Firestone has always been very professional and helpful, but yesterday (Sunday) they got us in at the last minute due to a tire issue and resolved our issue same day.
Always such wonderful service! Bill and Jaz (I hope that’s the correct name) were both prompt, kind, professional, and super knowledgeable. I was running late for my appointment because I had an emergency with my dog this morning— it was no problem at all! Bill said “don’t worry, we’ll take care of ya”, and they did. He got me right, they took excellent care of my car. No fuss, no extra crap, no unnecessary sales pressure or suggestions. They did exactly what I asked them to do and made sure everything else with my car was okay. Just honest, professional feedback, and I got my car back quicker than I thought I would! I will not take my vehicle anywhere else in Denver. Firestone at 635 Colorado Blvd. is the BEST!
Firestone on Colorado Blvd is my go to for all things automotive. Today they repaired a tire that picked up a nail on one of my many treks up I70. The crew is professional, respectful and they are on it. Thanks everyone.
An absolutely sorry excuse for customer service! This guy who works there, Bill or whatever his name is, scams people by giving them a verbal quote that ends up being about half the price you pay when you come back after service. They prey on people who know little about cars, and scam them based on how they look. This absolutely sleazy business neither deserves your time nor your money. I’m ashamed to say I did business with these manipulative, lying people. FireStone should be ashamed.
I went in for a flat repair in the middle of the day. I got in right away, fixed in 10 minutes. Bill was beyond helpful, so nice and took care of me like I was some sort of VIP. I will never forget anywhere else for repairs now. This was the best car experience I’ve ever had.
I was quoted $500 for new brake pads on all axels and $100 more for an oil change. This work should have only taken an hour and two at the most. It took them four hours and they charged me $1400. I’m very pleased to say I will never do business with any Firestone ever again.
Came in for a tire patch on my Tesla Model 3 Performance and had a great experience. The team got me in right away, confirmed the puncture, and had it repaired properly in about 30 minutes.
Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. They were respectful of the car, clear in their communication, and did exactly what they said they would do.
The repair was completely free, which I appreciated. Quick service, no hassle, and quality work.

I had to get a new battery last minute on a snow day after work today. I called at 6pm, an hour before closing, to make sure if they had a battery for my vehicle and if they could install it for me before coming in. Alyssa was wonderful and patient on the phone with me while I found my VIN number and she checked to see if they had my battery in stock and asked a coworker/tech if they would be able to install it for me despite last minute notice. The tech was very accommodating and installed my battery for me. I did not get the techs name, but 5 stars to him and Alyssa!! Greatly appreciated and will be back.
Straight forward, honest, easy. Can’t thank the team enough for taking a look at my Acura. Guy helped me out when I went, super friendly and helped educate me on exactly what the state of my brake pads and rotors was. Thanks again Guy!
Fantastic, same day service. Brought in a 2024 Toyota RAV4 Prime with a tire going down (slow leak). Firestone was able to get it in same day and finish it in the same afternoon, at an affordable fee. What’s not like? I’ll be back next time and again and again.
They were very helpful! Had a nail in my tire and they took it right away patched up and I was on my way free of charge! 10/10 would recommend their service!
Been waiting 4 hours (still waiting) since my appointment at 11 for something I was told on the phone would take 10-30 minutes. They literally forgot I was waiting and didn’t even bother to start the job until after 3 hours and now an hour later they have no update ON SOMETHING THAT THEY SAID WOULD TAKE ABOUT 10 MINUTES. How does 10 minutes turn into four hours and possibly more? If I make an appointment at 11 I expect the job started at 11 and done within a reasonable and expected time frame, not when you feel like it, not when you remember to do, not after the guy at the front office takes personal calls at work putzing about doing nothing. If I schedule 11 you start at 11, if you say it takes about 10 minutes then I expect it done at like 11:12, at latest 11:30. It is now 3pm and it isn’t done. Lazy, Useless, Incompetent
This shop continues to impress me with their professionalism, communication, and transparency. I have taken both of my vehicles here for inspections and repairs and have always been treated with respect and kindness. The Firestone mechanics called me to request consent before carrying out any work that deviated from our originally discussed plans, and I continue to be impressed by their communication before, during, and after vehicle work takes place.
Everybody here is always so professional, helpful and quick. Not only did we get some great tires from them, they have also fit us in twice for last minute tire repairs without hesitation. They are always so nice and we will only go to them for any and all tire needs.
Frank and Keith were excellent in fixing my alignment and giving me the best service I’ve ever had in auto shop. They treated me respect through the entire process and were honest about their prices from the start. I’ll definitely be coming back with my next automotive need.

