When I was wearing a suit, no issues getting assistance! When I purchased this I phone 17th, awesome service! But when my I forgot the Apple ID password and was wearing bad clothes. I had in encounter with someone who told me from that store . A white male on the section of the apple desktop. That my shit couldn’t not be figured out. And there was nothing they can do !! I have to go back, about 3 times, to get help on the ridiculous system that these phones have ! If you forget the password and you do it 5 times the punishment from their system is unbreakable. So I have to bring someone with me do they can help me , because i felt terrible as a human being to be treated differently because of my appearance. This time there was some action? But at the end the people over the phone the ones they do these for living told I wasn’t going to able to get my pics, my important documents back etc. now I have companies that I was trying to sued them ? And because the advice was to create a new email address. All my information from 3 different companies are after me in court. And I don’t have any documents like I did in past when I bought these phone. My fault is that lost the password of that Gmail!!! But apple CEO creators of these phone are incompetent and not helpful on ever regaining any information whatsoever. And for that lack knowledge and assistance from one employee who was rude ! I blame you because I can’t proof my cases legally. Is safety important yes but every time that there is a software update the same issue happens I wrote the password of my new email and at times these phone won’t even except it?

Wow! Customer service across all industries has gone down significantly, but with Apple… I was genuinely so impressed with the tech who helped me out. Amani (I hope I spelled it right) she was patient and really thought of all avenues to help fix the issue. Legit, one of the best experiences when it comes to dealing with tech.

I had a fantastic Apple Store experience. All the staff inside were knowledgeable and very helpful. I bought an iPhone 17 Pro, and everything in the store was great. If you're going to buy an Apple product, you should definitely buy it from here. I would like to thank all the staff, especially the Genius Bar experts.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! My BRAND NEW I phone 17 pro max that I bought from apple less than 3 weeks ago had a battery issue and tried to make me buy a new phone OR wait 5 business days to see me. No I’m not paying another 1,000+ dollars for a new phone OR WAITING 5 DAYS WITH NO PHONE (and they were super rude and unhelpful) Found a great independent iPhone repair guy who fixed my problem the same day and within 5 mins. Save your time and money and go to an independent repair shop. Apple Store is such a headache for no reason

My partner went to fix his phone today that suddenly turned to a green screen last night. He was told that it would be $450 to fix but his data could not be retrieved as they would have to do a hard reset and loss of data could not be avoided. He was persuaded to even just upgrade after paying the initial cost to fix it. He then went to a local phone shop where they were able to fix it in under an hour without having to reset it. It’s just weird to me that Apple could tell him that his data would be lost whilst a normal phone repair shop was able to still save his data and just for $170. Would genuinely not recommend because how are the experts giving such terrible advice? A situation he felt so hopeless was than fixed instantly smh

Honestly what a lovely bunch of humans they have gathered here. Everyone who helped me cheered when my issue was finally fixed. They were sweet with my kids. Made a very tedious process enjoyable. Queer friendly. We love to see it.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against the Apple Store and specifically the supervisor, Steve, for what can only be described as a bad faith refusal to honor a paid insurance contract. I have paid for AppleCare coverage for years. However, when I attempted to use the "Accidental Damage" protection I’ve already paid for, I was met with bureaucratic excuses. Steve claimed that "display dents" somehow invalidate my right to a screen replacement, using this as leverage to attempt to coerce me into paying for a full device replacement. • The Issue: Apple is hiding behind internal "repair policies" to avoid fulfilling their contractual obligation to repair accidental damage. • The Reality: If your policy prevents you from fixing a screen because of the very damage the insurance is meant to cover, the insurance is a fraudulent product. • The Result: I was denied the service I have pre-paid for through years of premiums. This is a predatory bait-and-switch tactic. I expect the "accidental damage" promise to be honored as advertised, without being upcharged for a total replacement due to your own technical limitations.
Jan 30, 2026 -
After years of paying for insurance, I was denied a standard screen replacement at this location. Management (Steve) cited "display dents" as a reason to force a full-device replacement cost rather than the screen repair fee guaranteed under my coverage. They are using internal policies to bypass their promise of accidental damage protection. Extremely disappointed in the lack of support for a loyal customer.

