My brother was rushed to the emergency room Friday night leaving his truck on the side of the road. I called (from Texas) to help coordinate picking up his truck since we didn't know how long he'd be in the hospital and Cool Cats Towing sprung into action quickly. They sent us pictures once the truck was picked up and once back at their facility - helping us stay in the loop on where the truck was at all times. They treated us like family from the beginning and I'm grateful they could be there for my family in time of need. Highly recommend! Thank you again!!

Used this company after a flat tire on the interstate. Dispatch and the driver were both professional, kind and efficient. The driver was able to make it to me within 20 mins and had my truck towed to the shop within a hour of calling them, all while handling my vehicle with care. Service was reasonably priced and they will definitely be my go to for towing needs.

This is my first time ever having to get my car towed and I can truly say Cool Cats Towing were so helpful! They were extremely polite and professional, they got to me in 30 minutes with no delays. There is a 150 flat rate and taxes if you're using a card but that way better than EVERY other tow company I talked to. I just want to say thank you again.

Only rating one star as zero stars is not an option: Our recent experience with this service was incredibly disappointing. We had scheduled an appointment with Derrick for 2:30 PM, but he arrived early and left before the agreed-upon time. We rescheduled for the following day at 10:30 AM, and while Derrick arrived around 10:37 AM, his work was incomplete and didn’t meet our instructions. We were charged $156.25, which was $6.25 more than the original quote, with no prior notice about a service fee for using a debit card. Derrick’s attitude was unprofessional. He seemed have wanted cash, which is a bit "weird". Additionally, he made inappropriate comments and even called us a “fool” under the pretense of quoting a Bible scripture. This experience was far from satisfactory. Derrick’s lack of communication, listening, comprehension skills and poor attitude have led us to decide against further business with this company. We hope this feedback serves as a constructive note for improving service and customer interactions.

Shout out to Cool Cats Towing in Baton Rouge, LA. I had two severe blowouts on Sunday 8/18/24 in my Lexus on Jefferson/Lobdell (bad road hazard as a second car pulled over minutes later). After calling 3 other companies who did not answer, they answered immediately. Got my information, came picked me and my car up within 35 minutes! The tow truck was new and very nice with a professional and courteous driver. Dropped me at tire repair shop and took care of it all in a little bit over an hour. Flat rate of $150 in town. Thank you guys!!

Cool Cats Towing is amazing! I called them Saturday morning to get a tow for a 1978 Corvette that was not running. They took less than 30 minutes to arrive, and took such care in handling my vehicle. I can't recommend them enough. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Thank you!!

I contacted this company after my son had a tire blow out coming home from school around 4:45pm in the heart of Baton Rouge. A scary situation is putting it lightly. Dispatch was incredible with helping me navigate this stressful situation which included cops and an impatient DOTD official. Their tow truck driver was somehow able to MAGICALLY appear in a little over 20 minutes during 5:OO rush hour Baton Rouge traffic! INSANE and so comforting to a mother!!!!!!!! They must be soooooo expensive, right?! Exact OPPOSITE!!!!!! They are affordable, literally NO price gouging!!!! This company is HONEST, RELIABLE, DEPENDABLE, and AFFORDABLE!!! It was a busy week night and all other towing services in my area were busy. Even tho at the moment they didnt have a guy to tow me, Cool Cats gave me lists of trusted resources and tips to keep away from shadey towers and eventually did come to my rescue. Charlse who helped me was very kind, understanding and respectful even tho i was kinda frazzled. I really appriciate how much these guys care for their community. <3

Super friendly business. Absolutely no complaints here. I can't say I look forward to working with them again, since that means one of my vehicles would need to break again, but if that situation does befall me again, I will definitely call these guys again. Highly recommend!

Got my car stuck in a yard today, called Cool Cats Towing LLC and was told they would arrive in 20 minutes, but they got there in less than 10 minutes!! C (wont try and spell his name but he knows who he is) was AMAZING!! He got me and another guy out super fast!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!! Very reasonably priced and professional but very kind! A+++++ Service!!!!!!

DO NOT USE! Avoid at all costs!!! Owner was just plain awful to my wife. When she was unhappy with service, owner started getting very aggressive with her and started calling her names and taking her picture without asking! She felt very threatened by his behavior, as he was putting words in her mouth. Super disappointed that a grown man could treat a woman with such disrespect. 0/10.

I recommend using Cool Cats for any type of service in which they provide. Their professionalism is off the charts. I used their towing service and Derrick made it me and had my truck on the towing bed in no time! Not only that, but he made it to me in the time frames in which he promised although it was a last minute call. Thank you all again.

leaving work and my car wouldn’t change gears, i was unable to drive it. I was recommended by my mechanic, glad i went with them! They came asap ! waited no more then 15-20 minutes. They were very professional and worked in a timely matter! Price was just right . definitely will use their services again if ever needed and will highly recommend!

The best towing experience I’ve ever had by far. GEICO issued them to me through road side assistance after my coolant started leaking from somewhere and ran dry causing me to have to tow my car home instead of messing it up further. Charles came so early it surprised me ! I normally wait 1-3hrs for a tow truck when I have to sit with my car but Charles came in 15 minutes. Got it all hooked up fast and properly secured in about 5-8 minutes tops in the pouring down rain. Has to be the best tow company in BR for sure. They take pride in their work for sure. Quick, reliable , and efficient. Thanks again Charles .

Derrick and Charles were very very helpful and did the job amazingly. Told me to be back at my car at 8:10 and maximum he'd be a few minutes behind me. At 8:18 he pulled up and did a very smooth job getting my car on his new flatbed. Less than 10 minutes later he was at my house delivering my vehicle. His rate was cheaper than 4 places called before him. You're playing yourself not calling him in the Baton Rouge area.

I had a great experience using them today! My car had been sitting up a while and I needed someone to tow it to the shop and they called me back in a timely manner! They were great with communication too and just the whole process. Definitely recommend using them.

Highly recommend. Friendly and easy to work with. The tow was exactly how we wanted it. Also I forgot to get a copy of my receipt to be reimbursed by my insurance company. Got back in touch with Cool Cats a week later and he was very helpful in resolving this issue for me. Not only a great towing company but also great customer service after the fact.

I called Cool Cats Towing because my car wouldn't start and was given a time, took all my info and gave me the quote, so nice over the phone. Then right before they were scheduled to arrive, my son went out and started my car. I was feeling awful having to cancel the tow. But I called and he was so understanding and nice.
