The most honest and knowledgeable towing company i have ever dealt with hands down!!! The young man Kyle that provided towing services for us was very professional, honest and did not try to beat us out anything ...very up front and quoted a certain time with a CAP time and was amazing and actually did it in less time that he quoted which means he has standards and integrity...we greatly appreciate the service we were provided and will respect this company how its run , we dont find this anymore and to the owner of this company your employee KYLE IS A STAND UP MAN .. thanks ..JTD Integrity Logistics LLC .....
BEWARE!! FLY BY NIGHT SCAM COMPANY! BEWARE!!! This Company is a Scam! If they pull-up to you on the side of the road tell them to keep moving and work with a reputable tow company.
My truck lost power on I-70 in the Rocky Mountains, check engine light and the truck went into limp mode. Before I could even get my roadside on the phone a Mountain Recovery truck pulled up.
Truck 24, so I figured these guys knew what they are doing they must do this all the time and allowed them to my truck and travel trailer to its destination 25 miles in Denver.
When they went to unhitch there was now brake fluid everywhere, and the front axel actuator was smashed from the way they hooked up their truck. I called in to report the claim to their claim specialist “Kelly” who has never called me back.
Tow was $725 damages done by Mountain Recovery is $1400. DO NOT WHATEVER THE SITUATION ALLOW THEM TO TOW YOU. Attached are the pictures of the guy hooking up the truck with forks on the part of the truck that clearly says "NO JACK"
When it was all said and done I would never recommend this company. Gilbert, the driver started out friendly, stating he would take me home after we drop my car off, after I paid and was getting my stuff out of the car he took off and left me stranded, and I had to take a Lyft home, and I am HANDICAPPED! I was charged $625 for a 24 mile tow! And Nina is just as bad, she said she would email me a receipt so I can submit to my insurance company, she didn’t and won’t answer the phone phones won’t return messages or text. as I said, I would never recommend this company after my experience with them
I was broke down 2 hrs way from home in the mtns didnt have phone service walk to the nearest house luckily didnt get shot and someone was home wasnt to friendly at first but ask if there was a way to get service on my phone he let me use his phone made one call to mtn recovery the lady who I talked to was nice and got my info and location and sent a truck she said bout an hr and the truck was there in bout hr fast friendly service the driver even offered to stop and buy something to drink highly recommend this company
Connor, a Tow Truck Operator from Mountain Recovery displayed excellent customer service. My wife was involved in a hit and run by a semi-tractor truck on I-76 westbound just west of the Pecos on-ramp. The responding Colorado State Patrol Officer was extremely rude and mean to Connor but he kept his cool and was calm and collective to my wife and very supportive and my wife and truly appreciate his kindness.
Jack was amazing! Having your car towed is never fun, but he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He arrived just in time, explained everything clearly, and handled our vehicle with great care. On top of that, he was so friendly and easy to talk to—it really put us at ease. It’s rare to meet someone who’s both professional and kind, and Jack is definitely both. We couldn’t have asked for better service!
We had the best experience with our tow truck driver, Jack. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. He made a stressful situation so much easier with his calm demeanor and clear communication. Always a difficult circumstance when you need your vehicle towed…but these guys were awesome. Reliable, kind, knowledgeable. They helped me get off the road safe, communicated thoroughly, and made me feel very valued!
I would leave zero stars if I could. We were broken down on the side of the highway, the technician couldn’t lift the camper to repair the damage. They charged us 3 hours and didn’t complete the repair, then tried to “get us a tow”with their tow company and tried to double dip. We hired a new company and they had it fixed in under 30 minutes. I tried to reach out to the owner and he just defended his incompetent employee.
We would give Mountain Recovery ten stars if we could! On June 19 we were going through the Eisenhower Tunnel in Colorado when our car started overheating. We managed to pull off at the brake-check area right after exiting the tunnel.
There was a towing person there helping another person, but a young man named Dustin came over and asked if we needed help. He looked at the engine and said we'd need to be towed but his rig was for semis and too big to tow us. So he called in Steve, who was nearby.
It took a while for Steve to get to us due to traffic and the routine tunnel closure, but Dustin stayed with us until he was able to hand us off to Steve. I asked him if he didn't need to be someplace else and his response was that the company's policy is to take care of anyone stranded on the road and to stay with them to make sure they are safe. Wow! He was such a sweetheart and so kind and friendly.
