Late one night my battery died near Mid City and I was sitting there hoping the car would magically start back up. I called Miller Prime Towing Assistance and somebody picked up right away, which honestly surprised me at that hour. The driver got there pretty fast, checked a few things under the hood before giving me a jump, and stayed a couple extra minutes to make sure the car would keep running. Super easy experience during a pretty stressful night.

Engine overheated and died on I-110 northbound near the Government Street exit during afternoon rush. Temperature gauge had been climbing for ten minutes and I barely got the car to the right shoulder before the I-10 interchange made moving right impossible. Steam coming out and cars moving fast past me on the narrow I-110 shoulder. Called Miller Prime Towing Assistance and the dispatcher had my location confirmed and a driver dispatched in under two minutes. She told me to pop the hood slightly but stay inside the car. Driver came in 33 minutes. Had his lighting and reflectors set before approaching, loaded the flatbed cleanly on a tight I-110 shoulder, and drove me to a shop on Perkins Road that could start diagnosing it the next morning. Off that I-110 shoulder during afternoon rush and in a shop in under 90 minutes. Miller Prime handled it without any drama.

This is a scam. It is not a real local towing company. The # is a call center posing as a local towing business. They’ll take your information and send you an invoice for payment upfront. Then they make excuses why the tow truck is delayed. DO NOT USE.
