I was disappointed in the handling of my vehicle. The lady at the front desk asked me the consumer "how were we supposed to know that your truck had this problem". 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Nevermind the fact that their tech personally told me that he was nerd when it came to front-ends. The man adjusted the bolt. He even told me that he had to in order to get the steering wheel adjusted. A week later the bolt backs off then they try and blame it on another part that was installed stating that in order for the other part to be installed that the other shop must've had the adjust the bolt.....WRONG. LOL. Some "nerd" huh.
I was stranded from out of town with a broken leaf spring on my fully loaded gooseneck trailer. Truck Pro was able to replace the spring in 2 hrs and do it for a great price. Very professional, honest, and trustworthy. I don’t run across people who conduct their business in this manner very often. Larry and Ricky and all the staff are great!
Prices are high here. They don't clean after finishing the job. My husband got a nice shirt full of grease when he got on the truck they day he picked it up.
The repair they did was good.
We rolled in unannounced with a 40’ living quarters horse trailer with a bent axel and three tires.
We had been forced off a narrow road that leads up to LSU large animal hospital after dropping off a horse.
Mr. Ken and his team brainstormed after assessing the damage and made calls with us to Lakota Horse trailer manufacturing and had an axle on its way.
Other places told us Three weeks to get an Axel but Mr. Ken and his amazing crew understood we had a horse in the hospital and This was our only trailer.
One week to the day and I drove back to Trailer Pro and picked up our repaired trailer!!!
We were treated like close family as many of them ride too and understand the situation we were in especially since we were out of state.
We are so greatful to Trailer Pro! Very Thankful that we were lead to them after a person tried to pass us on a double yellow going around a corner. They cut us off to avoid a head on collision which I understand happens quite often on the horrible narrow road with No shoulder and huge axle eating holes!

Had a random sporadic vibration on my 1 ton truck. Favorite local tire shop could not align the truck. Recommended TruckPro.

The absolute best experience I’ve ever had getting my 2008 F250 serviced. I took my truck in to solve the dreaded “Death wobble” and they were able to get me back on the road within the next business day. Wayne was very helpful and informed me of the identified problems and gave me options and pricing. They also found another issue I had going on and was unaware of. The rear U-joint on the drive shaft had a cracked cap and was grinding out of the flange yoke. When I went to pick up my truck a mechanic (didn’t catch his name but thank you so much!) talked to me about the new problem and gave me a brief rundown of what’s wrong and what to look for along with possible fix actions. Thankfully, they caught this issue early enough and I was able to fix the new issue myself the following morning which probably saved me a ton of money.
Every employee I interacted with were the epitome of professionalism, technical expertise. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Had a hard time finding someone who could check out a safety concern on our Motorhome. Someone mentioned Margot. Called them up, took it in around 415pm, they called the next morning and told us what they found, gave us a price. We ok's it and picked the Motorhome up today. Very pleased.
Super shop for big trucks. When nobody could get me in Truck Pro not only got me in immediately, but also got me out quickly. Everyone was helpful and very friendly. Mechanic should me stuff that needed to be done without pressuring me to let them do it now. I'm pretty sure my company will be using them from now on when we are working in Baton Rouge. We could not find anyone with a large enough workshop to work on our RV, but this place was perfect. They did a great job and it did not take forever. We even had to leave it there a couple days and they did not mind. I was worried about leaving it there, but it was well taken care of, and nothing inside was moved, used, or abused, if you know what I mean.
