Jan 20, 2026 I had to get my personal things out of a vehicle that I crashed. I dont often write reviews, and if I do, it's because I ate there, or they provided a service. Not a place with lots of crashed cars. IAA is not a junk yard, or salvage yard. Starts with a large clean parking lot. Clean office, and I was met with a big smile on a lovely lady, named Vicky. Professional and friendly. Such a relief. After paper work, I was provided a safety vest and a car flag. Then a guy met me in a guide vehicle, and drove me through and amazingly clean property. Acres of cars, lined up and easy to see. I spoke with 4 people. Unexpected courtesy. Vicki asked if I would like to write a review, because I was telling her what a great experience it was, and it was completely unexpected. Its not likely I'll go back because im not in that business, but these people and this place were great. Thomas Cox

This was my first time at Tucson. IAA and my experience with them was absolutely great. I mean, from the beginning from viewing the cars to finding out what I need to do to pick up a car there. Everything was absolutely excellent. The people were great as they help me through just coming out and checking things out. 2 song branch is absolutely excellent.I wish I could get that experience on a regular basis out in Phoenix.But tucson was fantastic

Absolutely disappointed, frustrating, and really discourage from this branch, I asked for the supervisor to call me. Never try once to even bother. I purchased this FJ cruiser for 9300 and I’m only down in San Diego. It’s gonna cost me about 10 grand when this truck it’s got not actual mileage at all. I tried to dispute it after running the report it says this truck had over 250,000 and then rolled back to 12k to 130k. I tried to call the branch. Try to figure this problem to make things better in both ways before the truck leaves the branch but no one bothered to even help or to look into it, their excuse was that the seller titlemax has stamped the title to be exempt now we all know that’s true if a vehicle has the age of 10 years old or older than yes, you would do that but making sure before you do salad running the report make sure it’s got the actual mileage even though it’s over 10 years old, specially with the clean title which this truck had a clean title, the advertised the truck that had an exempt and not required, which is totally understandable, but it was not actual mileage. Their excuse was the seller stamped the title has been exempt. Oh well, so what you still have to do your job and report it as whatever it is on the current report which is not actual mileage not going based on what the seller says, you still have to do your job they told me that the seller has stamped it and they couldn’t do anything about it. Are you not ashamed for you to say that and you really have the nerve to say that’s how we are gonna sell it because we got the title stamped shame on you and on your branch that you don’t know how to do your job you were either not knowing how to do your job or you were dishonest.

My husband and I came in on April 8th because we had to pick up our personal belongings from our car as it is now totaled after an accident. I'm also expecting during this time so it is extra stressful. Vicky is the woman that helped us today and she made the process absolutely so easy and she was very calm and her customer service was some of the best customer service I've had in a very long time. I was very nervous to come and pick everything up and see my car again after having the accident, but she really helped put me at ease. I cannot explain how truly grateful I am. She was very informative and helpful with any questions we had as well. Thank you IAA ??

If I could leave more than 5 starts I would! I had an amazing experience with the ladies working at the front desk, Ana was incredible getting me helped quickly both over the phone and in person at the facility. I live over an hour away and had to rush here after a very long day at work and unfortunately there were some mix ups with insurance that Ana very graciously helped me out with, despite them closing in less than 5 minutes. True above and beyond customer service! She was so diligent in getting everything figured out for me and was very professional! All of the ladies working were so kind and pleasant, and after a long frustrating day it was very refreshing! Thank you for all of your help!

Great people, very good customer service and so helpful! Remember “the yard” closes at 4:30pm though they are there in the office for calls and customer service questions and such till 5pm.

I went to IAA Tucson to pick up a vehicle. The staff was incredible. All the ladies in the office deserve five stars they're very professional, courteous, and attentive.

About a week ago I took two cars to IAA in Tucson to drop off for Title Max. Michelle was the Customer Service rep who helped me. It turned out that one of my cars didn't have a correct stock number so she couldn't accept the car. Rather than turn me away she got on the phone with the financial institution, Loss Prevention, and was able to obtain a stock number for the car. Sounds easy? Well, she was on the phone for about 10 minutes with the person at LP patiently explaining the situation and providing the information on the car. Since she was able to get the stock number I wasn't forced to return with the car to our shop which saved us substantially in fuel and time. Michelle is an outstanding credit to the IAA organization! In all honesty the entire team at the Tucson location are superb, but Michelle has a dedication to service really shines! She cautioned me that this is not something she, or any other CR, could do on a regular basis because it takes valuable time and if they are super busy it could not be done. Thanks to her willingness to assist me I was able to let my company know that stock numbers must be verified prior to bringing them to IAA. Her ability to assess the situation and provide a positive solution speaks well for her, and is a positive reflection on IAA. Thank you!

