This has become my new "go to" store for local printing. Not only is the location great, the staff makes my printing chores exceptionally easy. Everyone I've worked with, Jasmine, Judah and the other representatives, have noticeably gone out of their way to assist me in getting whatever I need, whether it was figuring out some printing or looking for potato chips. If you need your project done quickly, professionally and courteously, put this Office Depot at the top of the list.

The printing manager guy tried to rip me off it clear says on the sign that it's a 5 dollar minimum fee for printing the guy manager tried to charge me a minimum fee of twenty dollars so I just left without the notes I won't be back

Emily helped me with printing services today. I was frustrated when I came in because my printer was not working. Emily listened and was very helpful, informative and so kind. Highly recommend this store for your printing needs!

One woman doing all the work while the men walk around aimlessly, taking smoke breaks out front! My mom and I went in today to get a piece of artwork scanned and printed and the process took much longer than it should. This was due to the fact that there was only one person, a very nice woman named Yassamine, actually willing to do any work. She had to multitask answering phones and juggling multiple customers while 4:00 to 5:00 other employees walked around the store seemingly not doing much but joking with each other and taking smoke breaks. They would look over and see people waiting and seeing yassamine juggling, and never said a word or intervened. Disgusting behavior! Very unprofessional and highly discourages me from coming back. Yassamine deserves all the credit for helping us out today and she provided amazing customer service and clearly also knew what she was doing. However, she shouldn't be the only one! Very disappointing, office depot.

Yesterday 10-31-25 I went to the Office Depot at South Colorado Blvd. to purchase a shredder. Eric the store employee came with me to the shredder display and asked me several question about my usage and guided me to what he recommended for my need. He was very friendly and helpful and willing to spend the time so that I would buy the right shredder. He even informed me that Office Depot recycles old shredders. I plan to bring in my old shredder today. Great customer service. Freda Fern Erickson

Rude employee and said its against company policies to send bio material ? I safety followed the directions of securing the package. This FedEx drop off locations needs to shut down. This was my closest to me since I'm on bus. Absolutely bs ? I will no longer support this store.

Okay store. I went there today to do an Amazon return. Some guy helped me-I thought he worked for Office Depot and was a manager. Nope he was working for a “charity”. I felt bad but I really just didn’t have the money. I had enough for rent and groceries for myself. When I finally was blunt, “I don’t have the money.” He proceeded to harass me for a “donation.” First of all I do donate to mutual aid-not corporations. I had a funny feeling, and was like “nah I want to help kids but I have to my own bills unfortunately. It’s okay to ask for donations but 1) don’t manipulate people by being fake nice 2) once you say, “no I can’t”. Stop asking. Thanks but no thanks. This guy was targeting me because I was an attractive “nice looking” woman. I have my own bills to pay. I’m a nurse. I take care of people for a living. On my day off, I don’t want to be harassed. I do enough for my community. I volunteer my time and skills to community events. I just really wanted to return my stuff and not me harassed on my day off. I had my sunglasses and ear buds in and this guy was clearly wanted to be left alone. He followed me into the store! It’s okay to ask for donations if it’s legit, but ask one time and stop after that. I will never come back here: I’m not joking. I’m a stressed out nurse. I just want to get me groceries and do my errand on my day off. Not be guilt tripped and manipulated by some stranger outside the store. I’m seriously wonder if he gets paid commission because I’ve worked sales and he was super slimey.

Unfortunately I think I am going to have to call it quits with this Office Depot which sucks because it’s the nearest one to my house. However, everyone that works at this store is unhelpful, and rude save for Paul. On top of that, they have 1 self service printer that is consistently out of order, and the only other one BARELY works a majority of the time. To boot, they have been closed for 3 days over Mother’s Day weekend (Saturday, Sunday and Monday the 13th) due to “technical difficulties” says the hand written scrawl taped to the door. This is not the first time people have walked up to the door only to find a hand written note taped to the door that they are inexplicably closed for some reason. There has also been an occasion where they have been open, but had someone standing at the door letting you know that their servers are down so their printers and credit card machines aren’t working so they can only do cash transactions. The amount of times the store has had these problems that makes it impossible to shop there makes it not even worth the bother anymore.

