EJC Auto Parts in Denver, CO scores 83/100. Feedback is largely positive: shoppers cite knowledgeable, professional staff, fair pricing, a deep engine-parts inventory (including rare/discontinued items), organized operations, easy part finds, quick shipping/pickup, and minimal wait times. A smaller but vocal set report serious issues with online/eBay orders—wrong cylinder heads, items arriving damaged, refund/return disputes, a discarded block, and a clunky website. Bottom line: strong in-store service and value; if buying online, double-check fitment and return terms.
I bought a cylinder head from them through Ebay. It was described as from a good running engine. It's no good. I had it checked out professionally. I tried to do a return and got the run around until the return period expired then said there's nothing they can do. I contacted Ebay with no resolution. Buyer beware this company is a scam.
Seller sent me the completely wrong cylinder head, wasted my time, and then tried to flip the blame on me. I sent their mistake back exactly how it arrived, and they pulled the classic “you damaged a solenoid” excuse to avoid giving a full refund.
They kept half my money for something they screwed up. Zero integrity, zero responsibility, and zero clue how to run a parts business.
If you enjoy being lied to, blamed, and ripped off, this is the seller for you. Everyone else: run.
terrible customer service, sent a block back on accident without its main caps, and the company didnt reach out or didnt give me time to reach out to them. They through away the block the same day of receiving it. Why would i purposely send a block back without its caps.
Unmatched customer service. I found an oil pan on ebay, but overnight wasn't offered. I found out EJC was selling it so I contacted them directly. No hesitation, pulled the part, weighed it, promptly returned my call and gave me an estimate. I paid, they sent me a text with the package taped, packaged, and thr tracking number. I got the package today! Truly appreciate the whole process.
Erik went way above and beyond to help me with my return and to find other parts that I needed, Justin is amazing, super patient And professional to sell parts. The parts assistant personnel make you feel like a real VIP.
Highly recommended!
AUTOPRO GYPSUM CO.
The part arrived broken and the manager /owner refused to either reimburse or send a new one. He claimed that the part must of broken in transit ,but there were no pieces in the box, a piece couldn't of magically disappeared from a sealed box , which brings to a logical conclusion that the part was sent broken initially.
We recently needed several internal engine parts for a 2009 Ford F250 with the 6.4 diesel engine. I discovered EJC on Ebay, and ordered parts. They shipped out the very next day and I received them the following day.
The parts were exactly as advertised and worked out well. They were internal engine parts that rarely wear out, and EJC send some in excellent condition.
I also called EJC for some other parts and the representative was very knowledgably and friendly. Their prices are good too!
I'll be checking with them in the future when we need used parts!
I could not be happier with EJC! I needed a timing cover for my jeep and after trying & returning 3 from other places I gave them a try. Their online listing actually had high quality photos of the timing cover I was buying instead of just a generic pictures. It was cheaper than any other listing and when I picked it up from their shop in Denver the overall quality was better than I was hoping for. Everyone at their shop was great too! If you need a part go with EJC auto parts.
This place is amazing! Very hard to find honesty in the automotive world. Never had the wrong part sent to me once. I have ordered the same cylinder head from two different vendors. One place sent the wrong one and another place sent one with bent valves. The one I got from EJC looked new and came right away. Also they have Spanish speaking reps which is good for my coworkers.
Good customer service and they had a part that I couldn't find ANYWHERE. It had been discontinued and I called every diesel parts store in the metro area and beyond
I got my ram injectors here and the guys even gave me a deal since i ended up buying all 6. The best part was that the deal was given when i individually purchased all 6 at different times. Not all at once. Thanks guys. Ill come back again.
Amazing customer service I been looking for a part for my customer for a few days. Found the part I needed on eBay but I wasn’t satisfied with shipping
Called them up directly and gave me the option for quicker shipping and was on the phone no longer than 5 minutes. Very professional and very organized thank you very much

"Great Service and Parts". Purchased a used cylinder head from EJC. The item came quickly and was exactly what was pictured. The item only needed a small amount of clean up and new valve seats. Installed back into my car and runs like a champ. Definitely saved me a ton of money doing this work myself with a cylinder head from EJC. I would recommend these guys .
Great customer service, bought a part and even saved me a little more money. Also advised I could return if it didn't work. Part works no issue would buy from EJC Performance again.
EJC Performance went above and beyond to get an emergency shipment over night to us so we could get a customers car back on the road the next day! I would recommend them to anyone.
Thanks, SNB Motors, Mesa AZ
Very courteous and have the hard to find parts many others don't locally. A little off the beaten path In Wheat Ridge but Google maps will take you to it.
