I had an awesome experience coming to GG Autos to purchase my used car. Being that I was going to pay cash for my vehicle, I want to be as sure as possible that I was going to get a dependable car. I saw a mid size SUV that looked great with very low mileage. I called and the salesman, Mario, told me that he would call me back after he had checked the lot and put his hands on the vehicle. It was still there. It had low mileage and a very decent sticker price. They even worked with me on the price to. ALL sales are “AS IS” sales. AFTER purchasing the vehicle, I left it with my brother a few days. He changed the oil, both air filters and wiper blades. When I picked the car up after a few days and drove it. I noticed that I had a few things that needed to fit. I called Mario at the dealership and he and Mr LU, were very understanding. Not one time did either of them bring up the fact that I bought the SUV under the “AS IS” purchasing term. I was simply told to take the SUV to their mechanic’s shop and if the mechanic couldn’t fix it, they would put me in another vehicle. Thankfully everything was able to be fixed. You get what your paying for and there’s no junk on the lot and they are honest from the beginning!! Very smooth non stressful process and got tax title license there all in 1 sitting ! I bought a 08 Nissan Armada . It was great for about a week , the ac stop getting cool , my shifter stopped working . It was fine he fixed it . I also told him it needed a front end alignment & the breaks were squeaking. My steering wheel shakes when I break so I need new rotors . I come out of the store and it’s raining my car it leaking water ! I message him with pictures no response . Called , he forwarded my call ! My kids car seats are ruined . My lining inside the car is ruined . I was so excited for this purchase until all these issues . Has only been two weeks since my purchase.
I bought a 2009 Toyota Corolla with only 60,000 miles for a good price! He is definitely not like any car salesman I have ever met. He does not try and talk you into buying a car from him and is upfront and honest about any questions I had about the car. He let me test drive it and form my own opinion on whether that was the car for me. Excellent service, I would highly recommend him to any family member!