In February I bought a HP All-in-One computer. I Checked the warrenty information on the HP website and it said that the warrenty had expired. I called Office Depot about the warrenty, they said to call HP. I did and HP said to call Office Depot. I called OD HQ and they said they would take care of it. I have yet to see anything in writing. I had a Teck transfer information from my old computer to the new one. He noticed specks on the back of the monitor and thought I had bought a refurbushed computer. Check your warrenty information when you buy from this place.

I've never ever. I'm going to shop at this office. Depot. Ever again when you come over to the United States of America, we expect good customer service and if you can't provide that, then, don't work with the United States of America customers.

I tried to figure out which button to push to bypass the pin, which sounds simple. But they had two different buttons and also notes on the side of the machine. When I asked her to explain it to me, she said you should just read the directions. Well hot damn, I did read the directions and I’m never going back to that store. I don’t know how you screw up a bypass pin situation, but it never happens to me. This could be a cool store instead of full of idiots.

There are 2 self-service Xerox -Fax, Scanner, Copier near the entrance. One of the two was busy. The other was not working. I go the counter ask the clerk to send a fax. He said it was broken. Then mentioned "I'll have to contact Xerox to fix the out of service. So I went to Staples on Colorado Blvd, Glendale area.

I visited this store when there were no other customers and asked to drop off a FedEx package with a receipt. The store manager informed me it would take 10 minutes to generate the receipt because they needed to start the machine. When I offered to come back in 30 minutes to avoid waiting, she said it would still take 10 minutes upon my return. She also mentioned that this location primarily handles drop-offs without providing receipts, so my request was beyond their usual service scope.

The heavy set woman with grey hair is despicable. I stood at the empty FedEx counter for almost 5 mins, when she shows up and i say hello to her with no response back. She fiddles with the computer and the phone rings. She picks it up completely ignoring me. I just stood there while she helped that person and eventually walked off to do my business else where.

No customer service at all. First of all they say your pick up is ready but then you drive down there, spend gas and 1 hour to get there to find out that the store was closed and they didn’t even send notification. Then there was attempts to call the store to get my money back for the item(desk) that never was picked up because the better store with better service got that desk ready in 15 minutes. They were closed or something because they didn’t pick up the phone. Now when I call them to refund me the money they say I need to come. Hello, I am not driving there the second time to get MY money back because YOU were closed. And I politely asked the assistant on the phone why they can’t refund me my money, and if he could find ways to help me out and save me from driving, at which he kept getting frustrated and telling me one thing over and over as if I am deaf. This store really need some management and customer service correction

I was just at the Office Depot on 2730 south colo blvd where i picked up some items they set aside for me today after phoning them earlier in the day. They had them waiting there for me to pick up, and i was in and out of the store in no time. Good people, great service!

I want to share the positive experience we had at Office Depot today, 2/17/24. Grady, was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable in helping us purchase a printer. We will definitely be shopping there for future needs, which will be plenty.

I was looking for some lined paper, legal sized. The problem was that all the paper products that were on the shelf did not meet my expectations. Enter the customer care rep at Office Depot. He took the extra time to helped find exactly what I needed, and then showed me how to fill out all the paperwork for home delivery. The quality of professional attitude coupled with a courteous response and willingness to help ensures I will be an Office Depot customer for life. So whatever you are looking for in the realm of office or even back to school supplies, Office Depot off Yale and Colorado Blvd. would be the one place I would try first before all else. Bravo Zulu guys.

I recently purchased a printer cartridge for my personal printer and I didn't install it right away. When I did go to install it, I realized it was the wrong size, so I took it back to Office Depot. They told me it was beyond the time limit for a return, but the Manager overrode that and gave me a refund. Then I purchased the right kind of cartridge and I really appreciate them doing that for me. Their customer service is outstanding!!!

