Will was amazing. Checked my battery and fast charged it. Then diagnosed my alternator as faulty. Had one brought in from another store within half an hour. Loaned me a tool and got up and running ASAP. 10 stars for Will!

Had an issue with some paint on my car, and Will was able to point me in the right direction to get it off safely without damaging my paint job.

These guys are amazing, Keith helped me today and he went above and beyond to make sure all my needs was met.. Thanks y'all

Usually hate dealing with car stuff… but had the best experience at Advance Auto Parts today!! Andrew replaced the wiper blades on my car and showed me how to do it myself. So kind and helpful.

Had an absolutely great experience! I came in looking for new windshield wipers and wasn’t sure which type I needed. Everyone behind the counter was super friendly and helpful—especially Andrew! Andrew went ABOVE AND BEYOND today for me, I had a sneaking suspicion my battery was dead and he not only helped me with a jumpstart (again, bro- AMAZING) , he ran a diagnostic for me and changed our my battery in 10 minutes. He also recommended a local mom and pop repair shop to help me out with anything else I needed. Absolutely top notch service, seriously, Andrew deserves a raise!

This advanced Auto parts is one of the best auto parts stores I have ever been to. Eddie, is one of the most knowledgeable, kind, generous and selfless men I have met when it comes to the auto parts sales industry. Eddie, the two Andrews, Eric, Keen and Dominique we're so charismatic, full of joy and knowledgeable that I will tell any of my friends to come to their store because of the service and then going up over and beyond the call of duty. It was a joy to buy a battery from them. I look forward to the future when my car's parts fail so I can come back and get the service from them that I hoped I would get for many other places that I did not receive. They get five stars and I give them 10 if I could. Go to the store, they won't let you down.

Definitely not an easy place to find first off. Not to mention parking sucks and it is a tight fit to boot. Products and pricing are decent. Employees are hit or miss depending on the time of day. With that said. Been here maybe 5 times in my 16 years living in Denver, Colorado. I normally went to Checkers (now O'Reilly's) or AutoZone left reviews for each. Advance Auto Parts was a nice go-to place for hard to get parts. A little history here Advance Auto Parts merged with CAR QUEST many years ago, and Advance Auto still has parts that say car quest on the box. Lol.

Great experience. The current manager has really turned this store around. He was knowledgeable, helpful and super patient. Asked direct, helpful questions that uncovered a unique solution to a difficult problem. This will become a frequent store even though it is further away. Highly recommend this location, especially with the new manager.

A gentleman by the name of Will works here and he is an outstandingly helpful and knowledgeable employee. While I was broken down in Denver, he helped me fix my coolant system so I could get home after a long road trip.

Went to this location needing a new battery on a Sunday. Will took great care of us, pulled the old one and installed the new one. We were on our way in 30 minutes. Great service!

Will, the store manager went way above and beyond to help me, I'm never going to a different car parts store again, they've won me over entirely! I've got an odd model plug-in hybrid and everything is tricky. He did his own research and found a way to solve my problem when my car was a brick and we were totally stumped! They saved us buckets of money and offered so much helpful knowledge. I'm massively grateful!! THANK YOU Advance Auto Parts!!

Does not have a system that is capable of returning an item that was bought from another store. Receipt in hand, and unopened. Only reason I’m returning it is because the clerk recommended an headlight bulb that doesn’t fit my make/model. Different operating systems for each “chain” store is insane; why even call it the same store if something you bought from them can’t be returned there. Customer service was appalling they just said sorry can’t return that here and stared blankly. Told me to go to another store. Best part is the location he told me to go to couldn’t take the return either so wasted about an hour of my time driving around to find stores that could not take a return. Awesome job, I will 100% never shop at any advanced auto part again.

I had a really helpful employee named Luke assist me in testing my car battery and diagnosing the issue at hand. I ultimately needed to purchase a new battery. Luke installed the battery, as well as cleaned the the area. He was very professional and made replacing my car battery a pleasant one. I would definitely return to this Advance Auto Parts location.
