I am normally a Jiffy Lube customer, but I was recommended grease monkey by a family member and I went today and Carlos checked me in and was super friendly gave me all the information I asked for and then James was also involved and I had the best experience I was only there for a little while, and I felt really good when I left and I would definitely go back. Oh Annaika also seriously the sweetest girl when I pulled in I asked her I had one request and that was to wash the inside of my windshield and she did that for me and she was so sweet, so yeah, definitely high recommendation to the store and I will definitely be back.

I took my car in for an oil change. Everyone I met who works at this location was professional and friendly. The oil change took less than 15 minutes, and no once did they try to upsell me. I appreciated the efficiency and professionalism. I’ll definitely take my car there again!

James C was very helpful, friendly and extremely thorough with our car. I would recommend them to anyone in the area and am comfortable having my daughter use them for her oil changes and other car maintenance.

Friendly people, very quick oil change... no hard sell for additional services. Plus they washed the windows! We decided to give them a try after sitting in the waiting area at the Midas shop on Colorado Boulevard for two hours-- we had a10am appointment there and we finally left in disgust at noon after repeatedly being told our car was next. We will be going to this shop from now on!

Really great service, more than just oil changes, quick and by far the best Grease Monkey in the area. They explain what needs to be done, when, and how much it will cost and answer all your questions. And they honor coupons. I’m taking all of my family’s vehicles there now.

I love this team. I have come here for my last 4 oil changes and they always do right by me. They are very honest and won’t make you spend the extra money if not absolutely necessary. Highly recommend!

Autozone recommended GM across the street on colorado Blvd to provide additional diagnostics on my MnLaws Ford and actually called and spoke with Roger. I met Roger and he was fantastic in his approach, mechanical awareness and provided valuable insight to the issue. I look forward to working with GM and specifically with Roger in the near future. Who knows could be the guy we all refer to when we have a mechanical issue. Thanks GM! Leo

Great service as always and friendly and kind. They even opened the door for me and greeted me. Transparently to the finest. There were 2 guys a veteran and a Hispanic guy and a young guy supper supper nice thanks guys for all the hard work.

This location was great for an oil change. They were friendly, quick, and explained everything as they changed the oil since a few other things were needed. I believe the man who helped me out was Chris and he made the experience so easy.

This Grease Monkey far exceeded my expectations. I went in for an oil change but the mechanic noticed I had a broken serpentine belt and was able to fix it on the spot, even though it meant working past closing time. Roger and Yesi, thank you both so much for going above and beyond. Incredible service and I am so grateful for this team for getting me back on the road safely.

Showed up for an oil change and there were already 4 or 5 cars ahead of me, then walked in to find that the lobby was standing room only and their computer system was down. Despite all that I was greeted professionally and immediately. They wrote down my info on some scrap paper and got to work. I was out of there shockingly fast at a fair price and they made sure I had received everything I wanted and nothing I didn’t. This will be the only place I stop at from now on.

Today, Roger absolutely made my day. I came in for service, and he stepped right in with exceptional professionalism and kindness. My husband came here to get his grandma’s oil changed some time ago, and got such great service that I started coming here myself. I returned for an oil and filter change, and a maintenance service that they’d recommended the last time I was there. They are under new management now. It had been toooo long since my last change, but they didn’t make comments about that. They didn’t pressure me into getting more and more things. They were down to earth, and honest about what I would need to get done. I don’t live near this location, but it is absolutely the one I’ll be returning too!!! Thank you all!!

I got perfect service that went above and beyond thanks to Jeremy. Jeremy was able to not only fix my brake lights and do a amazing oil change, but he also gave me a vital multi point inspection that I will be following up on in future visits. He also gave a great Purview of all of the services offered. Jeremy is a great guy and he really helped me out when I really needed it most. This Jiffy Lube is awesome. Call ahead if you have a last-minute service that you need done like me. 10 out of 10.

Very disappointing experience at this location. My oil change took an hour and a half—even though I was the only customer for most of that time. When I got back in my Jeep, the front seats were fully reclined and covered in oily residue. I had to clean them myself before driving home. When I asked the guy at the counter about it, he just shrugged. Left feeling uncomfortable and won’t be returning.

First time at this location and I was excited to pull up and see a familiar face, Carlos! Carlos from Jiffy Lube I now works there. I’ve been a long time, Customer of Jiffy Lube, but since Carlos left the service has not been what it used to be so I stopped going. Carlos and the guys that previously worked with him took care of me for years. Everything from oil changes to batteries to small maintenance recommendations and repairs they always took care of me ensuring I got the correct parts and the best deal available possible. I will absolutely be returning to this location and now I have peace of mind that Carlos is there.

Great experience. Found a nice $20 discount online and thought I’d give them a shot. The new owner was friendly and didn’t try to upsell me anything. I’m always skeptical when you come in for one thing and they try to sell you a bunch of other stuff, but he told me I could probably replace my air filters and showed me what clean ones should look like. They also replaced my stripped oil cap for free. Great guys. In an out in under 30min.

I met the new manager, Carlos Alire. He got my car in for a full oil change and his team did the oil change. I was very happy to get the oil change done. Seniors, this is the place to get the oil change you need for your car. Carlos helped me into a waiting room. There as water and seating. The shop appearance and cleanliness has improved. I'm encouraging my friends to do their oil change and other services they offer. I was treated well, with respect and no one rolled their eyes at me. How refreshing!

The team at this location is fabulous! I was in for an oil change and to replace a headlight, which was all completed in 15 minutes. Our puppy was with and they welcomed him into the waiting room; he's quite anxious around strangers and they were super respectful in giving him space. I was fortunate to have Wendy greet me and get my oil change started today. My Xterra was promptly serviced and I was soon on my way. Every Grease Monkey I go to has the same high level of customer service. And back to Wendy... besides greeting me ....she checked my tires...listened to my requests, helped the service tech, prepared my bill and then went right back to work helping the next customer....she exemplifies the excellent service provided by Grease Monkey
