I paid more than $2100 including shipping and VAT for a robot/technical part that was delivered defective and not functioning. The product was installed and tested by a certified professional company, and during proper installation a leak/defect was immediately identified. This clearly indicates a pre-existing defect, not user damage.
Despite this, the seller strictly hides behind eBay’s standard return policy and refuses to take any responsibility. I politely requested goodwill or at least an investigation, but instead I received no real support and eventually no response at all.
For such a high-value technical product, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I am now left with a very expensive, non-working product and zero after-sales support. Unfortunately, recent reviews show that other buyers have faced similar issues.
In my opinion, this seller is unreliable. Think twice before purchasing expensive items here
Bought a transmission for my 2001 chevy 1500 after looking forever, and had been driving around in 2nd gear for a year with my old transmission. Roman just happened to have one out of a GMC Yukon. Decent price, and he held it for me until I could drive 4 hours to pick it up. Installed it on Monday and my truck is driving perfectly now. Not only that but he was super helpful when I was asking on info about the transmission, and he sent me pictures to make sure it would work because he knew I was coming from out of state. I was absolutely skeptical just because you never know. Roman is a great guy, super friendly and helpful. Will always have my business. Thank you again for everything.
I have been doing business with Roman for over 10 years. Most recently I bought a motor from him for an Audi A6 4..2L. The prices are always fair and the quality always top-notch. I highly recommend Roman and European auto parts for all your foreign car needs. Best European junkyard in Denver!
These are Honest Mechanics! I am an ASE certified vehicle inspector with auto tech degrees. Time and time again, Roman has helped me keep my audi running. Good hard to find oem parts, any of the parts, all the parts!
bought a diesel motor for my beetle did not work call the shop to tell them but they did not care that they had sold me a bad mototr i have to pay the mechanic to uninstall it again and look for another motor and pay again to put it in the best they could have done its give me a good one i lost $1145.00 for a bad motor plus mechanic fees

THE HEROES I NEEDED BUT DID NOT DESERVE. I needed to buy an oil pan for my 2009 Audi A4. The dealership wanted too much money and I thought I would have to let my car go as I dont have that much money to spend during the pandemic. They took care of me and got me a oil pan for a fair price. They do get a little busy at times but the services more thank makes up for it. I WILL BE COMING BACK. THANK YOU

Unbelievable poor service. Has engine listed online, doesn't know what engine is what, nothing organized, critical parts missing from complete long block, because he says he can make more money selling them to you with the engine. All I'd tags removed from engines and no proof of vin or mileage available. Terrible business
Great place for good used European auto parts! from rims and tires to complete engines or if your looking for a missing button or trim peice, Roman is the guy to call!
Has plenty of parts BUT make sure your getting correct one. 2 times I have been given the wrong part or trusted that owner knew what he was talking about. Getting refund is impossible, parts were switched out but it is like pulling teeth. Also be prepared for deflection, its always the customers fault. I will try to avoid dealing with again
Called from out of town for a part for my sons car that had broken down in the area. The person who help me text me back that they had the part and the price. My son installed the trottle body and worked to perfection. Highly recommend.
Gave me the wrong part 2 times and he did not have the correct part did not return me my money or give me the part ($300)Not goin there again. How is it my fault that he sold me the wrong part and now wont return me my money
My Audi A6 passenger right side mirror cracked and I was quoted $450 by dealership to get it replaced (not including labor). I called and worked with Rick at European Auto Parts who was very friendly and only charged me $100 for the same exact mirror (auto-dim) and I tipped him $20. Extremely happy with this business and will refer to others as well!
