It’s fine, originally left without what I needed after talking to the staff. had to make a second trip and still weren’t very helpful even though I brought in the parts I needed replaced.The staff is nice but pretty checked out. I recommend going in knowing what you need and don’t ask their advice.

I've been coming here for 18 years. The people that work there are always helpful and friendly.

Cesar was a very very helpful young gentleman, he helped me with my trailer kept on coming outside asking me if there’s anything else he can assist me with ., this young man deserves a 5 star rating and a promotion

Came in for a battery diagnostic and ended up needing a replacement. Mike was incredibly kind and helpful and had the job done in no time. Thank you Mike!!

Honest and helpful staff. Specifically, Alex is the man! I came in thinking I knew the problem with my car but Alex helped diagnose my problem and saved me money in the process. Highly recommend!

I stopped in because my AC stopped circulating cool air. The guy at the counter explained to me how there is 2 types of AC charging coolant and which one my car needed. The store was a bit busy and I bought the charging can to get my AC cooling again. I was working on my car in front of the store and my engine was very hot. When the store slowed down one of the O'Reilly crew came out to check on my progress. He supplied all the tools I would need and even helped get to the L post to get the charging going. Great service guys! I don't do a ton of reviews of places but with how attentive this store was I feel the least I could do would be to acknowledge the exceptional service I received.

Worst store in the state. Lazy no good workers. It seems like they do whatever they can not to make a sale have an excuse for everything

I didn't even get 2 minutes before he told ne he was extremely busy. RUDE There definitely are more mechanics! I called 1st with a cone on over 🙄

The assistant manager, Jim, was very helpful. My check engine light came on so I stopped by to use the code reader. Jim plugged in the code reader and diagnosed the issue in less than 5 minutes!

I have been a faithful O'Reilly's customer for many years, as well as my family members. So far the best prices around and for the most part. The parts I get fit my vehicles. Every now and then it doesn't, but mainly my fault. But they send me coupons which help me A LOT. !! Trust me when I say to join the REWARDS PROGRAMS!! THEY HELP. EVERY LITTLE BIT COUNTS NIW A DAYS!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ORIELEY'S!!

A worker at another business suggested that I try this business out. It was my first time at an O’Reillys and the customer service was amazing. They were all helpful and very polite. I will definitely go back.

Friendly and helpful staff. They helped me pick a quality battery replacement for my car and even installed it during bad weather. They usually have what I need in stock but ordering parts is easy as well.

Staff here is amazing. The guy with a beard who worked at dodge/Jeep (forgot his name) was super helpful and a great guy. 5/5 stars

I rarely write reviews but I had to on this one. Thursday morning I woke up and had to get a jump start. Thinking I left the lights on I went about my day and after work same thing. So I jumped it with a Milwaukee battery I tested the alternator so the only other thing is a bad battery. Well I just bought one a little over a year ago. And really didn’t want to buy another. I also woke up with a flat so I went to go get tire plugs from O’Reillys and decided to get my battery checked and Ty said he would check. And it was bad… I really don’t have the money to get one but Ty got on the computer found my receipt and made it happe!! Told me he was putting in a new battery!! WOW!!! Couldn’t believe my ears!! You’re definitely a GOOD dude Ty !!! Thanks

Store manager Chris was very helpful polite took time to help me find the right part and even put on for me great man. Logan also was very help patient and open to learning . Overall store very clean employees all polite and helpful one of the best O' Reilly been to yet I suggest going there if in the area 5807 w. Colfax.

I’ve mostly shopped here for replacement headlight and taillight bulbs for my car. I needed a particular wrench to remove the tail light cover from my car and when I bought the bulbs here, they let me borrow one of their wrenches to make the change in the parking lot. I really appreciate that kind of service since I doubt I will need that type of wrench again for the next 5-6 years.

Niko was amazing, helpful, and went far above and beyond to help me. He helped me test my battery, select the best one for me, and then spent the better part of an hour removing my (severely corroded and far past its lifetime) battery and replacing it. He had to clean the terminals and work quite hard to get me all good to go, and I’m incredibly appreciative of his help and friendliness the entire time.

Had a 5 star experience on the evening of 12/13. I needed a car battery replacement and Jesse helped me shop all my options with honest recommendations and without trying to upsell me. He was able to get my bad battery replaced and got me back on the road within 15 minutes. I’ll be frequenting this location for my future auto needs for the excellent customer service.

Great service on Sunday night 12/19/21. The gentlemen who were working that evening welcomed me at the door and quickly suggested a few products to remove scratches from the truck. After applying the product in the parking lot, and seeing its successful results, one of gentlemen came out to ask how it worked, which I replied with excitement and gratitude.

Great selection and great staff but a bit too slow on service

I have to revise my last review. Today I called , & some worker name Joe answered. I don't think he knows what customer service means. Just rude & had a tone. Then I come in & not only was Joe in the back while I waited for about 10mins before being helped which is not an issue but i ended then getting helped & the people behind me finished first. To add to the matter I knew what I came in for. The older worker there kept trying to tell me about all the higher prices batteries. I even told him what I wanted & he proceeded to tell me all the details of the batteries I did not want. They definitely lost my business. Not that I come in often enough anyways.

I can't say enough about this store! I had a problem with the connection to the power station in my campervan. The unit powers the van lights and fan. I didn't know if I needed a new part or if the existing part could be repaired. Bottom line...the guys there helped me find a quick fix that worked and saved me money. They were awesome...a big thanks and thumbs up!

I had a flat tire at 6:45pm, and the tire repair shop on the corner was closed. I actually met the closing clerk, as he walked through the empty parking lot on his way home...He apologized for not being able to help and pointed me across the street to O'Reilly on Colorado Bl. I barely made it to the shop, before my tire went completely flat. Went in and bought a repair kit but did not know how to use it. A helpful guy named Albert said he could assist, but I would need to wait a few minutes, while he checked out the customers who were in line. About 15 minutes later, Albert came out and brought teammate Cliff with him. These 2 got me up and running in just a few minutes. Mind you, they are not repairmen. They did not have to do this, but they truly went the extra mile for this 50-something woman who doesn't know her pie hole from a pot hole! They were so polite and helpful, when I was stressed and needing to get home to Lakewood asap. I can't say enough about the outstanding customer service and kindness they showed me that day. I definitely recommend these guys!

O'Reilly is the store that i usually prefer to go to when I need a part now. Customer service is fantastic at some stores and not at others, its really hit or miss. However they usually have the better price and better product, so i can deal with it. I'll always keep going back. I personally have worked for the competition so i have had to deal with some of the rude impatient customers, so i know how it can get.

This was a great place with wonderful service. They really went the extra mile for me. I came to them with a very complicated, and first one clerk tried his best to help me. When he had difficulties, he asked another fellow - I think the manager - to take over. They were both patient and friendly, and obviously working very hard for me when they didn't really need to expend that much effort on my behalf. I know other places that simply would not have done so much. After a while, they totally fixed my problem and I was so incredibly relieved and thankful. Again, they did not have to help me as much as they did. I was a one-time customer, perhaps never to return again - but they treated me like a king. I certainly will return, now - such excellent service deserves patronage.

Best and most knowledgeable group of people I've ever met at any auto store and any Auto Group Steve, Dave, Tyler, Etc including Miss Latina Colorado 2018, you guys are all great I'm lucky to have an O'Reilly this good near me!