One of their tow truck drivers raided my entire car. Cameras from the other toe company he was picking it up from showed him inside and out my car and trunk for a period of maybe 3 min or so. There was no need for that, on top of that I had a sachel of coins, that was missing. Smh...

If you have a totaled car at this location and need help from the people here you will be very satisfied. They were extremely helpful extremely polite and their forklift driver did everything he could to open my trunk.

After my van was temporarily repo'd by titlemax and brought to the Tucson IAAI yard I got online and read some reviews about this place. Boy was I ever VERY concerned. I held on to the keys so doors were locked (concern - this place prying doors open to gain access according to reviews). My van typically runs 6 marine batteries ($200 a piece) powering a 3000watt inverter to feed a flat screen tv and Blu-ray player. Of course many other items of expense are typically in my van as well. So after 2 or 3 days I made an appointment to get my personal stuff. Unfortunately (or not lol work is money) I got called into work and couldn't make that appointment. Now I'm very concerned as reviews were not very favorable. Any way after 9 days I made the appointment and found all my concerns were completely irrelevant. The staff carefully brought my vehicle to the front, and when all was said and done I could find nothing missing, no damage whatsoever. And the staff very professional. Because titlemax REFUSED to put notes in the computer allowing me to get my stuff (even right there on the spot as I called them) the IAAI staff member was empathetic to my unlawful denial by titlemax, he was in no way sarcastic or ill-mannered when delivering the news that he couldn't allow me to get my stuff because of titlemax. I would certainly be willing to have my vehicle brought to the Tucson IAAI yard and in some cases would MUCH prefer it (IAAI wins hands down over Gary's thefting - err, I mean towing).

The customer service team is fantastic! Paperwork was filled out in minutes! The yard personal is also top notch. Even was kind enough to help me load the motorcycle on the trailer. The Housekeeping standards are also very high. No trash or “junk” anywhere!!!!!! I truly think this is BEST location in Arizona. Thank you again for 5 star service! Highly recommend!!!!!!!!

My experience dealing with IAA Tucson branch location has been phenomenal their customer service representatives are outstanding willing to answer any question and make accommodations within reason to assist with any transactions ... Lance has created a team of representatives that will go above and beyond the call of duty to help that would make Charlie and his angles jealous ... thanks to vicky and her fellow representatives for the 5 star experience

I wanted to share my most recent visit to IAA Tucson. They are all so nice there, but I want to give a shout out to Vicky! I go to other (unnamed) salvage auctions that treat you like they are doing YOU a favor by letting you buy from them. But every time I visit IAA Tucson, Vicky is ALWAYS so sweet and friendly. She makes you feel important and that you are appreciated as a buyer. This personal touch makes a huge difference in the entire buying experience.

Very helpful! Need an ID to get into car. My ID was in the car. They got it for me so I could get in. Quick and very friendly! They brought my car right to me so I could get all of my belongings out. Didn't rush us.

IAA Tucson has very good customer service, Vicky Vargas helped me a lot with my car to be transported to Savannah , she was so patient with taking care of my case with my car’s title issue and with IAA transportation company, I called her many times to ask her for help but she never got mad or upset, she was so happy to help me. Thanks again for all you done for me

Just want to say Thank You to Vicki for helping me be able to get the parts I needed off my truck. She handled my insurance company herself. She didn't have to do that. Her customer service was on another level. Very rare these days. I can't say enough good things. Also the yard where I was allowed to work was pretty nice. Shaded and on concrete. And the tractor operater was super nice too!

This company will hold on to your vehicle even though all fee's are paid and release has been authorized. Then you have to make a appointment which will more than likely have to miss work. Yes, cause they stop at 3 even though they are open till five.

My car was in an auto accident. I contacted my insurance and they moved it to this location. I needed to clear out my car. It was brought to the front office area. Staff were amazing. Compared to Gary's that the city tows to I'd give this place 6 of 5 stars. Highly recommend.