I had to go down to this location. 3 separate times to get a form printed that should have been done properly the first time. After speaking with the manager, all I got was an apology as if that was going to fix my problem. Then to offer a discount on my next order as of I will be using Office Depot again in the future. I will not! It is extremely disappointing that nowadays nobody cares or even knows how to deliver great service. It's even more disappointing when these establishments have people running the show that I wouldn't hire to clean my laundry, if I hoped to get it done correctly. It's 2023. We need to do better.

My story takes place over two days. On day one, I sent a print order as a test and showed up before it was ready. I couldn’t come back before they closed and I needed to see the test so I could print the next day. Not only did Hanna step in and help take care of me, but she consulted me on my options and suggested a different type of paper that would look more professional. Then she printed me a sample so I could see how it would look. She was amazing! And said to call the next day if I had questions. The next day I submitted my order but rushed it to hit the 2pm deadline. I called but Hanna was on lunch. Kaden jumped to help me. I accidentally submitted for shipping and I needed to pick it up the custom print job because I was jumping on a plan. Kaden said he would have to call the regional team and see if it could be switched. He said he couldn’t promise, but then he said let me call them and I will call you back. He was not only able to get my print job pulled over and done early but then he called me personally to let me know they were ready for me! Wow the customer service! Then! When I was there Kaden mentioned that I created a notes page on glossy paper and I need to make sure I had the right pen. He made a suggestion and walked me to the aisle to find the exact pen I needed. I am so incredibly impressed with the customer service ! I will be back! And I would love it if these two could get some recognition. They deserve it! So impressed With the customer service and above and beyond attention. If you need a custom print job or office supplies. I had an amazing shopping experience with Office Depot thanks to Andy. When he greeted me at the entrance he asked what I was looking for. He walked with me and showed me exactly where the product was located, and he went above and beyond to make sure they had exactly what I needed. He had very detailed product knowledge, and he went a step further to discuss with me products that will be helpful to my business in the coming months. I really enjoyed my experience with Andy, and I will be back to Office Depot because of Andy. I live and work in the area, and of recent Staples has been my go-to spot for most of my business needs. Not any more. Office Depot will be my go-to now. As a matter of fact, my experience today came after leaving Staples empty handed. Thankfully I found Andy. I didn't have time to order online.

Ordered ink online for curbside pick up in 20 minutes. Never got a confirming email or an email telling us to come get our order. Called 3 hours later to get status and was told it would be ready by 5:00 (NOT 20 minutes. Order was placed at 11:55). Checked back later online to find it was ready for pick up, again, no email received. Headed to the store. No designated curbside pick up places , like I was told. Told to park in front of the store where there are 7 handicapped spots but only two regular spots. Both were taken. And I had to call the store again to get my order. You’ve had more than enough time to get your curbside pick up game together Office Depot. We won’t be doing this again.

This place has horrid customer service. I went in to look for some stuff for an art project, nothing specific. Went in and about 3 minutes in, 2 employees come up to me asking if I need help finding something. I say no thank you and carry on. From that point on I was followed throughout the store VERY blatantly. If I went from one isle to the next they followed. Constantly staring at me. Two of them then began following me, going down the same isle as me together and pretending to work very close to me. Like way more then your average employee would. Completely in my space. I felt pushed out of isles. The two employees switch back and forth following me as I browse the store. The man then comes from behind me and says “this is just a game we play” then explains how I’m “suspicious” and why they’re following me. Clearly encouraged me to leave. Absolutely unprofessional and rude for an employee to be “playing games” with customers. I soon find out that that man is actually a manager. Forgot to get a name but he’s a bald, older gentleman. I will NEVER return. Nobody wants to hear people talking about them and know people are staring directly at them the entire time they’re shopping. Especially from the staff and MANAGER. Uncalled for. Do better at picking your managers.
