I spend 10k a month at various O'Reilly's stores around the country. Having said that this is a hub store and I realize that they have many more customers than most of the other stores but that is no reason to not have a good attitude. The gentleman that threw our order together wasn't in a bad mood but it wasn't in a good mood either more of a fudge that place, fudge this job kinda attitude. I'm very nice to anyone providing services to me and I always hope it's reciprocated often it's not but that's why three stars. Store was clean lots of people working the counters, still had to stand in line for 10 minutes+. On the plus side on the back side of the building where the company vehicles are parked is nice and quiet for doing on the road repairs to your RV.

Understaffed on both commercial and non sides everytime they get someone who actually knows anything they refuse to pay them and good wage to keep them zero is a better review. So in short if you want to have one of the worst experiences you can get id recommend a visit youll be highly disappointed

Customer service wouldn't do a core exchange at the time the core was brought back. Took going to another brake plus to get my core money back.

Took a rotor into have it turned that was well within limits somebody in the back there just looked at it and said no no I have to take off too much metal you got to buy a whole new $230 part yeah they didn't even check if they didn't even put in my car motor on it don't bring things in there to have them turned because they'll tell you they can't do it they just want to make the sale for the more expensive part it is well within limits I had it checked at another place before I brought it down there but I just wanted to see how honest or Riley was going to be not honest at all

Poor customer service and all around not a great experience My boss called to see if they have a specialty tool, Lisle oil filter wrench, they said they had it, drove 25 minutes to get told where on the aisle it is low and behold they don't even carry Lisle tools. BTW there wasn't any customers on the public side and the wholesale side had 2 guys who I think were together. Could not take 2 min to verify that they had something to save me an hour. Thanks for nothing. This is why we don't order from you.

I like this store cause it is the home store for multiple other shops. But I am upset cause using hand tools to fix my car and confident that O'Reilly gave me the right parts, I had a young blonde male help me and got my parts right away but instead of double checking on both sides I believed that the parts where correct. I get home and start my rear rotors and brakes on one side and thankfully I start one side at a time. The rotors part number was wrong cause way to big to fit mine and checked the brakes numbers and they where wrong. I called to ask to exchange and no problem. I get to store and get a new associate but see the same young blonde hair employee and a new customer and gave him the wrong side part for his vehicle. All I ask is for this young blonde man to slow down and double check and listen to his customers. I look of mexican decent but am not and speak perfect English but instead of rushing he needs to slow down cause the customer I seen him help and apologize to was mexican and broken english, but if he can't help correctly he needs to be trained better. Please do the job to your best capability which you feel comfortable. Please do not rush in and out customer service if you can not be patient and listen to your customers. Thank you.

on point staff Ingrid and Ricardo did such an amazing job fully attentive and extremely helpful when I was beyond clueless and overwhelmed with circumstances and went above and beyond to provide exceptional service definitely a tight run ship with friendly faces at this location and look forward to returning for future needs when possible

Worst one I been to dropped off the battery to charge up and they said it was going to take 1:30 min left came back almost 3 hours and yet not charged cause some dummy turned off the machine and now have to wait another hour. Very disappointed.

Had a great experience at O’Reilly thanks to Yosef. He was super knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. Even took the time to explain a few things I wasn’t sure about. It’s rare to find customer service this solid these days — appreciate the help!

A Disappointing Experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts My recent visit to O'Reilly Auto Parts left me incredibly disappointed, primarily due to the uncomfortable and unprofessional behavior of one associate. I walked in, grabbed some windshield fluid, and headed to the checkout line. An associate in front of the computer clearly saw me waiting but then pretended not to, seemingly expecting someone else to help me, before walking away. It was disheartening to feel as though I was being avoided because I was "different." Thankfully, a kind coworker stepped in and provided the assistance I needed, which I truly appreciate. However, the initial encounter overshadowed any positive interaction. It's a shame that one individual's actions can tarnish the reputation of an entire store, but this experience warrants a one-star review from me. Every customer deserves to feel respected and comfortable, and unfortunately, that wasn't my experience on this visit.

Yosef was fantastic and delivered exceptional customer service. He took the time to explain all the technical details in a way that was easy for me to grasp, and he even helped diagnose my car at no charge! His insights were spot on as well! On 11/12/24 I called an orielleys store looking for a harmonic balancer. They redirected me to the store at 5826 Broadway as it shows being in stock in their system. I then called the store at 5826 broadway at 8:04 pm to confirm they had the part before I paid for an Uber there. I was assured they had it. I paid for my Uber at 8:09 pm and arrived at 8:21 pm. There was no line at the counter, and four employees present. I approached the counter and asked for my part, and was told they would go retrieve it. 20 minutes go by and the person who went to look for my part had not returned. The other three employees present commented “wow it’s taking him a while, hope he’s not having an emergency back there!” And about 5 minutes later they went in back to check for him. Shortly after, one of them comes back and says they’re having a hard time finding it. I mentioned that I called to confirm they had it less than an hour ago and they said “ok let me go look some more.” One of the employees who wasn’t helping look, was watching videos on his phone at the counter while I waited right in front of him. I explained to him that I wasn’t trying to be a jerk, but I would like to speak to a manager as I had already been waiting 30+ minutes for a single part. He said that the guy who just stepped outside was the manager, and then he left. I was completely unattended at the counter from 8:50-9:00. Then the “manager” came back in and I asked him if he was the manager. “Kinda sorta” was his response. I explained my frustration, that I called to confirm they had it, that I ubered here, that I’ve been waiting 30 minutes, and he didn’t care at all. I asked him for a pen and paper and his name. He VERY reluctantly gave it to me (his name is Gia) and I asked for the store number, the REAL managers name, and the name of the associate who was searching for the part. At 9:05 they FINALLY came back to confirm they did not have the part and Darien offered me to come back another day and get it for $75 instead of $106. I appreciated this gesture, but I would have appreciated my time not being wasted much more. Completely ridiculous that my time, money, and effort, was wasted tonight to NOT EVEN get the part I needed.

Management is amazing. Leaving 1 or 2 employees to take care of 10 customers. The qeue is unnecessary, keeping customers waiting 30minutes .Employees leave to grab items from the back Leaving the store unattended and unsupervised. Very smart by management. Oh and employees rather than helping their co-employees struggling to move the line, leave for their break instead. The mentality of these workers and management is at lowest levels.

The line is typically long, especially on weekends. Expect to wait at least 30 minutes. If you place an online order it is sure it won't be ready within an hour and is best just to come to the counter. The only advantage of this location is that the warehouse has those hard to find parts when you need them the most
