First time visit to this endless sea of D-I-Y possibilities and, WOW!, hit the jackpot. My wife's 2006 had an exact match 1 week new on the yard, I got everything I needed and more, future-proofing against after-market parts becoming scarce or more expensive. The staff was super friendly! The prices were great! I will most definitely be back!

Terrible customer service and not a care in the world for safety. I called ahead to ask about removing a transmission because transmission jacks aren’t allowed on the yard. I was assured that they had a lift that could be utilized to be able to do it safely. Well when I got there they told me that’s not true and that I would have to figure it out. They suggested I use the A-Frame to lower it onto seat cushions found throughout the yard putting me at risk of dropping a 350lb transmission on myself. After I finally got it out, they made me wheel it up front with no help and made me load it into my truck again with no help and risking me dropping a transmission on myself. Huge safety hazard and liability issue on their part. Wouldn’t go back unless I have to.

Popped in to see what it was like, didn't bring any tools or anything as I came here on vacation but just looking around it made me sad how clean all the cars are. I wish I could have brought stuff back home with me. This is a massive cut above lkq and most of the spots I've been in the rust belt. And the cheap bottled water for safety instead of trying to price gouge? Excellent. I wish I could stay forever.

My husband and I have been coming here for a very long time. More so lately and everyone is really nice and helpful. Shout out to RONNIE! He's always got a smile, a helpful hand and a great attitude! Thanks so much guys!

Their prices have been reasonable sometimes a little high but its a very good parts yard and the employees are helpful.

Ronnie killing it. Good selection. Good prices. Military gets in free !! Be advised, Security/ Police at the front is very pretty but looks dangerous

Prices are great. But man they need a yard cleaner crew bad. People coming in here and grabbing parts seem not to care at all about their surroundings. Just destroy rip and tear till they get what they want. Then throw all the stuff they took off / broke off to get to the part they need on the ground in the walkways. Its not that hard to put the parts you dont need back in the general area or under the car or even in the car. Not just drop it on the ground. And call it the day. The other thing that sucks is the people that break stuff getting to the part they need. There's. No point in that. YouTube a tutorial on taking the part off you need and take the extra steps without destroying everything in your path. I get cutting the wiring harness. But if you need a door handle and you literally rip the door panel off the door without taking the 5 fastners out to just correctly remove the door panel. You're the problem

Usually has what I need and prices are reasonable. Website is super helpful too

They unfortunately used AI for picking up the phone, biggest giveaway was the weird pattern of speaking and mispronouncing of words. So sad, use real people.

Super expensive for used parts, most cars stripped clean. Dirty (broken interior pieces etc cuz everyone just tears stuff apart all over aisles. Overall would not recommend.

Great place but be aware its age 16 plus. Tried to bring my daughter with me and unfortunately wasn't able to go in.

My son and I needed parts for a repair, and I must say that we were very happy with our trip to pull a part. We found what we needed, and great customer service. Thank you to Ronnie G at pull a part.

The morning crew are the ones you want to deal with, helpful, polite, energetic. It’s obvious they actually like their job and have common sense which is so helpful at a junkyard.

Ronnie has always made my visit to Pull-A-Part a great experience. The positive vibe he radiates around him, along with his readiness to help me one feel welcomed. Thank you Ronnie

This yard used to be okay and then has progressively got worse the last couple years, they no longer separate domestics by Ford GM and Chrysler despite having the room to do so, now I have to search three times the area to find the cars I'm looking for. I also dont like being nickel and dimed to death at the register because I dont want to take every nut and bolt out of a fender Im trying to get, or trying to make me pay for literal dry rotted cracked sway bar bushings that I didnt take off so I could use them for size reference. Some manager pointing out every little piece that you have that you thought was all one item like he gets a kickback for how many extra things he can add to your bill. Also slightly not their fault but the parking lot kinda sucks and there are some massive pot holes and hidden speed bumps on the way in. Highly recommend going to Pull N Save just down the road instead after having several consistent bad visits here

I have been coming to this facility for several yrs and have always been able to find moat of what I need. Recently they have started taking off all the stock aluminum rims before the cars are brought onto the lot. They need to wait to remove these items since there are several people that want to replace stock rims with more stock rims. Since its being done before these are no longer available as well as the lug nuts for these vehicles. I would also like to see some enforcement of keeping people from just cutting wiring harnesses as some of us need a complete uncut harness. Its easier to just cut then to do it right. I grew up on a wrecking yard and ALL parts are worth $$ so help all of us have things available.

