⭐⭐⭐IF BUYING A NEW CAR DO A FULL CHECK OF THE CAR. THEY SELL CARS THAT ARE DAMAGED AND REFUSE TO FIX THEM! SEE THE REVIEW BELOW⭐⭐. Overall, the sales staff at this dealership were helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles. The salesmen, Trevor, we worked with was friendly and answered our questions, which made the process start off on a positive note. However, the experience changed when we met with the finance manager, Joe. The very first thing Joe said to us was, “This is not a TikTok car dealership and whatever you watched on TikTok isn’t going to work here.” This comment was surprising because we had never spoken to him before and had not mentioned TikTok or anything similar. It immediately set a negative tone for the rest of the interaction. I would also strongly recommend that anyone purchasing a vehicle here thoroughly inspect the car before leaving the lot even if it is brand new. The vehicle I purchased was brand new with 9 miles on it. I noticed it had a front bumper panel that was sticking out (see photos), and the steering wheel had a gash in the leather. The damage on the steering wheel was on the backside, so I didn’t notice it until a few days later. When I brought these issues to the dealership’s attention, I was told that because the vehicle had already left the lot, there was nothing they could do about the steering wheel. Trevor did say they would schedule a time to fix the bumper panel, but it has now been three days since that conversation and I have not been contacted to set up the repair. The experience after the sale has been disappointing. If you decide to purchase here, I recommend carefully inspecting every part of the vehicle before driving off the lot.

Anthony Bonnette was a great salesman. He sold me a 2023 malibu that rides so smooth! During the process he was determined to sell me the malibu he didnt stop fighting til everything was finalized. He kept making jokes to make the process as relaxing and quick as possible. If you’re having a rough day or even a fantastic day anthony would be the perfect salesman to go to!

My sister and I had the most pleasant car buying experience you could imagine at Team Honda! The amazing sales executive assigned to us, Allwell "Al" Opusunju, was always patient, kind, and thoughtful. There’s a reason our family has been doing business with Team Honda since 2005. Having bought now six vehicles from them, they never disappoint. Our newest addition was purchased yesterday, a 2026 Honda Civic Sport. Luke, our sales guy was absolutely phenomenal. Very personable person and he wasn’t being fake about himself or anything else. Always upfront with me and was able to get me a great deal on my vehicle. Tony in Finance was also great too. Having had problems with financing at other dealerships (*cough* *Ascension Honda* *cough*), Tony made the whole paperwork process seamless and was very helpful with all our questions we had. Could not recommend these guys more. Fantastic group of people. And a big shout out to management over there because they definitely know how to run a dealership. Working with them has always been great. I’m sure we’ll buy from them again soon.

Mr. Anthony deserves a 5 star after he helped me and my mom buy new cars. The process we went through was by far the easiest and most fastest transaction ever. We are both 100% satisfied with the honesty and effort he put into helping us, and making sure we both were happy with our decision. He took the time and effort and even came on his off day, the day we drove off the cars. If anyone deserves a good review of how hard they worked and how good of a worker they are, it is Mr. Anthony.

Sales: Derrick Woods was a pleasure to work with! My husband and I came in knowing what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend, and while we didn’t get quite as low as we wanted, Derrick did a great job meeting us in the middle. We also traded in my 2017 Jeep Patriot, and he was able to negotiate a good price for that as well. The only problem we initially had with the Honda HR-V we were looking at was the dirty seats, so Derrick added that he would get them detailed while we were filling out paperwork - that was definitely the selling point on the car itself! I’m also pregnant, and he made sure I never needed anything on that end. Finance: Joe did an amazing job helping us out with all the financing paperwork. He was equally professional and personable, and we really enjoyed working with him as well. Whole the process wasn’t exactly fast (it never is), it never felt like a hassle because he chatted with us the whole time. I also had to get my daily debit card limit increased in order to put the down payment on the car, and he was so patient while I was on the phone with the bank to get that done. Only downside: at one point, the manager (I guess) felt Derrick wasn’t negotiating as fast as he wanted with us, so he ended up coming in to take over. We definitely didn’t appreciate that, as Derrick was doing an amazing job. The manager on the other hand was clearly annoyed that we wanted the price of the new (to us) car lower, so he came in to show us all the money/work they put into the car and why the price was what it was. At the end of the day, we did our research, so we knew what a fair price was and what we were willing to pay. Long story short, when the time comes for another new car, we will absolutely be back to work with Derrick and Joe!

Our Sales Team Member was kind, considerate and attentive to our needs. He found the balance between letting us share what we knew about the vehicle and showing us things which we weren’t aware. He really listened to what we wanted and did everything he could to discover what would work best. We highly recommend him to you when shopping for your next vehicle.
