Melanie ( F. E manager) need appropriate amount of customer service training and I am not shopping here at this location from today. I have been shopping since 2009 this is very inconvenient for customers when your shopping and on line she pull a person from line who is behind you and check them out before you. George the store manager needs to take a look and she needs further training. ATTN: cooperate people.

I don’t normally shop at this location, and previously there was no particular reason why. But this last visit, I was berated for running my business card as credit. The cashier completely went off on me, said her drawer would be short? A manager had to come up to give me my receipt and as I was leaving, I heard the cashier talking about it to another customer. Not only off putting, but for almost no reason! Unprofessional. Thanks, but I’ll go elsewhere

Worst one for unloading . 5 hrs waiting to get 1 pallet unloaded even doors are available to keep that mysterious order. Unbelievable

Great experience coming here for the first time. The front desk girl helped us get our membership card easy and seamless process. Special shoutout to George from produce, such a nice guy & no hesitation, he stopped what he was doing to help us out find things around the huge facility. George needs a raise!

As a chef for a small business, I called to price check about 5 items, as their website does not offer that feature. I was legitimately told when I called that they had no time for that, to use the website, and then hung up without any other words.

TRUCK DRIVER. This is by far the worst I have ever delivered to, not only were they way behind, some glasses guy is the rudest person I have ever had to deal with while delivering, guy treated me like I was the one 2 hours behind schedule.. appointments to unload to this place is useless.. I get we all fall behind from time to time but the attitude from this guy was not proper to someone that's making everyone else's day mess up on other stops

I came to Denver, Colorado to the local restaurant depot, I had such a great experience. All the sales people there were helpful and everything was very clean, nice and organized, definitely coming back again.

Restartant Depot has been my solution for anything related to my business. Good prices and good selection. I have been coming here for years and have always been well taken care of. Customer service has increased over the years, very helpful staff! As a small business owner, I am very happy that these guys are here!

Nasty outdated item. Major liability as workers driving reckless on freight loaders. Not to mention most items sold are outdated. Smells like sewer in that warehouse

Horrible service. Workers are going so fast and freight loaders. I almost got hit 3 times by the heavy set white man with glasses. Workers are so rude and seem under the influence. Lots of stuff is expired and smells very bad. I do not recommend this store at all.

I am a business owner in Denver, and I recently began shopping at Restaurant Depot. I am highly impressed with how well-organized the store is and how well-maintained the inventory remains, making it easy to find exactly what I need. In addition, the staff is consistently friendly and helpful, which makes the overall shopping experience excellent!

When we all ways came to the restaurant they never said kids aren’t allowed we would all ways go and never said nothing when we went today they said u have to have a membership for kids under 18 can come and it would prolly would be because of race because we saw other kids go and come out but she didn’t let us prolly cuz of race

I can't come here anymore. Every single time I've come here I've witnessed pure incompetence and pisspoor attitudes. From cashiers over charging customers, under charging them and then wasting their time to fix their mistakes, talking trash about customers, and not even being able to count change correctly. The last couple times I've come they've been out of the only item I come here for so I called ahead and was told thousands are in stock. I show up and they are no where to be found. Their system showed in stock, but no staff member could find them. No apologies just attitude. Go anywhere else, not worth the hassle

In comparison with the other location, my experience here was outstanding. I was definitely crunched for time and some absolutely must-have items. The great folks that staff the place were clearly busy with their own tasks, yet did not hesitate to help with a smile. So rare to find a big, busy store (with pro stuff) that has such an awesome total staff who really make the experience that much better! I'll keep going back for sure.

