I Came here after calling and speaking with Alejandro I was at autozone, Mississippi and federal and spoke was disrepected by the staff there .Regarding getting a battery for my two thousand nine Nissan Xterra had a Horrible experience at autozone I was treated with dignity and respect by Alejandro at O'Reilly auto parts he made everything seem ok I am a 62 year old woman that usually does not deal with my vehicle parts nor repairs , but male family members were all working on this day so I figured getting a new battery was going to be simple NOT AT AUTO ZONE But so very happy for O'REILLY AUTO PART and for Alejandro at Federal and Warren location my place from now on Julie Gallegos de Almanza

Bought a Turtle Wax Headlight Restore, which works great by the way, I can see great at night now. I had no idea how bad my headlight covers were 🙃😜. I like O'Reilly's will come read your codes for you and lend tools and even help with repairs.

Needed my check engine light diagnosed. Angel was a huge help. Helped me out immediately, tried a few different things to get it right, and then explained all the codes to me. Very quick, easy, and free!

I have been going to this exact location and bringing all of my customers here and I will no longer be doing that i am. No longer a respectable customer of o'reilly's sick of the customer service can't even break a $100 bill every time I go in.They refuse to give change.I've never had so many issues.I've been going here since I was a little kid buying parts for cars how pathetic go somewhere else sat enough to say that autozone is better crazy I refuse to talk good on the poor customer service I have received and my customers thanks for reading. Watch out for these clowns.......

My battery died very late I bought my battery at a different O’Reilly before they closed they sold me battery with the wrong part so I came here last minute to change it out the guy sold me a different battery with the wrong part number and they couldn’t help me exchange it now I’m stuck with a dead battery and can’t get home wow really that was not cool this place is terrible I had the receipt and everything. The worst place ever

I got the battery that to be kind of short staff which caused a huge line almost to the door because there was only 2 employees at the counter and one of them was with the same exact customer for the whole 20 minutes i was waiting. But the employee I dealt with was polite and did his best, so it wasn't terrible...

I called 2 minutes to close on 1/24/25 after an awful experience at a competitors store down the street. I needed a serpentine belt for my car that I need to fix that evening. Not only was the salesman extremely polite, he and his coworker stayed late to assist me in getting the correct belt I needed. Both salesmen were so amazing and really represented your company extremely well. I am so grateful for both of their help and was able to complete the job on my car. THANK YOU!!

I want to thank Juan for Excellent customer service! He went above to help fix my battery problem, going through different solutions to make sure I wasn't spending unnecessary time and money on options that wouldn't actually fix my problem. And really appreciate that he didn't talk down thinking I'm clueless about car repairs! Great guy, great place to get auto help and products! And, problem fixed!

I don't know anything about cars. Sergio helped me so much. He was patient and took the time to listen. He educated me on parts and how to do it myself which saved me a lot of money. Him and Raul put my wiper blades on for me. I've gone to other auto parts stores where people were not helpful at all. Sergio and Raul definitely went above and beyond. They even inspired me to want to learn more about working on cars. I'll always recommend this specific Orielly.

I can’t say enough good things about Juan at O’Reilly’s! My blinker stopped working thanks to a random bird poop incident and what I call my car wash bad luck streak. Juan stepped in, Helped me change my brake headlight in under 10 minutes, and was incredibly friendly the entire time. O’Reilly’s is lucky to have him. Thank you Juan!

Unless you need to Klarna your items don't ever shop here. The entire team here is just bad. The customer service continues to be terrible no one cares or has a clue what you will need and I'm not shopping with a company that can't say hello, there's like 20 part stores in 5 miles. The drivers are the worst for delivering parts, always late, and they treat people poorly on the road. I've experienced first hand the disgusting driving practices. Most of drivers are out right dirt bags on the road. I'll be reporting it and sending some footage to your complaint department. Especially this location y'all are terrible with people, with driving, and with knowledge. Just don't waste your money.

