2 hours after appointment time my old tires hadn't even been pulled off my car. I asked him for the tires only and told him I will take them to the tire shop up the street and get them installed in a half hour. That's exactly what I did. Saved money too since there weren't tons of fees on top of the tire charge. The guy was nice about it but dang i don't have 5 hours to get my tires changed out.

This was by far one of the best experiences I have had at a tire shop. Very friendly, fast and affordable. Thanks for fixing my tire!

These guys took super good care of me getting to the bottom of what I thought was a wheel speed sensor. I have a trip to Utah for work in the morning and was in a lunch these guys saved my butt!! Didn’t charge me an arm and a leg and really worked to figure out what was wrong with my truck. ABS light on, BRAKE light on, traction control light on, and 2wd to 4wd isn’t working… they went above and beyond! Will definitely be back here!!

Couldn’t find anyone open last minute on a Sunday evening Adam was amazing and was able to squeeze me in even though they were about to close. Super appreciative way to go, Adam!

Walked out of my place and saw my tire was flat at about 3pm on Sunday. Firestone was the only shop in my area that was open and Andrew got me in right away, Brayden did a great job patching up my recently bought off-road tires and got me back on the road in short time! Highly recommend, great service, great customer care!

I recently brought my car in for an oil change and ended up having quite the saga. Somehow the car started leaking oil and I had to bring the car back a few times before it was finally fixed. That was less than ideal, for sure, but accidents happen and they took full ownership of the issue. They replaced the oil pan, twice, and reinstalled it a few times until they got it right. They even covered a rental car while they fixed it. They never once gave me a hard time or tried to tell me it was something I did. Couldn't have asked for better customer service through it all.

This Firestone is excellent. Keith is an asset to the team- I went to a Grease Monkey to get my oil changed and unfortunately they put something back on wrong (I don’t recall what but my car wasn’t accelerating). I went to Grease Monkey multiple times and they weren’t able to figure out what they did wrong. I took it to Keith at Firestone and he had me in/out in 20 minutes! Super kind and knowledgeable :)

This Firestone is absolutely amazing! Everyone here is so helpful, I went recently to get new tires and Keith was so helpful with good all season tires. He even told me when to schedule my appointment during a promotion so I could save some money. I highly recommend going here even if it’s out of your way, if you happen to live in the neighborhood consider yourself lucky to have such a wonderful new staff taking over this location. Thanks to the wonderful guys at Firestone again!

I recently stopped in to get air in my tires for the first time as a new driver and Keith the store manager who assisted me was very helpful and taught me some great info to ease some anxieties about new car maintenance! I could not have stopped at a better place :)

I Brought my vehicle in to have it winterized and my alignment touched up. I was able to be taken right into the shop. Frank the Tech who worked on my vehicle did a great job and I am very happy with the experience I had at this store. I will be coming back in once spring comes for my yearly services!

I came into Firestone for a flat tire as they were having Black Friday specials. The service was amazing, and they informed me that car was having issues that were covered under warranty and though they could fix it, it would be better if I took it to the dealership and had them complete the service. I appreciate their honesty and help making sure that the vehicle was properly taken care of.

Only if you’ve got loads of time and nothing else to do for hours. I was the first one here 10 min before my appt which was the first one of the day and it took 1 hour 45 min just to swap out my summer and winter tires. Was told it would be an hour. Lots of standing around and bs-ing but not a lot of progress made. Decent price and service but wasted a bunch of time.

The staff here was incredibly nice! They did not rip me off and they explained everything very thoroughly! to get my winter tire switched out, it was around $80, everywhere else was quoting me 100 or more!

The guys here are great! Went out in the cold and topped up my tires, my spare, and patched the tire that had a screw in it so I can get back on the road safely before the snow hits!

I “just showed up”. No appointment. But the terrific staff got me in, fixed my tire, and got me on my way. Fast service with a smile. Highly recommend!

