Very poor customer service here.

usually very nice employees in the store. but my recent visit i asked a elder man who was working to help look at my headlights and he was very rude when he told me he wasnt able to. I then asked him to get me the LOW beam head lights wich were 35$, since i didnt know wich ones were the low beams . the next day i tried to install them only to find out i was given the HIGH beam head lights. when I went back to the store to try and return them or atleast get some kind of help the two male employees there were very rude and unhelpful . I went in on 2/5/2026 around 4pm to try and return the lights. I understand that they cant be returned if there opened but then if thats the case maybe train the employees to know the right items to give out.I wasted 35$ on lights ill probably never use and wasnt even able to get my money back or atleast a discount . definitely will not be coming back to this auto parts.😤😤😤😤

Honest to god the only auto parts store I’ll go to in Denver. Management is always so helpful and welcoming. I’ve been to other advanced auto parts in Denver and none have them have been as helpful as you guys. Didn’t catch his name but this amazing god send of a human helped me get my power steering fluid cap off (after Christian brothers screwed it in so tight we were ready to crack the cap with a hammer and just buy a replacement. Amazing dude got it unscrewed and got me new power steering fluid.) I don’t trust anyone with my ‘93 ranger but this location specifically have never failed me. Thank yall. You guys always got my back and I appreciate yall to death. Everyone in this store goes above and beyond- (yall deserve raises for your impeccable customer service)

I’ve had a couple good experiences until my latest two visits. I went to the store to return used motor oil, which is allowed per the website. Both times I was told that either a truck or too many things were in the way and they couldn’t access their oil drum so I would have to come back another time. Poor customer service, and additionally, there is no way to get customer support from my receipt nor from their website. 0/10 experience.

This nice young man Kevin was very helpful ! I had no idea how to put my windshield wipers on and he really just helped me and was so sweet. That’s the kind of customer I look for these days ! You don’t get it too much anymore so when you do- I appreciate it so much! Thanks Kevin

I came in with my son to get a new battery and the staff provided us with excellent service. We didn’t have the tools we needed to get the old battery out so they helped us to find the tools we needed and exchanged the battery we initially purchased when it turned out to be the wrong one. Excellent service!

I haven’t had much problems here except one most the time everything u need is here and everyone is cool. I have came a couple times and it’s the same dude who just has the same attitude all pissed off. I don’t make conversations much only to get what I need but this brown hair man in his high 30s comes off upset as if I make his job harder?. Idk if he needs better attitude or better training but other than him coming off upset nothings much of a problem.

Christian was wonderful, helped me with all my questions and problems. Great service!! Will return for all my car needs.

Came in to get a battery tested for my Jeep, and it was such a quick and painless experience. Once we determined the battery was bad, they had a replacement battery available. From entering to leaving, it took all of 10 minutes, and I was on my way. Great and friendly staff!

Excellent selection of headlight bulbs. Out of the 2 packs, but I got a rebate on the pair of bulbs I needed. Helpful staff. Quickly checked out & given my receipt & rebate form.

Actually appalled and dumbfounded by the poor service here. Brought in a RAV4 for a battery test to make sure that it was that before o spend $200 on a battery, the reader suggested it was actually an alternator problem instead. Fine. I’ll get an alternator. They don’t have it in stock so I have to get to another store to buy one. My battery is dead which is why I’m here in the first place. I ask the staff if they wouldn’t mind jumping my car so I could leave the darn store. They refuse because it “damages the computer” Edit: 3/4 were extremely unhelpful. When I went to ring up a $220 electrical jump device, he asked “you just need a jump?” And I sighed “yes” he said “I gotchu, lemme just help these people quick.” Relieved I went to my car, hooked up the cables and sat by the light post for a few minutes until he was free. In the few minutes while I was waiting, thankful for the coming help, a pedestrian walked by and asked if someone was coming to help and that if I needed a jump, he lived just across the street and would be happy to help. Shortly after Kevin came out and helped. Now I’m in park sitting halfway on the accelerator trying to charge up my battery with a sub-prime alternator as I write this.

Tried returning a defective battery charger with Omar. Said there was no one who could authorize a return till tomorrow. I said can you get someone on the phone who can because I’m only in town today and he chased me out of the store threatening to fight me if I didn’t leave. I just got a hotel for the night because I’m going back in the morning with the police to get security cam footage and then I will be filing a lawsuit. Agains bothe advanced auto and the low brained scumbag who verbally threatened me. Watch out for Omar he’s a Neanderthal.

The staff is always super friendly and helpful here. I love that when I place a pick up order it is ready when I come in.

Staff was extremely knowledgeable and educated to obviously were able to help me very quickly storm was organized look great everybody look like they're doing their job shells were well stocked it looked great I would definitely recommend this one over the rest

I went in there to pick up some parts that I had ordered. They were really busy people having them come out change their wiper blades check the batteries. Take a good selection of stuff Automotive parts, oil filters oil , degreasers. The staff was nice friendly to help me find what I was looking for if they didn't have it they'd call around for you to see what other store had it you could have it delivered to the store you were at if you didn't need it right away.

Our battery died twice on the same day, and we knew there was no way we’d get an appointment on the weekend to get a new one. Stopped by at 6pm on a Saturday, staff was available and super helpful. Jose was patient and friendly, tested our battery, sold us a replacement, and installed it for us. In and out in 20 minutes!! Great experience 👌🏼

I've been here several times over the years for minor stuff and I've always received great service from knowledgeable experts. Have always left feeling like I made a good choice choosing this location. Today I had to go in for what I thought was a major electrical issue. One of their staff came out and took a look at things and found a very minor problem and was able to fix it on the spot. Ran a test on the battery and everything checked out clear. He definitely went above and beyond any level of service I've experienced or expected. 10/10 would recommend and will be returning

Jose was extremely kind. He gave us advice on which windshield wipers to purchase and when he saw me struggling to get them installed, he quickly came out to help me get them on. Thanks Jose!

Definitely do not recommend this place unless you want your i.d lost. Came in to check my diagnostics on my car traded my i.d for the check engine monitor came back and lady couldnt find my i.d. Gabe her my number to call me when she found it and never did. It was the only i.d i had through tough times. Disrespectful staff cant do anything to help me find it and didnt seem to care. Highly do not recommend this location.

When another Advance Auto parts mucked up my battery warranty info, J. Saenz went out of his way to get me fully squared away despite it not being their store's doing. Great customer service -- lucky to live so close by.

Let me tell you. Two gentlemen there went above and beyond the call of duty. Arturo helped me in the cold, install a new battery having already tested a bad one. Full diagnostics, polite and courteous. Him and his manager are adv auto part mvps. Normally most locations are awesome but this location surrounded by sketch surroundings they managed to juggle me and several other customers easily.

Very nice guy who was interested in satisfying this customer. Hmmm, that was the first time I've actually felt valued by an auto parts employee and told I wasn't interrupting his day! I can get used to that! I'm hoping he can wear off on the other employees but they never seem to keep them very long.

I went in on a recent cold evening just to ask to have codes read on my in-laws car. The employees were ALL very friendly and helpful, right down to a fist bump as I was walking away....lol. but seriously, they wrote the codes and explanations down for me, gave me prices and availability and were just generally friendly and easy to talk with. I'm new to this location and they're already brought me back for a purchase and I plan to be back for more. Thanks guys! Way to do it right!