They fit me in 20 minutes before closing and got all my tires to the perfect tire pressure. The service was excellent staff was friendly and fast and they didn't let the snow or freezing temperatures slow them down. 10of10 service
I had an excellent experience at Firestone!! I got a flat tire and they were the closest tire center that was open on a Sunday. Though they were all booked out for appointments, they kindly changed the tire to a spare one for me, free of charge! I really appreciated their kindness!
This was the first time I tried the Firestone shop on Colorado Blvd. The only complaint I have is they are very busy, so if you need an appointment quickly (for say flat repair) you’re out of luck. I had a slow leak so I could wait a few days.
Jasmine the manager (?) was very friendly and efficient. She also comped my leak repair - a very nice gesture. The store was clean with a fairly comfortable waiting area. I will definitely return for other wheel and tire service.

Jazmyn!!! Started the call with “it’s a beautiful day at Firestone!” I came in for a screw in my tire, she got me in and out in 30 mins (which I needed this morning to get to work on time) and gave me the repair on the house. Best customer service I’ve ever gotten at a car shop! And it was at a Firestone!
There were some other problems, with my battery and my brake rotors, and I got a quick and excellent assessment.
I was just in, the man behind the counter who took care of me was awesome. He doesn’t know that I’m struggling with money and just replaced all my camshaft spark plugs. He offered me a really great deal. They were quick and took good care of my car. Definitely suggest stopping in this location.
Sooo upset! We took our ford f250 in and had about 2k worth of work done and were pleased, so we took my Nissan pathfinder in to get fixed. I dropped it off on Wednesday, and they called me Thursday to say that they scheduled wrong and could not work on it till Friday morning.
So, I said no worries… Ugg, bad idea leaving it there bc I get a call the next morning and they are telling me it was broken into while under their care. I was not too upset bc they said they would take care of it, and would replace the broken out windows. They did one, but have not been able to get the replacement window, it’s now 4 days later and I have my destroyed vehicle back and they won’t know more till tomorrow….Monday. I called safellite but Firestone said I’d have to pay and they’d reimburse me. It was nearly 1k for the window and after the 3k we just paid them for both vehicles as well as spending everything we have on opening our business in a few days, I could not part with an extra 1k right now. So I am driving around with plastic taped around where the window once was and glass stuck in the window frame and just everwhere … they provided me a thin piece of plastic that flaps heavily with the wind as I gain a speed over 15-20 mph. 😕 I feel extremely unsafe with all the shattered glass EVERYWHERE. The craziest thing is that I was told they vacuumed it out… Hilarious! After paying, I went to get in and almost sat on a big puddle of broken glass all in my seat! It was all rolled up so I couldn’t see it at first so I grabbed and cut my finger! Omg! Seriously ? Absolutely the worst experience as far as a company not being able to properly rectifying their mistakes!

They didn’t even do everything I needed done. I was hit a few weeks ago and I told them that I had a slab of fiberglass lying against my tire and rubbing my tire down every time the tire spins… it’s still there. You can’t miss it, and I explained what I wanted when I dropped off the car.
What bothered me the most though, is how incredibly inconvenient all this was to me and yet I did not receive even a little discount or reduced price. I paid nearly $900 to receive my car back destroyed.. including my seat covers, etc… only a few things were taken. A few earrings and a bear battery. I don’t care about the small stuff, but I do care about how it was all handled… very poorly..
I’m currently checking out options on how to better manage this bc this is not ok! This needs to be taken care of properly. They are not willing to handle this correctly, so now I’ll figure out how to handle this best for myself. The triple promise was a joke!
Edit: it is now over a week later (Oct, 24th) and they still have NOT fixed my other window or contact me!!!!! 🤯
Jasmyn and Lennox at Firestone in cherry creek, were incredibly selfless and helpful. They understood that I was going through a lot, that they decided to plug where the nail pierced my tire. Even though they were about to close. With sincerity, professionalism, and a great attitude, they run the garage very well. I will definitely be back to that location for future needs to my vehicle.
Rick, Bill, and Alex were amazing. Customer service was awesome. Driving a rental is not fun having tire issues made it hard. With that being said, Firestone got the tire and got it approved. I was in and out, I was worried I would have to do more leg work, but they did it all for me!!! (No diddy)