I took my car in last Thursday and they did a diagnostic. I was told that my car was showing 2 codes but Alex had said that his family member with the same car as me and this valve cover that needed to be replaced should take care of the issue. They replaced it Friday, I was told the check engine light was off and not throwing codes..great! I brought the car home Saturday morning. Sat morning I’m told the car is rubbing great, that they test drove it 6 times between when the work was done and I picked it up..no more issue. Didn’t run it again until the afternoon of Sunday, where the issue that brought me to them happened again. The car stalled. I took it to a Firestone closer to my house who said there was a loose hose in the throttle body. Sadly that didn’t fix the issue either. However, I spent $920 for them to replace a valve cover and fix a leak. For them to tell me this is a common problem with the kind of car I have. For them to tell me they test drove the car 6 times (there’s no way they did since the car crapped out again on Sunday). I called this Firestone right away on Monday to let them know what happened, and by Wednesday I called asking to speak to a manager to discuss my dissatisfaction with the whole thing. It’s now Friday and I have yet to hear from a manager. I’m very disappointed that I’m taking my money they were so eager to talk to me on the phone. But now that I have a real complaint they won’t pick up a phone and call me to discuss further.

I highly recommend this Firestone shop in Lakeside. I have bought tires, batteries and had other basic services done over the past several years at this location. They manage to maintain competent staff and a high level of customer service.

The team here always works hard, and I’ve had nothing but good experiences. A few years back, management wasn’t the best — but under the new leadership, things have completely turned around. They definitely don’t deserve the negative reviews floating around. They’re always generous and flexible with my schedule. I usually drop my car off the night before, and it’s ready by 6 p.m. the next day — super reasonable, especially considering how short-staffed they are (and that’s not the establishment’s fault). The crew that’s there hustles hard and genuinely cares. Give them some credit — they’re doing an awesome job!

Gotta love taking time out of work and driving all the way over only to be told that not only do they not have the tires that were available when you made the appointment, they can’t order any. so you have zero options. Maybe find a place that won’t schedule appts they can’t fulfill.

I needed a headlight replaced with short notice. Thank goodness John was able to get me in immediately. In the process, they found I had other lights out and they replaced them as well. I’ll definitely be using this Firestone in the future. John was friendly and personable. Thank you!

Don’t waste your time here. ( READ) I brought my lady’s Tahoe here for a simple oil change and a tire rotation that came with free inspection, a few months back. Today she noticed a low oil pressure light chime. She called me as soon as that happened.(she works from home and so she does not drive it often) we haven’t even hit the recommended x amount of miles before another one. I checked the dip stick as soon as I got home, and it was dry as bone… looked under there’s leak on the ground and I look up above the leak, the oil filter is not tight and there residue of oil on oils pan, subframes and transcase. I took pictures of it incase I need to take legal actions. Called to speak to someone to discuss the issue, and Anna answers. Over the phone, she seemed knowledgeable also told me I could bring it in for inspection and that she’ll have one of her techs look at it. So I did, but as soon as I came in she looked annoyed and barely heard my concern and told me to just hand my keys over. I gave it to her and asked if the inspection is going to be done to the engine since the oil has been empty. She just gave me a simple yes and nothing else, other than her taking off without any info on how long that’s going to take. I waited an hour before I saw someone from the shop come out and I asked him if Anna said anything about my car needing the attention since I’m, literally the only one in the store at 12:00. He said Anna never said anything bout it or in the queue and he’ll put me in the list next. Bottom line is, I’m still here 1:45pm and I have somewhere to be. I wouldn’t have come if I knew they weren’t going to accommodate me. Wasting my time for someone to inspect my car and fill it back with oil before I leave. Don’t waste your time here.

I had to switch Firestone locations because the one I've used downtown for the past 15 years was bought by the city, probably to overbuild more apartments. However, I was very satisfied with my visit to this location. I had an appointment for 9:00 A.M. and they were done with my vehicle within about 90 minutes-- tire rotation and balancing, alignment, oil change, and new blades. They readily honored the coupons that I had printed off of the Firestone website. The only suggestion I have is perhaps an electronic bell for the front door, to let someone know a customer has entered. I stood at the counter for about 8 minutes until someone finally looked up from their phone and came in from the garage to help me. Other than that, I will patronize this location from here on-- there are stores and fast food across the street while waiting for your vehicle.
