Got a 07 accord from here, within a month had to have it towed from home to the shop to replace the slipping transmission. After getting the car back and my mechanic inspecting it in detail, discovered multiples of missing bolts. Bolts missing from 2 motor mounts, after driving a cpl months start seeing oil leaking.. loose valve cover bolts, also the timing cover had only 2 bolts and a lot of sealant.
I would not recommend allowing their mechanic/s to troubleshoot anything much less work on it.
Should you find yourself looking to purchase a vehicle here, I recommend having someone you personally trust to thoroughly inspect before finalizing any paperwork.
I just want to thank Major Motors for their exceptional service. If you’re looking for efficient mechanical work this is your place. On top of amazing mechanic work the customer service is amazing. I went in on day they were feeding customers! I’ve never had such great service where the business truly care about their customers satisfaction and going the extra mile to ensure their customers are happy. The representatives in the guest waiting area were also extremely friendly. I felt like I was apart of the family! The owner Don Major is by far the most genuine, caring business owner I’ve come across!! I’ve designated them my permanent maintenance and repair shop!!!! Thank y’all so much for everything !!!
