I recently moved to the area and am a AVID thrifter and this is one of my favorite arcs I’ve been to. I’ve been to a few across the Denver area but I always find the best stuff at this one. And everyone has always been super nice!

The service was wonderful and even though there are busy they always find time to help costumers

Bad service a lady 20 or 30 she was rude for no reason and shoved my items across the counter and acted rude for no reason

Great selection of Halloween items!

Not one of the better arcs due to location which tends to bring lackluster average clothing and shoes.

Rosie is a rude employee. Don't ask any questions or you get snobby responses. This store is overpriced and won't do any deals...on the FREE stuff they get. I am leaving this review, mainly because how rude Rosi is.

Favorite Arc, I don't know about these other reviews but this staff was the friendliest I've even been greeted by, mind you they don't need to greet you anyway but thank you. It's also a very organized and clean store, I think the only draw back on this location is that the home section is smaller but honestly the only Arc that I know that has a great home section is in Arvada. 5/5 for that staff alone.

This arc thrift store is very dirty and are overworking their few employees, I couldn't find a single floor associate to assist me, the only cashier on register had to leave a line just to help me find an item, very unprofessional on the management's part

Overpriced, all items are received for free. Saw things with original price tags of 9.99 and priced at 8.99 USED

There's a old worker here she screams acts very unprofessional i don't know how she still has a job here. They need to fire her we asked what colors were on discount answered very rude don't recommend coming here.

Used to be ok but now prices are outrageous. Most items are more expensive than buying new. And old worn out clothing is priced like a boutique store. Greed and price gouging!

Insanely overpriced. AVOID. They literally price most hardcover books at 8.99! I just saw a gross, moldy, water damaged copy of The Girl on the Train and it was priced at $9.99. You could go to any indie book shop and buy all of these books for half the price of Arc. Same for ebay or amazon. And same with Marshalls or Nordstrom Rack for their overpriced clothes. Nobody buys this junk at these prices so it all sits there forever, and you see the same inventory week after week. This is a store that gets all their inventory for FREE from donations. Low income people thrift shop out of necessity, and this price gouging is sick and tone deaf. Their managers need to get a clue and fix this. Where are all the profits going? Clearly not to staffing, as the lines are frequently 25 people long with 2 cashiers. Shame on you

Today, March 15th 2025, around 2:30 I asked an employee pricing merchandise for some help, I had a computer peripheral I wanted to purchase, but it was not with the original cord, I found a cord that fit, now my questions was if this cord was going to transfer data or if it was only a cell phone power cord, this device didn't need a power cord just a data cord. I stated several times "it doesn't need a power cord, just data", instead of saying " no I can't plug that in to the computer" he proceeded to find an adapter and plug it right into the direct current, I never got an answer if the cord worked properly on the device, and I'm pretty sure that over powering the input on that device broke it, who ever buys it may get one or two uses out of it, but it is not going to work long, because of knowledgeable staff. Again he could have just said he couldn't help me but he chose to break the stores merchandise, and not answer the question, just some egotistical power trip. He spoke English to that was not the problem.

I am going to be a long time customer it was therapeutic and I got to feel like a model for a while. The staff was helpful

The staff are super rude and snobby like I thought this place was for people with disabilities not to discriminat against them. Over priced. If you don't like people who have disabilities dont work with them

The blonde manager is great and jumped in to ring me up as other cashiers were busy. She is a great asset to the organization and her staff is great as well. Great job!

This store is severely overpicked. They get way more shoppers than donations. And the other shoppers, even on a weekday, are rude. Too many people who act like they own a whole aisle/section.

Went in at 8:30pm the Friday before New Year's.... everybody working was super nice and in great spirits. Found the item I was looking for quickly and some extras as well. Honestly an excellent experience, would recommend

#pleAsed...the store keeps changing mangement, which is keeping it hard to stay organize. The theft has gone down & l can understand why the employees have cracked down. The furniture guys Frank, Jeff & Ray were very helpful.

Definitely not high end, but great section with some great deals! My husband found a $500 jacket for only $10. We found a handful of other brand name items too!

This arc is horrible. Employees act like everyone is stealing. . Rude when I entered, hello I said. Can I help you all snooty. Trashy place, have great furniture. Overpriced and was being stalked by a employee, making sure no one buys her starched items. Cashier rude and snooty, no thank you. Just want to donate.. probably a scam .

One of my favorite ARC stores in the metro area. Excellent selection of glassware, I've found a few cool vintage pieces there. Good selection of clothing, as well. Generally much quieter than other thrift stores in the area, for some reason, so I definitely reccomend checking this location out if you're easily overwhelmed like me.

I purchased $400 worth of clothes for my disabled mother and my 3 kids. You're not allowed to try anything on at the store, so everyone had to try them on at home. By the time everyone got that done, 13 days had pasted. Policy is a 10 day return. I was denied a refund which would’ve been $200. I'll will now donate $200 worth of clothes to Goodwill and stop shopping Arc .

Super disappointed in the slow movers here. You cannot do your job any faster. Avoid this place. Many places to shop and your time is valuable! I locked my keys in my car. They refused to sell not one hanger that could remedy my car door being opened. Rude. Slow. Incompetence is not seeing your employees are slower than molasses. In...(mumble 5 dollar swear.).credible.

Once upon a time, this was my favorite thrift store in Denver. They seem to have raised the prices sometime in the last 30 days. Very basic shirts and pants were going for $8 (or not going - I sure didn't buy any). Some jeans were almost $20; that's crazy for a thrift store like this. I'm going to try buffalo exchange next time, and at least have some good selection when I'm overpaying for used clothes. At least it's better organized and less evil than Goodwill, but I doubt I'll shop here again.
