Would give a 0 if I could. Towed my car with the ticket in the window. Had to buy and uber to the tow and pay $400 to get it back as well as the $20 I payed for parking
This was genuinely one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a business, if not THE worst. The prices and fees they had were nothing short of predatory and shambolic. The "After Hours Gate" fee was $106 (starts at 12PM on weekends btw), on top of the base $250 tow fee and $50 milage fee. Not only that, the service was absolutely disrespectful and seemed to be extremely annoyed merely by me interrupting them on their phones while they drain your wallet because they took away a necessity you absolutely need in this unwalkable city. I wish nothing but the worst for anyone involved in this operation.
Nothing positive to say about these tow companies that live by ripping off us...550 bucks for having the car for 6 hours. This place needs to be stopped
Their truck cut me off in the bike lane and I fell and the driver didn't stop even when he was confronted about it. He was also engaged in predatory towing practices which violate state towing bill of rights.
Towed my friend's work vehicle on a technicality while he was on the clock and charged him for the return 2 days before Christmas. Scummy business practices.
I would give it less than a one if I could. No hospitality expensive rates. Absolute dumpster of a business. I wouldn't do business here even if I was paid to
Sleezy practices. They will tow your car from lots even when the businesses they serve are closed. I parked for less than three hours and got my car towed one evening.
