Easy to get into. Clean facility and helpful employees. Drive onto scale, scale person will come out and scan license. They will give u a dock # to load at.
EMR Southern Recycling Company has the largest prices around in Louisiana I really do think so. They are the best in city so keep up the good work y’all guys and continue making other people proud of the team by keeping them prices higher than other recycle companies
Don’t deposit their checks into your bank account they will take it back without any notice and then say it’s not their fault!<br>They almost overdrawn my account!

This summer, I visited EMR for the first time and the staff was wonderful! I would definitely recommend EMR to everyone!<br><br>On June 17th, I drove up almost near closing time! The workers were very helpful as they took the items off my truck!<br><br>Everyone had excellent customer service, especially Ms. April (operates the scale) and Ms. Jaci (cashier)! These ladies were so patient and they assisted me with amazing customer care and attention!<br><br>If their supervisor reads this review, I would like everyone who assisted me to be recognized and rewarded for their outstanding customer service, thanks!
We've been coming here for about 2 and a half months now and it's been nothing but great customer service and obtaining little knowledgeable facts here and there. A great bunch of guys and a great group of ladies at the cashiers window. I truly love doing business with these guys when I need a little cash to get by.
I came in with 316ss and they told me they had to accept it as 303ss which was at a much lower cost. Simply because their test gun to identify material was down. I took the lower amount because I NEEDED it. However it’ll never happen again. I’m a machinist. I know what I brought them
It was my first time it was very confusing the signs weren't clear as to where I was supposed to go, it was a little wild at first but all in all went well once I figured it out
More directions and guidance would be helpful. Apparently across from 68th Ave takes bigger things (I brought 2 intact air conditioners and I unloaded them by myself). Across from 70th Ave takes cans and other smaller things. Took time but the worker was nice to me.
I sat for an hour to get loaded finally someone named Luther came and told me he didn't have a load for me and told me to leave, I politely told him I needed 3 minutes to call my boss. He told me to get the F# out of there and gave me the finger, I told him once again I needed to call my boss. He told me he didn't care if I fing rotted. Very bad place, don't do business with them, dont go in there.