I did my research before stopping by Restaurant Depot. Multiple sources online said that live shellfish aren’t allowed for day pass holders, but cooked crab should be fine. When I arrived, I double-checked with the friendly front desk employee, who confirmed that I could purchase cooked crabs and issued me a day pass. Everything was going smoothly until checkout. The cashier, who was also nice, wasn’t sure about the policy, so she asked a coworker. That’s when another employee, who had a noticeable attitude, got involved. She immediately said, “No, crabs are shellfish.” I calmly pointed out that the policy prohibits live shellfish and that these crabs were cooked. She didn’t bother listening and instead gave me another dismissive response. So, I asked to see the actual policy that stated all shellfish were prohibited. Instead of showing me, she said she would check with a manager and walked away. At that exact moment, another employee (who clearly knew what was going on) quietly told me she was on my side. She suggested that the first cashier just scan the crab—if it was truly restricted, the system wouldn’t allow the purchase. And guess what? It allowed me to buy it. Right after I paid, the rude employee returned and said, “My manager said it’s okay.” But then she added, “We’re making an exception this time.” As if I had done something wrong. Unfortunately, the crabs ended up having parasites. I called back and spoke with the manager, who was professional and told me to bring them in for a return. When I got there, the front desk employee handled it quickly, typed everything up, and said the cashiers would process the return with no problem. And, of course, when I got to checkout, the same rude employee was the cashier. She kept her back turned the entire time, and processed the return like it physically pained her. I was trying to see her name tag to mention in this review, but she never faced me enough for me to read it. Even when handing me the receipt, she kept her back turned and said, “He said to return it. But just so you know, next time, we will not make an exception.” I was frustrated at that point and asked, “So if I get another parasite in the food, you’re telling me you won’t make an exception?” Silence. For reference, this employee has multiple facial piercings, including one through her lower lip. Every other staff member I interacted with that day was professional and helpful. But this one person completely ruined the experience. Restaurant Depot, I hope management takes note of how their employees are treating customers, because this type of behavior is unacceptable.

I don’t like writing reviews unless it was just inexcusable. Usually staff here are helpful until today. Needed help with 35 pound frozen French fry boxes that were stacked to the top of the fridge today so asked a guy named Shawn in the freezer department. He walks over with me then says, ‘ you can do it, I’m busy right now,’ then proceeds to turn and walk away! If I could I would’ve not waste time getting someone to help. This is the first time in my life life where I politely ask for help but get slapped in the face with that remark .

This place is so hit or miss that's it's very difficult to give an accurate review. Some days the staff is on point and the cashiers get you in and out of there in a flash. Other days nothing is stocked and the staff is working at a snail's pace. If this location had a tiny bit more consistency I would give a higher review but for now I think 3 stars is more than fair. It's a shame because you can tell certain employees work hard and truly care.

Don't arrive early. They do not have parking. Once they get you to a door they're pretty quick. Plenty of room to maneuver

I love this location. The greenwood village employees are rude as hell a majority of the time. After the last time, I figured I would try this location instead. They have so much more at this location. The fresh fish and whole lamb. My goodness, I'm so glad I tried this location. The customer service is exceptional from the time you hit the door all the way until checkout. Until next time.

Restaurant depot is legendary! I get the sick butterflies feeling whenever I know I have to come here. They have lots of interesting smells, (mostly milk and cardboard), and sounds, (mostly people yelling, “Manager I.D!”) to stimulate your senses! The skylights really add to the aesthetic and keep the lighting more friendly! The carts are cool! They have 6 wheels with the two in the middle having slightly more clearance so the cart can pivot easily. Great feature! Sometimes they have what I’m looking for, but other times they never have what I’m looking for. Other times it’s on the top shelf and I need the forklift guy to get it down for me. He’s very busy and is sometimes hard to get ahold of. Checkout can be super quick or take a real long time due to the high demand for the manager’s I.D., but they do have a really nice selection of sauces, wines, and “keep it kool” bags to look at while you wait. Overall I will give this place 5 stars cause it doesn’t claim to be anything other than what it is, a restaurant supply store where restaurants go to shop.

Wholesale only warehouse sales. One must have a retail sales tax license to purchase here. This is not a membership warehouse like Costco or Sam's Club. Not open to the public. There is no membership fee to shop here. I've got to say I've had great customer service when I've been at this location. A few weeks ago I needed an item and couldn't find it in shelf stock. I went to the customer service desk and they immediately called a person to find the item. That person was busy so they called another person. They went and pulled the item from storage. Last week I needed the price for an item that wasn't labelled. The front store manager took the item and had one of the cashiers check the price immediately. It was $10 less than I thought it was. Today I had the friendliest most helpful checkout person. And the diced canned peaches were in stock and on sale.
