Hit and miss on service. Normally it’s pretty good service here, but my most recent visit may be my last. Ordered a oil change bundle online, apparently they didn’t have the oil filter, told me they tried to call me but my phone was disconnected (lie), then I asked what they did have in stock to replace what was missing, they refused to honor the bundle price, and wanted me to pay for the filter. And to top it off it took one of my 5$ off credits for nothing at all since I cancelled the order. Do better. I used this place religiously but will be hitting the O’Reilly next door from now on.

Tried to return something. EVEN HAD MY RECEIPT AND STILL COULDN'T RETURN MY ITEM?? guy tells me when he scans the receipt it doesn't bring anything up even though you can literally see what I bought on the receipt. I said, okay well I bought it from advance Auto so? He just shrugged and said I need to return it to the original store. I said the store is in Colorado springs and he says I don't know what you tell you sorry. Pathetic. O'Reilly's is THE BEST AUTO PARTS STORE IN AMERICA. I literally only shop O'Reilly's and this is why

When im buy parts from them. And the parts do not work and im come back return it .and them say it used and cant return it. ( no oil or something like that on part. Looking like new ). Im bought less than 30 minutes before im come back and return it. I say when im buy from other store i can return it. And them say go to them and im tell them i never come back and them say " never want see you again".

Their customer service is horrible. The worker tested my battery didnt offer to price one for me just walked off. I had to request to buy one then he just wanted to replace with like for like without going over options when I requested options he only told me the price not any of the reasons why one battery over the other. Then i tried to do an online order he wasnt willing to help me find the battery #part. Then i gave up and just bought it he didnt offer to carry the old battery into the store or the new one out to car. Overall super unhelpful i usually dont work with the younger kids in those places cause its very typical behavior from younger generation. He stood their flirting with his co worker better then helped me in any fashion. I dont even want to go back to the store ill drive further for a better experience then what i got today

Go anywhere else!!! Bought a defective battery refused to refund my money. It was less than a week! Go to autozone better prices and stand behind the batteries they sell.

Due to the cold weather snap, my battery was dead so I ordered same day delivery. It was dropped off by a third party delivery driver and when I went to install it, I noticed the bottom riser was missing. I called the store and Jose apologized, acknowledged the inconvenience, and advised he didn't have any spares in store and would call around to see if he could find one. He manages to locate one and advised the driver would drop it of by 8 AM the next morning. The driver dropped it off, and I was able to install it and head out of town on time! Thanks to Jose for his accountability and making me feel like I was a priority!

Used this location as a UPS drop point and package was opened and item stolen. Store employee made it seem like not a big deal or something that happened a lot. Seems as though an employee would have had to be one to open my package and re seal with scotch tape.

Thank you, Thomas! I brought two very dead batteries from my old diesel truck for testing. But, they were still under a Motorcraft warranty! Thomas recommended that I take them to Freeway Ford (I-25 and Evans) and claim the warranty. I did the next morning and it only cost me some time. Why did I bring my batteries to Advance? I know they're honest.

Went looking for a gasket for my truck, Thomas Eneix happend to help me. Oddly enough he couldn't find one in the system. Thomas went out of his way to look online and search for me even on other websites, but the part numbers weren't really matching. Over all took about 10-15 mins trying to help me out. Might not seem like it's a big deal, but he really showed he wanted to help me out. I came back looking for some oil that he didn'thave in stock; he called around and made sure the other store they had it so I can go and pick it up. Overall great experience at this location!

Normal auto parts store the guy helping us was wearing a leather jacket had a giant hickie on his neck and his pupils were bigger than my cats so ummmmm I would say go at your own risk also he saw my car and wouldn’t let me say no to product he was trying to sell me

Overall, I am happy with Advance auto parts. There is a reason I avoid this particular store like the plague.... Every time I have anything to do with this store, it is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I placed an online order yesterday at about 10 am. I had picked a different store as my home store (like I said, I avoid this one at all costs, if possible) even though it is closest to me. In spite of selecting and paying for same day home delivery.... my parts never showed up. When I called the corporate help line, they called the store and were informed that the manager who deals with online orders does not work the weekends. (Of course, he is the only one who knows how to do this, apparently...). I inquired if I could go pick up my order, but I was informed that because it's an online order (and the manager that does those is off on the weekends) they have not even pulled my order or looked to see if they have everything in stock. So now, because of this store lack of training, incompetence, and/or plain laziness, I get to take an unpaid day off of work to fix my truck. I work to get paid. I need my truck to work. If I don't work, I don't get paid. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Juan was a big help the system was down and two employees were in the corner calling technical support uh uh forget that Juan knew his job and where to find the part with just the part number so god bless you Juan🙏 I’m sorry but everyone else in that store needs more training and study of there shop computers can’t do everything but when you’re trained and you learn how to do your job correctly, you become a JUAN 🙏🙌

My dealings was with Jacob stolin , he said he was a manager, he was very short with me. For a lack of better explanation, it felt like to me like the store was already closed and he was ready to go home. The only reason I gave you guys one star is because I had to give you one star in order to make this message.

I went into store looking for a bolt to replace a striped bolt or a die so I can rethread mine. The guy acted like I was burdening him and didn't even look at the bolt I need and says they don't have either one although their website says they do or can order it. I left the store and I won't return .

Yeah pretty good auto store little concerned I could see a product online they said it wasn't in stock when they looked it up by vehicle but they ran it by the number and it was there sad thing is this is the only part and the West side of the Denver metro area

Very rude employees. I bought two items via-online to pick up at that store. When i arrived at the i saw the items i bought were five dollars less. The 3 employees did not want to give me the price of the store. They kept telling me i paid the correct price and that the item was placed in the wrong spot, but apparently there were 5 items of the same kind in the same spot. i matched the sku numbers and they all matched. They still did not want to give me the price of the store and one of the employees even said i was lying. After going back and forth several times, one of the employees finally gave me the price of the store item, but al three of the employees were very short and upset at me as if it was my fault and they even walked away and i had to pull out my own receipt and i left the store.

I have 1 advance auto parts store 1 1/2 miles away from my house, and I rather come to this one(5 miles), never have a problem before. I tried to return a parts on the other store and they asked for the original receipt, in here they looked on the computer and pum there I was was they take care of everything no questions or nothing, always coming back to this store!👍

Eddie is doing a great job! He seemed like the only one in the store actually working the day I came in! He was on the phone while several other employees turned there back to me so i waited in line til he was done and he helped me out!

The hours listed online were wrong... I ended up going to 2 different stores that were closed and then when I found one that was open they refused to honor the online price even though their system wasn't working right. It was terrible customer service and the guy did not care. I would say that they need to invest in an environmental psychologist and have them teach staff about customer service and the environment that they create to have customers want to come back.
