I had a great experience with On The Go Roadside Assistance LLC. They were fast, professional, and showed up right when they said they would. Communication was on point the whole time, and they handled everything smoothly without any hassle.
It’s hard to find reliable roadside service these days, but they definitely came through when I needed it. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for quick and dependable help on the road. Will definitely be using them again!
Initially, I believed On The Go Roadside Assistance was going to be good to work with. Turned out, they are unreliable and liars. At 3:35PM my service had an ETA of 5:20pm, which was no problem at all. I called at 5:03 to be sure the ETA was still 5:20 and 5:34, I got no answer either time on the Google Voice phone app. At 5:38 a young lady returned my call, asked my information to deteremine which tow I was. I provided the information, she asked that I hold on while she reaches out to the driver to get a more accurate ETA. She then returned to let me know the driver said it would be another hour. Mind you, I was never given a courtesy call to inform me that the eta was going to exceed the initial time of 5:20. Now, we are at an ETA of 6:40 and that is a maybe. I wanted to go to the dealership with my car, not an overnight drop. That was my plan and I communicated that. The young lady was very nice and understanding explaining to me the drivers have poor communication skills and do not ever inform her when there will be any delays. She continued to be very pleasant, understanding that I would be following the truck to meet at the dealership and we discussed. We agreed that the next day would work out perfectly with an eta in the timeframe of 8:30-10:00a. Well, today (next day) is here. I called On The Go at 8:04 and 8:38a to just confirm we are still on for 8:30-10:00am and there was no answer. I received a call back at 8:48 from the same young lady. She proceeded to tell me to just leave my key and they will pick my car up. I asked for an ETA (ESTIMATED time of arrival.....NOT exact time of arrival), which an ETA is provided on any tow ticket created. She went on to inform me that the driver did not know when he'd be coming and that she neither he could give me an ETA. It was at this point I had to cancel.
AT&T roadside assistance called me to verify the cancellation. The AT&T roadside assistance rep Tammie told me that the lady whom I believed to be so nice understanding and pleasant had LIED and reported that she had given me an ETA of 9:00am and that I declined. How delusional she may be, I am not sure because when she called me back at 8:48a, I was AT MY HOUSE WITH MY CAR. So, a 9:00 eta would have been absolutely perfect.
My point is: On The Go is very unprofessional, a fraud, and outright liars.
UPDATE: AT&T took my full report of the treatment from Tammie and the lies of On The Go Towing. The situation was resolved by them sending A&E Towing was absolutely amazing. The office staff and driver, Stephon were both very communicative. The office called me. The driver called me. They kept me abreast of everything that concerned me and the tow of my car. They even called after the car was delivered. The person at the dealership called and expressed to me how surprisingly professional and communicative A&E Towing conducted their business. Everythign worked out in my favor, despite the LIES and unprofessionalism I experienced from On The Go Towing. Just be mindful of doing business with On The Go Towing.
On the Go Roadside, LLC was outstanding when I needed my BMW towed. They arrived quickly, were professional and courteous, and handled my car with real care. The driver clearly knew what he was doing and made a stressful situation much easier. Great communication, fair pricing, and excellent service from start to finish. I highly recommend On the Go Roadside, LLC to anyone who needs reliable roadside assistance or towing.
Very disrespectful. Requested information that was not required by the company they were hired for. Did not contact me about when to pick up a vehicle. Claimed they do not pick up a vehicle the same day as requested.
Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. Was supposed to pick up my car, no call and no show. Rescheduled. Once again, no call and no show. They even contacted me when they would pick it up for a third time. Then, never showed or called. Will not respect other people's time. Absolutely useless.
Response: Peddle had you as the company for pick up. You must have agreed to some terms. I called them after your failure for pick up. Why would you contact me to pick up the car then say it's Peddle I should be dealing with. For the record, the title WAS notarized. If you had any issues at all, then why would you not contact me rather than just leaving me hanging for Three different times?
Yo I recommend this company, I was rushing to work ran out of gas, looked up roadside assistance, contacted “ON THE GO” And within Less Than 15 min they was pulling up with my gas delivery. I was shocked great customer service. Even left them a nice tip.!! I appreciate that life safer
Does not answer the phone or call back. They work with a company that buys junk cars and schedule pickups and then never show up. This has happened with 2 cars we’ve sold. It’s frustrating. I wouldn’t use them.
Really bad experience. The dispatcher was incredibly rude to my mother, has not answered any inquiries for updates, and the driver still hasn’t shown up. My mom very politely texted the dispatcher to let her know we were ready with all the paperwork needed for the car they’re picking up and the dispatcher fussed my mother saying “I never told you to go wait there” and such but the dispatcher literally never said anything of the kind in the three short texts they sent my mom.
Having been the operations director of a logistics company with a fleet of 23 vehicles and hundreds of daily customers, and often doing my own dispatch for that company, I cannot fathom ever speaking to someone the way this dispatcher is speaking to my mother, especially when the company can’t even remotely abide by the schedule they provided to us.
Overall the whole experience was very professional, driver made it to my location in under 1 hour and had my car exactly where it needed to be in a timely and efficient manner. Price was fair as well would definitely use again and I highly recommend!!!

Thank you on the go roadside assistance for going above and beyond. My tire was flat leaving the airport. They appeared timely to put on my spare tire. As I was leaving, it was dark and raining, and I hit a pothole. My spare was now flat. He saw me on the side of the road, stopped and further assisted me by calling the owner to bring me a spare tire. He would not leave until the tire was bought. Thank you! Thank you! I will definitely recommend you to anyone in need of tire services!
Professional, will go out his way to make sure your situation is completed! I needed a rim and he went to multiple places just to fix my tire! Awesome guy!! I highly recommend! Great pricing too!!
Only company that actually picked up when I called around. My sister was stranded with a flat in the middle of the night. They picked up the tire, replaced it with a used one & brought it back to us! Very friendly service & reasonably priced! Will definitely reach out in the future if needed again.
Excellent service, my car had a flat on the highway late at night and Jason at On the Go Roadside Assistance Towing Service came right out and fixed it. He was very professional and polite and had me on the road again. Reasonably priced too.
I highly recommend this business. Their customer service is second to none. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and service when I needed help with my car.