Brand new iPhone 17 pro max month old camera has never worked $1800. Had to pay for parking then wait to be helped even having an appointment. A phone less than a month old should not have a not working camera and the multi billion dollar company couldn’t help me. I had to come back 4 hours later for my camera to be replaced. Apple has lost all customer service and is only about what is easiest. They act like peoples money is simple and their time means nothing. Go to another store or your phone provider avoid at all costs. Follow up TMobile told me I had to deal with Apple and now I’ve been on hold at the Apple Store for 50 minutes picture attached and then the call disconnected. I called back waited on hold again for another 20 minutes and they hung up again. This is completely unacceptable. Thinking about Samsung now

Apple at the Cherry Creek Mall delivered an experience that genuinely exceeded my expectations and absolutely deserves a five-star review. I brought my iPhone 13 Pro Max in at 10:00 AM for a scheduled battery replacement after seeing that my battery health had dropped to 79% maximum capacity. I expected a routine service appointment, but what I received was exceptional customer service, professionalism, and accountability from start to finish. From the moment I checked in, everything was smooth, organized, and efficient. Even though the store was busy, the team handled the flow extremely well. I never felt rushed or overlooked, and communication was clear every step of the way. It was obvious that this location runs like a well-oiled machine. Andrew was the biggest help throughout the entire process and truly stood out. He was calm, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional while walking me through the battery replacement and setting expectations clearly. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I felt comfortable before moving forward. His confidence and transparency immediately put me at ease. Hennessy and Steve were also amazing and played a big role in making this such a positive experience. Both were friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. You could tell they cared about doing things the right way and making sure customers left satisfied. The teamwork between Andrew, Hennessy, and Steve was seamless, and it showed in how efficiently everything was handled. During the service, my phone screen unfortunately broke. Situations like that can easily turn stressful, but this is where Apple truly proved why their customer service reputation exists for a reason. Andrew immediately took ownership of the situation, explained exactly what happened with complete transparency, and reassured me that the screen would be replaced at no cost to me. No excuses, no pushback, no fine print—just accountability and action. The screen replacement was handled quickly and professionally, and I walked out with my phone performing better thanks to the new battery and looking brand new with a free screen replacement. That level of integrity and customer-first service is rare and incredibly appreciated. What impressed me most was how relaxed, confident, and respectful the entire team was throughout the process. Andrew, Hennessy, and Steve made it clear that my experience mattered and that Apple stands behind their work. Overall, Apple at the Cherry Creek Mall delivered top-tier service. Efficient scheduling, excellent communication, and outstanding support even when things didn’t go perfectly. This team turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a genuinely positive experience. Five stars without hesitation.

I visited the Apple Cherry Creek Genius Bar as a second option after a disappointing experience at Park Meadows for the same issue with my AirPods Max. At Cherry Creek, I was helped right away and the specialist was very kind and professional. They explained it might need a new battery, and assured me they would let me know before doing anything that could increase the cost. I left my headphones there, and three days later I got a call to pick them up. To my surprise, there was no charge at all—and my AirPods Max were working perfectly. Great service, great communication, and a fast solution. 10/10.

Intereacting with Apple is starting to feel a bit like calling my insurance to cancel a policy… Was told to come in for my new AirPods which weren’t working after trying to solve it thorough their customers service on two calls. Then, after a long time there they said they need to ship them out to solve the problem and they cannot replace in the meantime. Leaves a customer with two phone calls, a stop in, and waiting to ship back and forth just to get a warranty issue fixed.

The Apple Store is more than just a place to shop — it feels like a beautifully designed experience. The space is stunning, with a modern aesthetic that somehow brings the outdoors inside. Between the natural light, clean lines, and incredible views of the city and surrounding mountains, it’s a place you actually enjoy spending time in. What truly stands out is the team. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and the store is always well staffed, so you never feel rushed or overlooked. A special thank-you to Wos, who went above and beyond helping me understand international phone options as I prepare to move from the US to the EU. His patience, clarity, and care made a complicated process feel effortless. Their in-store pickup is also excellent — reliable, quick, and seamless with great communication throughout. If you’re looking for a smooth, stress-free experience in a beautiful space with a team that genuinely wants to help, this store is absolutely worth checking out.

