back in to have the work done, I waited in the shop and Dylan gave me updates on the work and went through operating instructions at the end. I have a 2019 Silverado z71. Stock I went to total off rd in baton rouge and spoke with Dylan. I have to say he was very knowledgeable very friendly I felt very comfortable. He was not pushy. I did not feel rushed or being pushed into things. I did not want. He was very patient with me as I was very uncertain of exactly what I wanted. I spoke with Dylan over a two week. Period With questions and concerns and each time I spoke with him, he was courteous spent the time that I needed to understand the products and the process gave me suggestions for the best application for me, I highly recommend total off-road in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and dealing with Dylan. He is excellent. Met the manager of the facility. He was very friendly and stopped what he was doing to speak with me without any hesitation , the conversation wasn’t rushed very nice gentleman. He runs his business. As a business should be ran as far as customer service and quality aboard. The facility itself is very clean well maintained. Thy have a wide variety of accessories from wheels. Tires bumpers lifts wenches differentials you name it. They probably have it again. I can’t praise Dylan enough for his customer service. It was due to his attentiveness and customer service to me was total off-road. Unorganized, slow. Quick to take your money but that’s about it. Horrible customer service but that’s the “norm” In USA now. They have really nice expensive things for sale but so do other businesses with better treatment of the customer. I’ve been here thrice and it’s the last‼️ I see your “Excuse” and it only drives my point home. All one has to do is look at all of the customers complaining about the same thing. All you care about is $$& not people. Never going to your store again! None of them.

Excellent experience! Can't say enough about the entire team at the Baton Rouge location. They treated my '21 Gladiator as if it was their own, previously installed new gears to get larger tires in check with computer, just installed new rims and tires. Sales and service were amazing, offering only to sell what I needed, to do the job right, and service installation very clean and keeping close eye on if something was wrong, as to not incur future costs. My Jeep and myself thank ya'll immensely for excellent work

I had the pleasure to stumble across Total Offroad purely by accident after I had purchased a Toyota FJ Cruiser in Las Vegas and was driving it back home to Florida. My alignment got thrown off twice and the second time it happened it was near Baton Rouge. Total Offroad was the first 4x4 shop that came up after a quick Google search so I called them up and had the absolute pleasure to speak with Dylan Gillett. He was very gracious and allowed me to come in right away and the entire job was done within 1 hour. That is simply unheard of and was such a speedy service. They were also able to troubleshoot what was causing my alignment issues which happened to be a loose bolt that held my lower control arm in place. This was completely missed by a dealership that I had an alignment done at just 2 days prior. I also can’t praise Dylan enough for how helpful he was spending over 40 minutes with me and answering all my suspension related questions. He is literally a wealth of knowledge and is the reason that I plan to make a 12 hour trip from Florida to Baton Rouge to have Total Offroad upgrade my suspension.

Had a great experience with 4wheel parts in Baton Rouge. I went in on a Friday and spoke with Woodrow. Told him what I wanted to accomplish with my 4Runner. I was originally going to go with just black wheels but he talked me into the bronze. Paid and ordered the parts that day, the following Tuesday Woodrow called and let me know everything was is. Scheduled for the following Friday. I couldn’t be happier with how my vehicle turned out. Counter service was great, tech service was great. When I arrived at the shop Friday am for my install Woodrow was waiting at the counter and had one of my wheels in the box on a stand to show me, he really knew that I was trusting him in the decision to go bronze and he wanted me to see how they looked. That’s customer service. I really appreciate that after they seated and aired up the fist wheel and tire assembly, they rolled it into the waiting area for me to take a look. This little detail went a long ways for me! I will being using them again in the near future.

Took my 2018 TRD Pro Tacoma in for an alignment. I have 32.5” KO2’s and the Wescott Designs lift/level kit. They got it perfect the first try. I would most definitely recommend these guys to anyone. Great experience overall and only took about 45 minutes.

I brought my 2019 Tacoma TRD in for a new set of tires. Matt and guys at Total Off Road on Airline knocked it out of the park. Matt recommended NITTO RIDGE GRAPPLERS 35s I could not be happier, the tires are great, the service was outstanding and fast. I am a retired auto technician, so I am very particular about who I let work on my vehicles. Most work I can do myself but for things such as an allignment or gearing change, I just don’t have the equipment to complete these tasks. I recently. Brought my 2019 Tacoma in for an Allignment and regear. Customer service was top notch, their shop is clean and organized. Dropped off the truck on monday and was able to pick up that same week! Super fast service! Now have 1000 miles on the gears and can report zero issues. The Allignment was spot on, they brought my caster and camber back into specs. This something that most other shops will not do. Highly recommend.
