Stopped in today and bought stuff for an oil change. I had some stuff picked out but was given a heads up by the younger cashier with the ear piercing I had some of the wrong items. I didn’t question it because I don’t work there so I assumed he knew what he was talking about. Turns out the oil filter was the wrong size. I didn’t notice leaking after the change so I drove. All the engine oil leaked out of the oil filter compartment while driving. I was also given a wrong sized oil pan plug after bringing the right size to the counter. I nearly totaled my vehicle but thankfully I heard the engine when the song changed a few miles from home. This mishap caused me to waste my day and nearly 50 dollars plus almost totaled my car & undoubtedly some engine issues because the check engine came on . I took an Uber to an advance auto and bought my usual parts for an oil change and had the staff there verify by my make model & year ( same as at this location but this time they gave me the right information ). Never shopping there or at the brand again . Advance auto has consistently had more knowledgeable staff & I should have gone there in the first place .

TL;DR: go to the Advance Auto Parts around the corner instead. They were SO friendly and helpful and professional. Don’t waste your time here. Came on a Sunday morning, and the only employee working had (I assume?) locked himself out. He was standing out front on the phone. Instead of saying anything to me, he watched me try to doors multiple times and look at my phone for the store hours and look confused before he finally muttered something at me about giving him a minute and walking away. When other people started coming to the door, we were all confused and he made no effort to tell us anything. Very unfriendly, very poor customer service. Would not return. Editing my review to say: as I scroll through the comments, it looks like there is a long history of disrespectful and negligent employees at this location. I would urge any one to go elsewhere. If management is reading this, I think it’s time for you to consider who you’re hiring to run your store.

Mike is professional! He helped me get my new battery. My day was not going well but he changed it! I do appreciate O'Reilly and having Mike for us. He knows what customer service is.

11-1-2025 3:35pm. I was disrespected by one of the employee, I was going in to get 2 things and one thing I couldn't find it went up front and saw it. While I was looking at the jumping cables. I honestly should of just left. His just lucky i wasn't feeling good. One of the co works thought it was okay to say to me im frustrated. I told him I am not frustrate it, that I just have a migraine. I was confused why this ignorant employee thought it was okay to judge a customer. He continue saying things me one comment saying I acting like a zombie. He made me uncomfortable. It was unnecessary for his inappropriate comments. He's not there to judge any customers.He's there to work.And if he did have some concerns about me, he could've asked me if I needed any help or was looking for anything Instead he thought it was funny to make funny of me. He needs to be fired. He was a black guy employee. I will not be returning . I should be able to shop without getting judge.

This store employs several knowledgeable, respectful and kindly people. I regularly receive top shelf customer service and direction for whatever maintenance I am working on. I want to shout out Christian for his calmness and attention to detail when walking me through an issue! And to those fellows whose names I have not committed to memory, your input and support is valuable- I appreciate you!

This place sucks. One dude name Marco didn't know what he was doing when I asked him to check my battery and when he did he broke my the screw and tried to cover it up by asking me to try so he can blame it on me. The whole staff that day was pretty shady and all had no clue what to do without the manager being there. I should have just gone to Autozone like my gut told me too. Will never go back to this O'Reillys or any O'Reillys.

Vernell went above and beyond to help me with a bad battery. He not only replaced the battery, but took the opportunity to train his coworker on the process. He and Christian were so kind, patient, and helpful. I will always come back to this location, knowing this is the excellent customer service that is provided! Thank you again!

At about 6:30 pm I went to buy a new light bulb for my headlight, I asked if he could put it in for me, he said no they can't help customers after dark, told him I would try to do it myself. I couldn't get the bulb unplugged, he told me I could come back in the morning. So since I couldn't get it, I'll have to drive the rest of the evening with 1 headlight! Great job O'Reillys. As I sit in my car looking in at their 2 employees sitting there on their phones!

Best car parts location in the Denver metro area! This Orielys specifically has saved me thousands in unneeded vehicle repairs due to their extremely knowledgeable and honest employees. I first received help from "Cam" and his customer service and mechanical knowledge is beyond what I ever expected when I walked in this past summer. So far anytime I come in, I'm terrified I'm SOL but then the employees always find a solution that is within my price range. Thanks for everyone's hard work!

