I was in here yesterday in the afternoon and waited in line for a bit so someone could help me. Both employees finished with there customers and answered the phone rather then helping me. Mind you, the people were not waiting on hold, but rather called in after i had arrived. One employee couldnt figure out what the person on the phone needed because he was too busy making jokes. If I could give them 0 stars I would, and typically I would help whoever had arrived first, but these two didnt seem to mind. Go to the advanced auto parts on Alameda instead.

Customer service is often what sets places apart, and Daniel os exceptional 👏

Brian and Giacarlo provided exceptional service! Got us the battery and loaned tools we needed to replace a key FOB battery as well as test our battery. Great, quick service and couldn't be happier!

NEVER ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND ACT UNACCOUNTABLE. Ordered this part online and it said it would be delivered by 6pm which is why I bought it here. Was on the phone with the store they are clueless, are being rude, putting me on hold forever and not responding at 290 South Broadway. Store is closed now at 8pm, I am screwed for critical part I needed and I can't even get a refund online. Stay away from these lazy grifters. I guess I'm going to have to go clean this mess up in the morning in person and it's not gonna be fun for anyone.

I had a water hose burst, I called first, JP’s pleasant response was so welcome. He told me the part was in stock, the O’Reilly Auto Parts was so close! I was able to drive and pick up the part without having to drive across town looking for my parts I needed to repair my vehicle! When arriving at the well-stocked, very well managed store, I was greeted by JP and Daniel. Both of them are extremely knowledgeable about engine dynamics and even exactly which coolant to use in my Commercial vehicle! I was very impressed with their car knowledge. It seemed they had an answer to all my questions. This place is situated in southern Denver over by the Office Depot, so it was super easy to remember where it is, and the street access and parking was ample. I recommend anyone needing car parts for repairs or vehicle service to go to this O’Reillys Auto Parts and say hi the the knowledgeable professionals working there. I think you will enjoy the experience as I did. JP and Daniel gave me on-point advice and completely set my mind at ease with the right parts backed up by their excellent customer service. The guy who served me and fitted my car battery today was super helpful. He was obviously pretty busy when i came in, but was still super helpful and provided awesome service!

Marco and Danial were incredibly helpful in replacing my headlights. I’m very unfamiliar with cars and wasn’t sure which lights I needed to purchase and Marco went above and beyond helping me buy the right bulb and replace both. My Jetta is notoriously difficult to reseat the lightbulb in the housing and him and Danial spent so much time replacing both for me. I am so appreciative. Incredible customer service. I can’t recommend this location enough!

i have loved this location for decades because they have always had the best employees and managers of any auto parts store i have ever used. they genuinely care about their customers and provide exceptional service and knowledge. the manager, J.P. as well as Giancarlo couldn’t be more helpful and amazing. marco is great as well! what an awesome store!

Our battery needed replacement. The manager JP helped us pick out a battery for our car and replaced it right there in the parking lot. We were in and out in 10 minutes! Great service.

They do NOT offer battery replacements. I asked and the assistant manager said they “didn’t have the tools” to help.

This morning my car wasn't starting easily, prompting time for a possible battery change. I drove to the nearest part store, and got taken care of exceptionally by Alex! He checked my battery, educated me on a quite a few things, and changed it out for me. What an angel on earth this man is! Highly recommend coming here for any of your car needs/questions.

I’ve been helped by Skylar three times over the last month. He is honest, knowledgeable and takes time to explains things so a novice can do it correctly. He is a real asset to this store and they are lucky to have him. I will not go seek help from anyone else. Thank you again Skylar.

This place was exceptional! Skyler really made me feel comfortable and not only found the filter I brought in (from sight), but also identifying the right size wiper blades for my car. He was honest about which product was the best for my situation and price point. As I replaced my cabin filter, he installed my wiper blades for me. Top-notch customer service right there, I would say! This is now my go-to store for anything my car needs.

I recently had a fantastic experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts, thanks to Angel. I called in to ask about wiper blades, and Angel was incredibly helpful, ensuring I got the right size and even locating the product in-store for me. What impressed me most was Angel's offer to install the wiper blades for free. This level of customer service is rare and made my day. Thank you, Angel, for your exceptional help!

I recently went into this store (on aprox Broadway and Alameda) as I was having issues with my tire and then my battery. I had gone in before ,simple and quick, just to grab something. One of the guys came out to my car and helped me find out what the problem might be. He, and the other people working that day, were very respectful and courteous while being honest about the possible problem. The guy didn't try to get me to buy something I didn't need, even though I was willing to buy a brand new battery. I instead ended up buying a spray for the corrosion on the battery connections and also a tire gauge. They also were very patient as I asked quite a few questions! I can't tell you how much I appreciate not being taken advantage of. Trust between business and consumer is not what it was 20-30 years ago and to have found a place I can trust and give my loyalty to is refreshing. I totally recommend this store to those needing help or parts!

The only auto parts store worth your business. It's the only place where you can consistently find employees who actually understand automobiles. I walked in and explained they gave me the wrong headlight bulb, dude checked my car with me, i realized i was trying to replace the wrong bulb (didn't double check the info from my wife), and then he helped me replace it in about 30 seconds.

I went to go to work this morning and found out my battery had died. I settled on heading to OReilly to get it tested/replaced and am VERY glad I did. JP was the man! He got me a great deal on a battery and at a great price. I can't recommend them enough, and I will definitely be coming back in the future.

I desperately needed to replace a battery terminal on my car. I went in to buy the part and was prepared to do the job myself in the parking lot. However, JP, the store manager stepped up and took the time on a busy Saturday to do the work for me. He did me a great service, and feel that his leadership filters through his entire store to the benefit of us all. Thank you, brother.

JP the store manager is awesome! My battery was incredibly corroded and he had to work for almost 20 minutes to get the battery loose but did so with a smile the entire time! I highly recommend this location and staff! They are a super helpful crew!