Steve, too, was super friendly and efficient. He had our car up on his rig in no time and Mike and I, with our two cats, were in the cab and on our way to Glenwood Springs - eighty miles away! Steve chatted with us the whole way and he was a fun conversationalist . It was an adventure, for sure, and he made those eighty miles seem like ten.
When we got to the hotel, Steve helped us unload our car and get everything, plus the cats, into the hotel. He then took the car to the Chevy dealer by himself and checked it in for us so we could get some rest. Another Wow!
We appreciated their special care of us. Moving is stressful in the best of times, and these two young men made what could have been a really terrible experience much more bearable, and weirdly, even fun. A big huge shout-out to Dustin and Steve - they are a credit to Mountain Recovery.
I can’t say enough good things about the incredible service we received from Mountain Recovery. While driving on the highway, our kayaks unexpectedly flew out of our truck. It was a terrifying and stressful moment, but thankfully, help arrived quickly in the form of Gilbert, one of their drivers.
Gilbert was not only professional and efficient, but genuinely kind and calm under pressure. He helped us move to a safe location off the road, ensured that we were out of harm’s way, and then took the time to help us properly re-secure the kayaks. He provided extra straps, shared helpful tips on how to tie them down safely, and made sure everything was secure before we got back on the road.
In a situation that could have easily gone from bad to worse, Gilbert’s presence and support made all the difference. He treated us with respect and went above and beyond just “doing his job.” It's rare to come across someone who brings both skill and compassion to their work—and we are extremely grateful.
If you ever find yourself needing roadside assistance, I highly recommend Mountain Recovery. And if you’re lucky enough to get Gilbert, you’ll be in excellent hands.
Gilbert is an amazing human being!! My friends son and friend were stranded on the highway during a snowstorm and not only did he check on them and help them out. He towed them for free. We need more people like this man!! Highly highly recommend.
Overall a great experience working with Mountain Recovery. My car slid off the side of the road, thankfully it was not bad and no one got hurt. Rogers, our driver, got it out with no problems. He greeted us with food and coffee, and was respectful of my vehicle taking care not to damage it. He was a great conversationalist and he made our day, despite all the circumstances.
Our tire chain broke and we were stuck on the side of the road. Leo was our knight in shining armor, he pulled over to the side to help us take off our chains, and when one got stuck in the axle he took off our wheel and got the chain out and replaced the wheel in a very timely manner. Incredibly helpful, professional, and sincere in his help.
I was rear ended on I-70 in a three car accident. Rogers, with Mountain Recovery loaded my car onto his tow truck and gave me a ride to my house (out of his way). He was professional, patient, courteous and very helpful during a difficult time. Thanks, Rogers!
Tow truck driver helped me when my truck broke down on highway I70 West side I did not call nobody to but tow truck sees me on the shoulder and stoped to check what’s wrong and helped me and did not charge me
Mike from mountain recovery is great. I can’t say enough good things about the entire experience. I rolled my truck off I-70 on my way to ski opening day at Loveland. I thankfully was unhurt but my truck was totaled. I was in complete shock I’ve been driving in the mountains my whole life without incident. Mike was a huge help, kind and professional throughout the entire process. He even dropped me and my skis off at Loveland so I could still ski that day. I also want to thank Crystal she was so kind and helpful on the phone. They made an awful experience tolerable and I can’t thank them enough.
Mike Leary was supper friendly and was fast and did an amazing job also I was stuck on I-70 in Colorado never been in there snow weather well got stuck and Mike pulled me out of a really bad pinch he was definitely amazing
We had the best service from Moutain Recover 4 days ago. They came to rescue us from Guanella pass and towed us back to Discount tire in Littleton and took us home. The drive name is Jack Coyle and he was so nice to us, funny and treated us with respect. Shout out to Scout the husky that we got to know on the trip, she's the best dog ever

What a powerful and reliable resource for us risk takers! I played the fool and got my truck biggie stuck up on pickle gulch and they got me right out that pickle! Big thanks to Mike and his team, his expertise and great attitude were a big relief for me in my situation. Didn’t get any recovery pics:( wish I had some good memorabilia cause damn that was expensive!