We have had positive experiences at this store every time we visit. I was able to get my refurbished phone set up with very helpful service from Cora (or Kora) as I’m not sure how she spelled her name. She was patient and kind and worked with many guests simultaneously. The process was very easy and took less than 45 minutes to get everything accomplished. I also noticed that they had Spanish and English speakers available.

I want to specifically shout out Shane and Miles, who were both outstanding. Despite a very long wait (understandable given the holiday rush), they genuinely went above and beyond to make the experience better. While the overall visit took much longer than expected, Shane and Miles kept things positive and engaging. They even let me demo the Apple Vision Pro, which was an awesome experience — and Miles made the demo especially fun and informative. Great customer service! Huge credit to them for turning a long visit into a memorable one.

Apple Store Cherry Creek – Poor Customer Service Experience I visited the Apple Store at Cherry Creek around 11:25 AM with my boyfriend to address an ongoing issue with my new iPhone 17 Pro, which I purchased just three days ago. The day before, I had already come in because the phone was freezing and failing to download content properly. I was told the diagnostics showed everything was fine and that if the issue happened again, I would need to wait two weeks before returning. Unfortunately, the problems continued, and waiting two weeks for a brand-new phone is not reasonable. When we arrived today, a staff member with long hair helped me scan a QR code for my Apple account and told us to “go to the side and someone will help you.” We assumed we were already checked in and in the queue. We waited for almost two hours before anyone followed up. Eventually, another employee asked for my details and told us we were still four people away in the queue, which meant another 30 minutes of waiting. By this point, we were extremely frustrated and hungry. When someone finally checked the phone again, they said the diagnostics still showed everything was fine — even though the phone clearly is not working properly. Since it had only been three days since purchase, I asked if I could exchange the phone. I was told I could, but I would need to go back to the front. Once there, I had to explain the entire situation repeatedly to multiple employees who kept asking the same questions without actually helping. Instead, they just kept telling us to wait again for an unknown amount of time. I explained that the phone was financed through a third party and that I was willing to proceed with the exchange regardless, but they still could not give a clear solution and wanted us to continue waiting. After being in the store from 11:25 AM until 1:45 PM, with no resolution and extremely poor communication, I finally gave up and left. This was a very disappointing experience. The lack of organization, unclear check-in process, long wait times, and repetitive questioning made the situation far more stressful than it should have been. For a brand-new phone and a company known for customer service, this experience was unacceptable.

They sold me a screen protector and promised a lifetime warranty. When the glass got scratched, I came back to replace it under warranty, and they told me the warranty was no longer valid because it had to be registered within the first two weeks-which they never mentioned. Just don’t listen to these dishonest sellers. Buy a $10 screen protector on Amazon-it’s no worse than the one they sell for $45 with a “lifetime warranty.”

Outstanding service Julian Cabrera was knowledgeable and patient with my needs. Taught me what I needed to know about my new iPad and charged me nothing. In and out in 15 min. Got me signed up with Apple Business... I Highly recommend this store.

Avoid the Genius Bar. Came in for a battery replacement for my iPhone and after few weeks the screen started popping out of the phone. Came back again to have them glue the screen back down. They ended up cracking the back glass and replacing a bunch of parts that were perfectly fine before. After waiting for an hour after when the phone was supposed to be done I got it back to find it was clearly rushed out the door. Bluetooth would not stay connected properly, it was running hot and the auto backlight was not working. Instead of wasting my time again I just traded the phone in and got a new one. Sales was 10/10 as always.

They made me wait almost two hours, no one came to help me when I asked for my turn, they told me reluctantly that I would have to wait 20 minutes or more, I decided to leave while I received a text to help me, I came back, a young man who had no idea what to do helped me, they called a supposed technician who speaks Spanish and he told me that they do not handle iOS computers, I checked my photo app and he said write down this number call Apple, I can't help you anymore, they are waiting for me I'm busy, he got up and left, I was cold and quite disappointed, it didn't even last 5 minutes... a lot of technology, but the staff and this store are a complete fraud, without a doubt I will never return and I will never recommend this store... quite disappointing..

