Briona was very helpful and knowledgeable she checked my battery and found that I needed a new battery and she changed it for me. All the other ladies that worked in the store were polite and welcoming. I would recommend this location to everyone.
Mr. Alvin was very helpful As my car was misfiring and I needed help changing one of my ignition coils he was able to just hop in help me change it and allow my car check engine light to go off. I really appreciate all his help today. Thank you so much Autozone were a Great help today… I’m back on the road with a hour and a half commute..

Came to autozone to get a new battery ASAP. They checked my old battery, put in the new battery, and had me out within 20 minutes! Very happy with the service that was provided.
Customer service was to notch. I was greeted immediately as I entered the store. The lady behind the register was kind and willing to help. I didn't know the cylinder for my car, she went outside to find out. I appreciate it. Wish I would've gotten her name. 7/3/2025 she sold me some brake pads. There were 2 ladies one helped me the other one was scrolling her phone. Thanks Doll keep doing what you're doing. She also explained the warranty and replacement of said brakes. Hope your experience will be as pleasant as mine.

This place is amazing, my car broke down at goodwill and Briona was absolutely amazing. She walked back and forth from goodwill to auto zone changed my battery out and it was soo hot outside she did the test and helped me order a new alternator. She called the other location made sure it was there and even went and picked it up for me I highly recommend this place the staff is awesome

Came in for a return at the one on O’Neal Ln and the customer service was horrible. The assistant manager wasn’t friendly at all like he was upset that we were returning something. A smile and a greeting goes a long way and we didn’t receive either.
Irian was a phenomenal help & Madison. They helped me with identifying what my parts were, how timely they will arrive & offered to call when they arrived and the option to drop off at my home local to the area. Great Service & Great People. Love the Staff & Definitely my Favorite Auto Part Shop in Baton Rouge, Louisiana!!!