I’ve had nothing but great customer service here, every single time. A guy with a low taper fade helped me with my battery. Helped me grab the correct one and helped me put it in. The guys here are really great!!!

Jeremiah (he had red hair...I think this was his name) provided excellent service. I had an oil change across the street and they informed me that I can get my battery tested for free at O'Reilly's. My battery light had been coming on and Grease Monkey didn't have the battery tester to check it. J helped test my battery and determined that it just needed cleaning, also discovered through the diagnostic that the alternator was going out. After I purchased it, he offered to install it. I really appreciated the support and installation! It would have cost me a lot more on an already expensive auto day.

I had purchased an alternator from this store and I ended up not needing it so I took it back and tried to get a refund. I have my receipt AND I purchased it with my debit card. The woman looked at the product and told me it had been installed. Than she continued to give me attitude while I was trying to explain to her that I didn’t install the product on my car and so I ended up getting frustrated. To make matters worse the guy who sold me the alternator was in the back and when he came up to the front and I asked him to help me he ignored me as well. Horrible customer service the staff in this place have been horrible for years. They treat you any way. I am a single mom who made a mistake and bought a part I did not need and now I can’t get a refund from this part store when I have my receipt and it is within the thirty days of the return date.she wasn’t wearing a name tag so I didn’t get her name which seems to happen a lot

Vanessa and the guy there 1/6/2021 5pm were terrible. They were disrespectful and cussed under their breath. They threatened my mechanic with arrest for having an attitude. He was frustrated because of her attitude. I came in to apologies on his behalf and get my parts. They both were hostile and swore at me even though I came in being apologetic. They first told me they didn't have the part until I asked for the managers information. They then found the part somehow. I've always had a great experience there for the past five years. The two employees there at the time were more than terrible. It's a great place, but those two are terrible.

Stopped in for an air filter and a battery check because I was having starting issues. Trevor was great, we did a quick test outside as well as a full test inside the store and determined I needed a new battery. He replaced it quickly as well as swapped the air filter I bought. Never waited for anything other than the test to complete

Odd experience here. Bought a battery for my truck from a different location a few months back. Unfortunately, my battery died. Thank goodness for warranties, eh? Yes, thank goodness. Came in at about 730, with 2 employees and 2 more customers in the store already. Waited about 20 minutes before they free taken care of, and was approached by an employee. Thinking it was a pretty straight-forward situation... I was wrong. He did a quick check in the system, then sighed and the following conversation took place: Him: "Yes, it has a warranty, but we need to test it first." Me: "Oh okay, let's do that." Him: "Well, it takes about a half hour to do." Me: "Okay, let's go ahead and do that." Him: "...deep sigh... well, I have to hook it up to a system." Me: "Okay... let's hook it up?" Him: "It can take a little longer than a half hour." Me: "It is 740... I have time." Him: "Even if it takes longer?" Me: "I cannot start my truck without a working battery." Him: "Oh. Okay." Ended up taking 15 minutes to test. Ended up swapping batteries for me. Ended up sighing a half dozen more times. Dude straight up tried to get out of it. If it was like 855pm and you close at 9, I can sort of understand. But, it wasn't even 8pm, you had a solid HOUR left. Do your job. Don't try and get out of it. I spent money of a product of yours, it failed within warranty... test the damned battery. I tried to stay patient (I was able to), but it was an excursion I certainly did not want to take, and the employee acting like I was putting him out by using my warranty was pushing it. Weird, cause the location I bought this from in University Hills was crazy helpful, nice, and attentive. Not coming back to this location, even though it means driving further to do so.

Update: Came in to get my battery checked and charged. After talking to the employee behind the desk he said he would help me after he helped several other customers who were walking around the store. Not sure why they were more important than me. A different employee came up to me after a few minutes and took about 1 minute to check my battery and be helpful. Dropping them down from 4 stars to 3 because of a pattern of running into unhelpful employees. Original: Wasn't too busy and it's in a good location. The employee hadn't even heard of the product I was looking for but she said she was new and actually took me to the correct aisle so I found it easily enough.