This junkyard has the same cars and hardly switches out inventory. Their website said a seat frame with motor says $40. Went in and they wanted to charge $165... when i asked they said their website hasn't updated and refused to honor it. Your website being wrong is not the customers fault. What a shoddy business. I run a business and i stand by my pricing. Y'all should do the same. I prefer Pull N Save over this joke.

Very unpleasant experience with my recent stop. Very concerning that they have a premium section for parts that are the same regardless. I have a hard time understanding they definition of premium when the vehicle looks like shit. I am also confused as too why they are letting the place go too shit. Hard too get a golf cart or a wheel barrel with a good tire. This place use too be my go too. Still is just not this location.

Came through the other day for the first time and it was a great experience. Staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. I’ll definitely be going back. Some of the best service in Tucson.

Not very impressed with them now. They now have this "premium" section where you have to know what you want, pay whatever crazy price the employee comes up with. Making no sign or any information about this section is premium now where it was the front part of the Asian vehicles were. Then some kid runs up to you saying that this is the premium section and you have to pay before grabbing the part, then like I mentioned you go pay for the part before pulling it and making sure it is any good and the employee just comes up with some crazy outrageous price. Their website doesn't even mention any of this "premium" prices nor section, nor do your employees have a clue how much. I also had a different guy come out and tell us again we had to pay for the part before taking it off the vehicle, its like you guys either need to advertise this situation a whole lot better, make your employees more aware of things and not have employees harass people who already paid. Signage would help let people know what area is what. I used to like coming here for some things and the customer service definitely lacks here, sorry but I am willing to go elsewhere. I don't need to feel like I am now at a junkyard dealership where employees always saying that you can't take anything till you pay. Why don't you make it a all premium lot then, see how many people you will lose. Dumbest idea ever!

I always have a good time at pull apart, I’ve been going here for years for automotive needs. They have transmissions with warranties! Headlights. Tires with rims. I can find almost everything here for my small fleet of cars when I need replacement parts. The customer service is superior; all the employees are helpful and knowledgeable. I recently got to know Ronnie, he is a younger gentleman running the registers. He’s polite and likes to talk about the project I’m getting parts for. Very professional. Can’t say enough good things. Thank you pull apart

I like this place. Been coming here for quite a few years, yard is organized and relatively clean compared to many others. People are nice. Parts can be more expensive than other yards but the experience is better for the most part, so depending on your priority this either is or isn't the place for you Special thanks to Danny in used car sales, an incredible dude and he makes things happen. Few reasons for the one star drop, and I get it, but still. No floor jacks, grinders, and (one more thing I forget). I brought my floor jack for a rear end and then found out I couldn't use it, broke the deal on it for me because it was a big axle and I didn't have the time or will power for the job. I have had to use grinders at other times as well, they are really helpful sometimes so not being able to use them can turn a five minute job into an hour. And again, I get the reasoning, but still. Also when it comes to used car sales, it is a first come first serve system. Even if you are going to come back in a few hours with money, another person might sell a vehicle out from under you. Makes sense, it is a business afterall, I just found out the hard way for a bit. Solid place overall.

Review Edit: I have to mention the great customer service i always receive from Ronnie. He always makes me feel remembered, respected and valued, while still keepin' it real! Shoutout to Ronnie on OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'm in the Air Force and they gave me military members free admission. Furthermore for people looking for direct replacement for their everyday driver that live out of town this probably isn't the greatest yard for you but if you are an old car enthusiast and have a little toy project that your building were you can go browse around at old cars, and you live close by to where you can run over there really quick and just YANK a part from any old GM vehicle and know that it works is way better than being told by the staff down the road that their insurance don't allow you to go pull your own stuff. And one more thing this place is inexpensive!

I looked online for this Sterling column they wanted $400-500 dollars. I went to Pull-A-Part and spent $44.00. It only took me 15 minutes and saved. Staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it to friends and family.
