They came through for me Amazon did me dirty I ordered front brakes and rotors it said it fits your car the front rotor fit but I checked it with the old one and it was wrong I thought maybe they sent the wrong pads nope so I called these guys up they had the right rotors they got me right pads thank you to the guys at o Riley’s you saved my A$$

Moslem was very helpful and super sweet as he let me know that my oil doesn’t need to be topped off if it meets the correct dot and was very thoughtful to let me know that i shouldn’t change my coolant after the car had been on for a while

Really i can't complain with O'Reilly I've never had any problems with them they stand behind the parts they sell that have warranty they never try to B.S. there way out of taking care of us (as being customers) and most of the time they offer an option to beat prices for competition stores

I had been a customer of O'Reilly Auto Parts for many years before they changed their name. Their people are what have kept me coming back along with strong relationships with some of their employees. I have lately come in contact with a great employee at your store in Wheat Ridge on Wadsworth Ave. His name is Dan and after buying 2 batteries for my Diesel Truck. Dan offered to install them for me and I was hesitant at first because no one had offered that service to me before. He said that's what we do and within minutes he had both installed and I was starting my truck as he closed the hood. He made my nite so enjoyable due to his effort at customer service and to top it off he installed my 2 batteries. I'm for sure coming back when Dan working. Sincerely, Wayne Hart .

I walked in and was not even spoken to by a person except a hello which was very nice for me because I don't like to be hassled. But as soon as I expressed that I had a question they were attentive and then thought of answers to questions that I hadn't thought of and provided me with the correct product and a choice of products with an idea of how each one would work and which one they might choose. Perfect.

I went into today just as the storm hit needing to replace a windshield wiper. I was helped by a woman named Jennifer, OUTSTANDING customer service. She recognized that as a woman I may not know how to install the replacement myself, and stood out in the snow with me to mentored me through the process. I am extremely grateful that I ran into another human with a heart of gold. She was genuine and represented this establishment extremely well. I hope she is a manager. If not, she should be. Thank you Jennifer!!

I don't know what the point of the sign that says masks are required. Both employees inside were not wearing masks (Daniel and the assistant manager Jennifer). I don't know if the manager or owner is claiming face masks are required but it's obviously not enforced. Just require masks or don't. The mixed messaging give me a weird feeling about the place and makes me not want to come back. I visited on 12/14/21

100% Awesome! Not being the brightest tool in the shed when it comes to anything car related, I went in with my key FOB because my car told me that the battery was low. And instead of just selling be the batteries, they changed them for me. Might seem simple to some, but it meant the world to me.

Was looking for a replacement tire lock and they had exactly what I needed. Dan was very helpful and even helped us test the lock before we purchased it. Overall great experience.

We had car troubles and barely made it to O'Reilly's. Dan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He assisted us with replacing a car battery and in the process, he explained to our 13 year old son what he was doing and why. What an educational experiences for our son ! In addition, Dan ran additional tests to help us determine there was an alternator issue that needed to be addressed. Jennifer - Asst. Manager also assisted with feedback, recommendations and helpful information on what we are needing to do next. Both of them went above and beyond for our family and we are truly grateful !! This location had the best customer service !!!

Jennifer gave me 5 star treatment today when I went in for windshield wipers. She put them on for me without even asking. Saving me a lot of stress. I know this seems like a simple service that most offer but I would never ask. She wanted to help. People like her make my world a little brighter.

Amazing customer service. Gave me all the options. Lots of information. Dan was super friendly. Felt like he cared and wanted to help me buy the most economical solution for my car issue. On another visit, Jennifer and Chris were awesome. Changed my wiper blades in the 2 degree night so I could see to get home. Very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend this location

Staff has been very helpful and very friendly, unlike their competition just north of them. I live 2 hours away and things happen away from home. If I have future needs while in the area, this O'Reilly store is me go to.

I typically go to auto zone, bc it’s closer to my house, but every time I went in there I got the bare minimum effort. Went down the road to O Reilly and Adam the manager was great help! I had a problem and he helped me until it was fixed. He was very nice and didn’t make me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about, like most auto repair places are with women! Give this guy a raise!

I used to go to auto zone for all my car and truck parts but they've been lacking on having any parts i need. This particular O'Reilly's so far has had every part I've needed on hand, and haven't had to order anything! The staff here is super friendly and very knowledgeable. If you've been searching for parts elsewhere and can't find them, try these guys out, i feel like they have all the hard to find parts! Thanks O'Reilly for being so amazing!

I actually had just an over the phone experience. But, I want to mention these guys are working hard on their reputation. Torrin was able to answer all of my questions on pricing, which was a list, he did so in a timely manner and was thorough in making sure my questions and needs were concluded. Typically great service. I needed a new battery recently, and since I had bought my old one at an O'Reilly's, I went back again . Although they were closing soon, they took the time to make sure my old battery wasnt still on warranty, and checked out my different options price wise for a new one. I ended up just buying the same battery as my old one, but they were really very helpful and friendly.

Every time I shop here and they always have the parts I'm looking for for. I even met someone here that I hadn't seen for a while and was able to rekindle a relationship with them! We didn't quite get along before so the fact that they worked here gave me the opportunity to make up with them and to get in touch. Honestly I'm giving this place a five-star only because of her. Thank you O'Reilly Auto Parts for hiring her!

Great customer service and selection for parts. We were in desperate need of a battery before traveling to the airport and Ryan at O'Reilly was very kind and helpful, he installed the battery for us in less than 10 minutes. Very thankful!

Have purchased a number of car parts and other supplies here and was very pleased by the quality of service and items purchased. The manager Billie was always helpful and supportive in my quest for items on a late model Toyota. He even went out to the parking lot to help me install a part that I was having trouble installing myself. This is a great store for most all of your auto supply needs.