The people here are generally helpful but I have been in a few times where I was one of only a few customers in the store and the folks behind the counter were talking with each other instead of asking any of us if we needed help. On one occasion, I did end up needing an individual socket that was locked up and once I asked for help was able to get it very quickly, but it is sort of annoying that I was standing there at the case for several minutes while the staff continued their conversation and I had to walk up front to interrupt them.

I was purchasing parts in order to do a tuneup on my Subaru. The person that helped me was a guy named Thad. He was previously a mechanic, but was also a paraplegic suffered because of a motorcycle accident. That guy really knew his stuff. He wheelchair around the store, and in the back warehouse and got everything that I needed and then came back to the counter to help me check out. I was very impressed.

The boys behind the counter were all head-down on their cell phones and not a single one said “how can I help you” to anyone in line. We had to go up to one of the boys behind the counter and tell him what we needed to even get acknowledged. We had called another store and confirmed at item was there which it’s possible online inventory isn’t correct but it’s also possible the boys couldn’t be bothered to actually look for something because in the end they told us they didn’t have it and the other store was wrong. Just pathetic customer service skills honestly.

In the past I've had great service at this oreilleys store , yesterday made me question if I should ever return there! Took an alternator to be tested, guy first had to check and see if there's one on the machine, then asks that I return in 35 min. And it will be ready. When I return the same guy is trying to avoid me and finally gets my alternator and tells me it is good ,he tested it.after putting it back on the car it's still not working right so I take it off and go to Napa and they not only put it on their machine while I was there they tested it twice and guess what ? I need a new alternator.so I don't know how this guy got a job at oreilleys or why he hasn't been trained right to use a machine so he lied to the customer! Ilike I said in the beginning I'm now questioning if I trust oreilleys enough to return !

Went here at about 9:45 on 9/9/23 since I was quite certain they’re open until 10. But when I rolled up the open sign was off even though they were open and I saw it lit up earlier that day. So it’s pretty obvious they turned it off to deter people. Anyways, after the added step of checking google, I walked in. But both employees just awkwardly gave me dirty looks instead of greeting me or saying anything at all. I understand it’s almost closing time, but there was still time, and I was in to quickly grab something simple off the shelf and out the door. Not like I showed up at the last minute and started asking them to look up all kinds of parts. Do your job

Max helped me pick out a steering wheel lock so I would feel secure leaving my fully packed U-Haul truck, in motel parking lots during my move to FL. He has great customer service and likeability! We made it with all of our stuff safely secure. Thanks Max!

Horrible customer service... I called ahead and asked if they could change my battery before I went over. They said yes. When I arrived, two employees said they couldn't change my battery and the third didn't feel like it. So they said I could do it myself or go to another location. What was the point of saying they could do it today when no one would? Ridiculous.

I bought some rear brakes paraphernalia for my "73" Stang. I gave the year, make & model. I was given the wrong size cylinders for my model, but, that wasn't a problem with them. The parts were credited & exchanged. Even got some refund money back for the price difference, yay !

Awesome place. Great stuff and at a good price and the staff there was super cool and down to earth. The woman with red hair and the gentleman working with her were able to guide me to what I needed to fix my car issues and were polite, respectful and most of all knowledgeable. Will definitely be shopping more at this location specifically because of their awesome treatment and help. Thanks yall two. I hope to see yall running that store soon because it'll be in the best hands and management with yall two. Appreciate the help and conversation.

Great service, a little slow they only had one person working the counter but it was around the lunch time hour. Alex helped me with an ac compressor and recommended that I take a look at it and make sure it was what I needed. Turns out the connector was not on the AC unit that I was purchasing. Better than going home and finding out that there's problems with it.

Stood in line for the counter to get help with my purchase and ending up waiting about 15 minutes. I don't think the staff expected a female to be ordering parts.They took all the male customers first even though I was ahead of most of them. Could be my imagination but....other than that the store was clean and they carry a good stock of vehicle accessories and parts. Sometimes even cheaper than other auto parts stores, they even do price matching.