I went to this store to change my screen and one of the employees was talking to me about the trade benefits that I had and I decided to trade my phone with the money that they will give Me for my old phone plus the jump up promotion that I have from T-Mobile it was a good deal and fair for me at the end I will be ending paying almost $300 more for the new phone but at the end they never processed my t mobile promotion and I ended up getting only the money for trade in my old phone and no the promotion they scam me to get the bonuses of the trade, I went more than 5 times to try to get a solution and it was never given to me. I’m so disappointed cause I love apple but this is not fair for a customer. They are scamming customer offering promotions that they can’t get for you, if they were unable to do it why they didn’t say that to me ? You need to have better service.

Walked in, tried talking to 5 representatives… all too busy to help. Went to the order pickup up, and said I just want to buy the most expensive laptop you have in stock…. And she said sorry, can’t help you. Chased the manager down, said excuse me 3x trying to get her attention… looked at me and flat ignored me. I’ve never had such a hard time trying to spend $8k at a store before. This is now my second bad experience…. I won’t be back…. And honestly, it’s the first time I’m debating kn buying a non Apple computer. 20 year customer, loyalty means nothing. Fire the manager and everyone in the store!

It was yesterday, 25 September, at 1:30 pm. The salesperson was not very friendly to me. He was about 10 inches away from me and spoke in a tone that was very difficult to hear. I felt very uncomfortable throughout the entire experience. I felt that he was invading my personal space at every moment. Furthermore, when I was paying, he wanted to see what information I was entering, such as my Social Security number and other details. In the end, he told me he was protecting me from taking his device and running off with it. In other words, he wanted to treat me like a thief, even though I was wearing my company uniform and had already given him my ID. When I asked him to please keep his distance, he refused, so I asked him to respect me, and that's when he called a supervisor. After that, I could see how other people in his group supported him and told him that everything was fine, as if it were all my fault. They made me wait almost 45 minutes longer than the 30 minutes I had been waiting, ignoring me the whole time. In the end, I decided to pay for the mobile phone in cash. Come on, man, I went to buy a mobile phone and you have this kind of person working there? It's a shame, I'm a lawyer and I also have my own business, I've never been treated like this in my life. Very, very poor service, and if you need a statement or more documentation about this event, please let me know and I will be happy to come in.

What a breath of fresh air my experience at the Apple Store was today ????? In what would usually be otherwise stressful and one more of the to-do items to check off my list… Julian turned my day around. He went above and beyond setting up both me and my husbands brand-new iPhone 17 and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable and patient, but also took the time to clean our Apple Watches and iPhone screens so everything looked brand new. Julian’s professionalism, attention to detail, kind personality, and smile made all the difference. If you’re visiting this store, I can’t recommend him enough—Apple is lucky to have him on their team!

Wow… where do I begin, walked into the store for a Genius Bar appointment, saw about 5-6 Apple employees in a circle talking. So I walk up to them, and they instantly scatter as soon as I ask for help. Walk around the store some more and each time employees would scatter whenever I asked to check in for my appointment. Finally find out where to go, and the lady checking people in literally skips me each time I’m trying to check in with her. Ended up leaving after waiting 10 minutes past my appointment, only to find out that because I wasn’t checked in on time my appointment got cancelled!!! Seriously Apple’s customer service has only gotten worse and worse.

Really nice employees at this location! I was able to get my old phone traded in and the new one activated quickly and super painlessly. I even went back to exchange the case I bought (my fault, wound up not liking the color) and that process was even easier. Everyone was kind the whole time. I do wish they validated parking though, but I won't knock a star off for that.

This place is terrible. It’s 2015 anymore. No way these lines are real. I love Apple products but absolutely despise their retail experience. How many times did I say never again I will go to Apple Store yet it’s mid September again and again I’m canceling my pick up order because of this nonsense line. Apple will you stop please?

We were in the store on 6/15, it was empty. We had an appointment at 2:40 p.m. We arrived in time, 30 minutes passed, the employees did not come up, they work very slowly. I don't understand why they hire a large number of employees if they don't do their job and everything is very slow. Serve the client faster, finish the work shift faster.

One of the coolest Apple stores I’ve been to so far for sure. There’s a ton of space and the whole thing is super well laid out as is usually for Apple. Staff members were friendly and helpful too. All the new products were available to test out and they had everything you could possibly need. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely recommend stopping in.
