I did need a few minor repairs after eight months so I brought the vehicle back and they were able to repair the vehicle immediately and worked with me on the cost of the repairs. Absolutely the best experience I have ever had with used car salesmen and likely the best I will ever experience. I bought a 2004 subaru outback from them for a great price. Right from the get go, he talked to me in depth about the state of the transmission and alternator and reassured me that both were running smoothly. Never had a car salesman mention anything like that to me before. The engine had clearly been looked over and cleaned. The cars here are hand selected and clearly in a better state than the vast majority of used vehicles. I test drove the car for about a half hour and it was running great. I decided to buy, however unfortunately only about 10 minutes after driving off the lot the fuel pump failed. Unfortunately fuel pumps can sometimes fail abruptly like that, especially an older one in the hot weather. I pulled over and called avalanche back and he came down, helped me get back to the lot and fixed the car with a brand new fuel pump FOR FREE. I bought this car as is, they absolutely did not have to help me out at all but they did anyways out of pure kindness. Not only that, he also leant me another car to drive home, also for free. I can't imagine any other car place in the world helping me out like that. I was very impressed. Now I have the car back and it runs beautifully, especially for a car from 2004. Not only that, they also offer great rates on future repairs for past customers. I feel lucky that that decided to stop by. They have earned a customer for life with me. You can't beat the honesty, integrity and prices of a good mom and pop store like this. I would recommend them to anyone buying cars in the denver area. Thank you avalanche!

These guys rock. All the staff was friendly and made me feel like a part of the family. They weren't the typical dealership team that flocks to you as soon as you enter the lot and makes u feel like u need to buy a car that you don't want. They let us take our time and when I was ready to purchase the loan officer made sure it was a fast and painless experience. I was out with a new car within 2 hrs. Amazing experience. Got a well maintained Subaru Forester and love it. Everyone here made sure that I was taken care of and were patient and easy to ask questions. The car I got need a new lock on one of the doors and they fixed it for free. They really take care of you here!

Ray was very upfront and honest during the sales process. I've never felt so comfortable purchasing a car. Plus, when we pointed out the fog lights and cigarette lighter didn't work on the car, he fixed the cigarette lighter on the spot and promised his mechanic would fix the fog lights for free when we picked up the title the following week. He was helpful, funny, and trustworthy. I purchased a Subaru and I recommend people look here for their used cars.

I had a great buying experience. They still fixed a couple small things that I noticed when I was buying the car. Also afterwards they took the time and effort to have an issue fixed. Overal really happy with their service. They do put customers first! I'm a very satisfied customer! Will definitely check their inventory again when I will look for another car.

I was getting tired of encountering used car dealerships with employees who lied repeatedly and tried to hide issues with their cars, claiming that they are in "perfect" condition when they clearly are not and lying to my face over small things. Dishonest salesmen were making car shopping a nightmare for me. Luckily for me, the nightmare ended at Avalanche Auto Sales, because I couldn't stand much more of the bs of dishonest people. I consider myself to be a good judge of character and pretty good at detecting liars. This was the first dealership I went to where they seemed to be honest right from the start and willingly told me about issues their cars had right up front. I would rather buy a car with a few issues from an honest dealer than buy a perfect car from liars. In this case, I didn't have to do that, because I ended up with a car that seems to have no issues. Ray walked through the whole parking lot with me and was very knowledgeable about all of their cars. He told me about any issues they had and was able to help me find a car that seemed to have no mechanical issues so far as driving. We did our own inspection and were unable to find any leaks, frame damage, rust, or other problems which other dealerships frequently try to hide from you. I did discover a few small issues (mirror on visor was missing, front passenger window could be rolled down from the driver seat but not from the passenger seat, and the tire pressure was low.) They fixed all of these minor things at no additional cost to me before I had even agreed to purchase the car, so I was able to buy the car without having to settle for anything I wasn't happy with. The main things I liked about this dealership were: 1) Ray seemed very honest. 2) They fix the problems their cars have instead of trying to hide them. I would recommend them to friends and family and I would deal with them in the future. I can't speak for the other salesmen they have since I didn't talk to them, but I highly recommend dealing with Ray to buy a car.
