Just really nice guys. They are helpful and the vibe is unlike other auto parts stores. Everyone is chill. And don’t be scared by address on Colfax, you can avoid construction as there is a big parking lot in back at Glencoe!
Emily was SO helpful. I could not find any accurate videos for my car to change the brake light and she took care of it right away. Heading out on a big road trip and am extremely grateful she knew exactly what to do!! Thank you!!!!
Good experience with this store! Nowadays I'm kind of used to most retail workers being too demoralized, stressed, and/or checked out to really be helpful, but the staff here was great. Was helping a friend sand/repaint the hood of her car and had questions about sandpaper grit and paint/primer types. Ron especially was super helpful in answering my questions and picking out products. Other staff gave good customer service, i.e. when I came in later to return a can of paint I didn't use. These folks deserve a raise!!!
Just wanted to give a shout out to Adam and Ronald at the Denver Colfax and Grape O'Reilly store--great service and saved me getting the car towed to the dealer. Great customer service--really made my day yesterday and today! Thanks guys--I really appreciate your help with battery, noticing the brake fluid was low and help with the master cylinder cap that i forgot to put back on :-)
This is a great location to go to, has great prices and Ron was extremely helpful and kind. He helped me install a back light bulb in my Subaru which is not that easy to do and did it with a smile 😀 Will recommend this location to everyone I know.
This team is incredible! They have helped me out so many times. Most recently, Sonja and another associate replaced my windsheild wipers. I can't say enough about the level of service and the knowledge of the entire team.
Ronald and Thomas were fantastic! Helped me figure out exactly what fluids I needed and admitted when they didn't have the right transmission fluid for my car. Thanks guys!
Sonya needs to tone down the attitude. I almost left mid transaction to go to another location. Dude at the register was cool but I'll never do business at this location again!
Love this location - the staff are always super friendly, approachable, and helpful. They always have things in stock too. My go to auto parts store in Denver!
Came home from a weeklong vacation to a dead battery in my Jeep Grand Cherokee and it was at the age it could be need recharge or replace. Went to AutoZone and their tester was "broken" but offered a quote on new battery. Didn't offer another location, just the sell. That didn't sit right so I drove down the street and the woman working grabbed her tester and gave my battery a clean bill of health with run it for 30 and should be fine. Oh and super friendly and polite. O'Reilly's has my auto business from here on.
I manage an auto repair shop not far from this O'Reilly location. I normally don't write reviews for suppliers but after working with Sonia and her team I felt compelled to say a little. This crew is top notch. They always handle my returns, warranties and deliveries quick and professionally. Emily seems to answer my calls most of the time and she knows her product and is always helpful. She finds what I am looking for quickly and correctly. If you buy a lot of auto parts you learn quick who knows their stuff. This team does. Thank you to their whole crew for the speed and accuracy of our orders every day.
Came in due to a dead battery and the employees were incredibly helpful. They got a new battery installed, and we were on our way in about 15 minutes. I was especially impressed by two female employees at this location, they were fantastic! We’ll definitely be returning if we ever need anything else!
I understand that everyone wants to get off on time, and no one wants to be around too late. But when y’all lock your doors at 8:55 and I’m standing there at 8:57 and tell me you can’t test my battery because you’re closed, that’s incredibly tacky. Especially seeing as you’re still helping a woman at the counter with an open register. If my car had broken down earlier I would have come earlier. Please don’t say you’re open until 9 if you’re not actually open until 9. And yes, I’ve worked jobs where people came in one minute into close. And we always helped our customers.
I stopped by this location because of their rating being higher than the competition in the area. I was visiting and needed a cell phone mount for my rental.
Each person I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The product was organized and I was able to find what I needed quickly. Thank you!
The young lady that helped install our battery was pleasant and very good at her job. O'Reilly's was the ONLY place within 5mi that carried and installed the battery we needed. Highly recommend this location! A++++++++++
Sonja their store managers is the reason you should go here and no where else.
She is intentional, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile for her customers.
Today I went in to get a gift card and windshield wipers.
Not only did Sonja install them she made sure I had the right ones and provided exceptional customer service throughout my experience.
She added a smile to my day and because of her I will come back again.
Samantha was extremely helpful and she made sure I got the right part. I highly recommend her and she really deserves a raise in pay! I own a small shop and I know I can always count on her.
Girl with the marker eyebrows was snarky for no reason. There’s no need for a comments like usually we ID to borrow our diagnostic tool which would’ve been fine but to give attitude is pointless especially for someone just trying to manage getting home in a broken car. Grabbing my plates as if I’m gonna drive off and steal a cheap diagnostic tool. The gentleman was very helpful. Thank you.
I came in for new headlights and Christian helped me find exactly what I needed, even offered to help install them as well. Now, I have new headlights that work great and O’Reilly Auto Parts has my future business thanks to their friendly staff and wonderful customer service!

There's good people left in this world who exist in this store. From the crew at the front desk to the store manager. Everybody in between are super kind and very helpful. Couldn't be more grateful for their assistance with my experience there.
Experience: They helped me with a warranty where I was just out of my Warranty expiration date (3 weeks past, on 2 year warranty) the store manager worked with O'Reilly Corporate Customer Service and they replaced it!!!! (Plus lent me the tools to swap it. Cleaner, brushes, tools. Everything) 🤗

I went up to this location because one of my headlights was out. Working with VWs can be tricky. Sonja was there and she not only found the exact right part that was needed but also installed it for me in a very fast manner. I highly recommend this store and its staff.

I've been a customer of O'Reilly's for over 30years and never had a bad experience until today...the manager on duty named Sonja had the most unprofessional, rude and immature attitude I've ever experienced from a person representing a business, she also set a very bad example of how to treat customers to her coworker named Samantha who tried to follow Sonjas lead and was just as rude as her, I think there might be hope for Samantha if she had a better team leader to learn from who knows how to deal with customers other than being rude like Sonja who she obviously looks up to, as for Sonja I don't think there's no hope or excuses for her she said she was having a bad day but that's no reason to take her anger out on a customer who had nothing to do with it and doesn't even know her!!! 😐
Kove was really helpful & knowledgeable. He helped narrow down / understand possible issues with my car. He showed me how clean the oil build up under the hood and even recommended a auto repair shop. Very impressed with my experience.
Awesome service and friendly staff. Thought I needed a new battery but Garrett came out and double checked it. He found the right replacement and put it in for me too! I was in and out quickly and really appreciated his friendliness and help. Will definitely be back!
The customer service was exe excellent! Not only did make recommendations, they changed the wiper blades added wiper fluid and replaced a headlamp. Took all of 20 minutes! I will definitely use this store in the future.
I came here for a battery test and replacement. Steven helped me out immediately and he was excellent! He was very thorough, careful, and extremely polite. He even went out of his way to ensure that I didn't lose my vehicle memory settings and answered all of my questions. Very appreciative of the service!
